Aim To observe the timed analgesic effects by butabital (B), acetaminophen(A) and caffeine (C) in combination (BAC), in which the proportion was fixed as1. 25∶ 8. 1∶1. Method Three types of experimental methods, including the tailflicking method, the hot plate method and the pressurizing tail method, weretaken to determine indices at different times after the animals were adminstered(ig) high, median and low BAC dose. Results and conclusion BAC had a stronganalgesic effect in three types of experiments. The effect began 30 min after ad-ministration, arrived maximum at 1 h, decreased at 2 h and disappeared at 4 h.There was a dose-effect relationship between large and little BAC dose.

0.05).Conclusion The incidence of VVC is higher in pregnant women with GDM than in pregnant women with GIGT,however, GCT,and OGTT show no statistical differences between women with VVC and those without VVC.

Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude towards the elderly family nursing among nurses and college students in Chengde, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 1000 college students and nurses in Chengde were investigated by self-designed questionnaire about their cognition and attitude to elderly family nursing. Results Nurses' cognition and attitude towards the elderly family nursing was better than nursing college students, medical students were better than non-medical students; and there was no statistical significance about their expectation for government's senior citizen service among different groups. Conclusions More attention should be paid to family members' attitudetowards the elderly home care, and should strengthen the elderly family care through various way.

Objective To explore the effects of application of probiotics on intestinal flora and related cytokines in infants with cholestatic liver disease. Methods (1) Eighty-four infants with cholestatic liver disease had been hospitalized from October 2010 to June 2011 in the First Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. The infants with cholestatic liver disease were randomly divided into the probiotic intervention group and the non-probiotic intervention group.Quantification of intestinal bacteria was detected by SYBR Green Ⅰ real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction, then the number of 3 kinds of bacteria before and after the treatment was compared.(2) The indices of liver function, blood ammonia, cholesterol were detected. The levels of serum transforming growth factor-β1,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results (1) The number of bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and bifidobacterium/escherichia coli (B/E) were significantly increased (all P < 0.01),whereas the number of escherichia coli was significantly decreased in the probiotic intervention group(P < 0.05),however,there were no differences in the non-probiotic intervention group(all P > 0.05).(2)The indices of total billirubin, direct billirubin,γ-Glutamyltransferase,total bile acid, alanine aminotransferase, blood ammonia, alkaline phosphatase were significantly improved after therapy in 2 groups (all P < 0.05).The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly decreased in the probiotic intervention group (t--7.31,P =0.00;t =-2.90,P =0.01),but there were no differences in the non-probiotic intervention group. The level of BA was significantly decreased in the probiotic intervention group than the non probiotic intervention group (t =-8.37,P =0.00).(3) The B/E value were significantly inverse correlated with level of serum IL-6 (r =-0.796,P =0.01).Conclusions It may help to restore the intestinal flora and balance the immune function in infants with cholestatic liver disease after application of probiotics.

Objective To explore the characteristics of bone mineral density (BMD) and the incidence of osteoporosis in partial androgen deficiency in aging male (PADAM) patients. Methods Fifty-six PADAM patients (PADAM group) and 51 healthy persons (control group) were selected according to their age and body mass index (BMI),and measured their BMD in the second to fourth lumber and the neck of femur with the dual-energy C X-ray BMD measuring instrument.MES-01S20 muscle function analyzer was used to determinate the distribution and mechanical properties of muscle. The biochemical and bone metabolic markers and sexual hormones were collected and observed by multivariate stepwise regression analysis. Results Compared with control group,BMD significantly decreased in the Ward triangle, femoral neck and big rotor (P < 0.01 ) and no significant change in lumbar in PADAM group (P > 0.05 ),and the fracture strength of femoral neck (FS) and the lower-limb muscular strength (MS) also significantly decreased (P < 0.01 ).The incidence of osteopenia were 48.2% (27/56) and 35.3% ( 18/51 ),osteoporosis were 30.4% (17/56) and 21.6% ( 11/51 ) respectively in PADAM group and control group. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).The BMD was positively correlated to BMI at the first to fourth lumber and negatively correlated to age, positively correlated to BMI and serum level of andrusol at the proximal left femur in the patients with PADAM.Conclusion BMD and the resistance to fracture aresignificantly lower in PADAM patients, and aging lower BMI and androgen deficiency are the risk factors of low BMD in PADAM patients. There is the potential of osteoporotic fracture risk, and it is important to strengthening the prevention and treatment of fractures in elderly PADAM patients.

Objective To investigate the synergistic efficacy of different antibiotic combinations against KPC-2 carbapenemase producing Klebsiella pneumoniae strains in vitro and search for effective antibiotic combination. Methods During 2008 - 2009,a total of 24 strains of K.pneumoniae producing KPC-2 carbapenemase were collected from 8 hospitals in the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical School of Zhejiang University,Ningbo LiHuiLi Hospital,Zhejiang People's Hospital,Hangzhou Third Hospital, the Second Hospital of Shaoxing,Hangzhou First Hospital,Fudan University Huashan Hospital,General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region.MLST technique was used for epidemiological analysis. The MIC of antibiotics, such as amikacin,minocycline,imipenem,amoxicillin/clavulanic-acid,ceftazidime,meropenem,gentamicin,cefoxitin,cefepime,rifampicin,polymyxinB,ciprofloxacin were determined by an agar dilution method, the MIC of tigecycline and piperacillin/tazobactain were determined by Etest. The antibacterial activities of cefepime in combination with amoxicillin/clavulanic-acid,amikacin,or ciprofloxacin, amikacin with ciprofloxacin, imipenem with amikacin, ciprofloxacin, polymyxinB,or minocycline, polymyxin B with rifampicin, ceftazidime with amoxicillin/clavulanic-acid were assessed by chequerboard synergy agar dilution tests against all the isolates. Results MLST showed 5 STs among 24 strains of KPC-2 carbapenemase producing K.pneumoniae, and the most prevalent clone was ST11 (15 strains). All isolates were susceptible to polymyxin B and tigecycline, and the resistance rate of minocycline was 4.2%.The synergetic effects were observed in cefepime-amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,imipenem-amikacin,ceftazidime-amoxicillin/clavulanic acid combinations as 19 isolates,13 isolates, and 13 isolates, respectively. Conclusions KPC-2 carbapenemase producing K.pneumoniae is sensitive to polymyxin B,tigecycline and minocycline. The synergetic effect is predominant in cefepime-amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,imipenem-amikacin ceftazidime-amoxicillin/clavulanic acid combinations in vitro, their clinical efficacy are worthy of further observation.
