Objective: To study the effect of moist therapy on dermal radio lesions. Methods:13 located dermal radio lesions about Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage from 12 cases were treated with moist therapy. Wound managing steps for each time: The first step was to measure the size of wounds and take photos, and then evaluate individual pain level by a numeric pain scale. The second step was to assess and analyze the factors affecting wounds healing, including nutrition, sleeping, activity, psychological condition. After that the individualized plans about nutrition, activity, and psychological care were made. While exchanging dressings, the implementation and effects of the plans must be evaluated and adjusted. The mechanical debridement combined with autolyzing debridement was used for wounds managing. Then the wounds were saturated with bFGF and normal saline, and wetly covered with occlusive dressings. Wounds were managed every two days until wounds healed. Results: All 13 wounds were cured. The average healing time was (10?6)d and the average cost was (202?48)yuan. The pain level after moist therapy was significantly lowered than before(P

OBJECTIVETo construct the recombinant plasmid of RCAS1, to express and purify its fusion protein GST-RCAS1, and to investigate its biological function.
METHODSRCAS1 encoding gene was amplified by RT-PCR from total RNA extract of MCF-7 cells and was ligated with expression plasmid vector pGEX-2T by T4 DNA ligase after digested by the restricted endonucleases BamH I and EcoR I. Then the ligated products were inserted into competence JM109 E. Coli and the positive recombinants were identified by restriction endonuclease digestion assay and DNA sequencing. The GST-RCAS1 fusion protein expression was induced by IPTG in BL21 E. Coli and was purified with GST column and identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting with anti-GST monoclonal antibody, anti-RCAS1 (N-18) and anti-RCAS1 (C-20) polyclonal antibody. The apoptosis of activated T cells induced by GST-RCAS1 fusion protein was detected by flow cytometry with Annexin V and propidium iodide (PI) staining.
RESULTA 642 bp product was cloned by RT-PCR and the recombinant plasmid was constructed successfully. The GST-RCAS1 fusion protein was recognized by GST monoclonal antibody and RCAS1(N-18 and C-20) polyclonal antibody. FACS analysis showed that GST-RCAS1 fusion protein induced apoptosis in activated T cells.
CONCLUSIONThe recombinant plasmid of RCAS1 has been successfully constructed and the GST-RCAS1 fusion protein expressed and purified. The apoptosis inducing effect of GST-RCAS1 fusion protein on activated T cells is demonstrated.

Objective To estimate the uncertainty of measurement in detecting of hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV DNA)by method of fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR),and discuss the application value. Methods The process of the detection of HBV DNA by FQ-PCR was analysed to confirm and simplify the sources of uncertainties of measurement, which were obtained by disposing the data of methodology validation, internal quality control(type A evaluation of uncertainty)and external quality assessment(type B evaluation of uncertainty);combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were obtained by statistical methods. Results The main sources of uncertainties of measurement were:precision within laboratory, precision between laboratory, method bias. The expanded uncertainty of HBV DNA by FQ-PCR was U=0.62(k=1.96,n=2).The uncertainty caused by method bias was found mostly. Conclusion Expanded uncertainty can be compared in different results of HBV DNA by FQ-PCR,and it provides guide significance for observing the cure effect of anti-HBV and choosing the concentration of quality control.

Studies of biological feedback (BF) for the treatment of chronic prostatitis (CP) are occasionally reported have exhibited some related problems. This article presents an evaluation of the published literature on the BF treatment of CP at home and abroad in the aspects of instrument, method, application, effect, function, and mechanism. UROSTYMTM and MyoTrac are often employed and their operating paths are basically the same. NIH prostate symptom scores, urinary function, pain, sexual function, immune function, prostate fluid, and other indicators are generally used for the analysis of the effects of BF alone or in combination with other therapies on CP and its related symptoms. Either BF alone or BF combined with other therapies can promote urination, reduce pain, improve the quality of life, attenuate inflammation, improve sexual function, adjust immunity, and lessen physical and chemical stimulation. However, the relevant literature is of low quantity and quality, the reported studies are not standardized, and exploration of the action mechanisms is neglected.
