Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(7):875-881
High performance liquid chromatography-time-off-flight mass spectrometer (HPLC-TOFMS) technology coupled with partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) processed by SIMCA-P software was applied to investigate serum endogenous metabolites alternations of valsartan in spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR). And MetPA platform was used to connect identified potential biomarkers in corresponding metabolic pathways to find possible therapeutic mechanism of valsartan. Valsartan significantly declined the blood pressure of SHRs (P < 0.05) at fourth week. The metabolic profiling significantly changed and four metabolites involved in G protein-coupled pathway were identified. Metabolomics is able to detect holistic and microcosmic alternations in organism, so as to elucidate therapeutic mechanism of drugs.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(02):-
Objective To study the MRI findings and di agnostic value as well as pathological base of the knee iniury. Methods MRI features of knee injuries in 31 cases were r etrospectively analysed compared with the findings of operations and clinical ma nifestations. Results MRI findings were :(1)para-knee articular soft tissue swelling in 23 cases(74%);(2)MRI detected ligaments injury in 18 cas es (58%),dislocation of articular in 2 cases(6%);(3)bone contusions in 4 c ases(13%);occult fractures in 1 case(3%),disruption of articular cartilage 1 case(3%),fractures in 12 cases(39%);(4)meniscal injury in 15 cases(48% ),meniscal cyst in 2 cases(6%);(5)quadriceps femoris and kneecap tendon inj ury in 1 case(3%)respectively;(6)joint hydrocele in 29 cases(93%).Conclusion MRI can find a variety of pathological changes of knee injury and plays an important role in clinical treatment and predicting prognosis.

· AIM: To explore the effects of C3F8 tamponade on hypotony on or after primary operation and the prognosis of severe ocular trauma.· METHODS: Twenty-six cases (26 eyes) of severe ocular trauma were treated with pure C3F8 tamponade on or after primary operation. IOP was observed, and the curative effect of C3F8 tamponade was observed on secondary operation with prognosis evaluated.· RESULTS: Hypotony improved in 23 eyes postoperatively,in which 18 eyes with edematous and cloudy cornea, 15 eyes had clear cornea after gas tamponade. Retina was reattached under the gas action in 21 eyes during the secondary operation. Visual acuity improved in 22 eyes, remained unchanged in 3 eyes and decreased in 1 eye during the follow-up of 3-12months.· CONCLUSION: Application of pure C3F8 tamponade on or after primary operation can effectively improve hypotony after severe ocular trauma and benefit a better prognosis.

Xuzhou Cancer Hospital explored a development and reform of the hospital in the PPP framework, while adhering to the principles of Public nature as before, staff status as before, and government supervision as before. The reform features proactive attempts in operation and management, personnel management, and remuneration system,in an effort to build an operation system featuring board governance, total cost accounting, and dynamic total salary management in its reform toward building an innovative mixed ownership.

Thirty SHRs were obtained randomly to hypertension, model group, captopril group and Qingre jiangya capsule group. Ten Wistar rats were used as control group. The hippocampus tissue was removed to explore the damage of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and the protective effect of Qingre jiangya capsule after continuously administered for 14 days. And then the data were processed by principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA). The research results revealed captopril group was significantly different from the other three groups. The classification of other three groups is also very clear after captopril group removed. This suggested that Qingre jiangya capsule could improve the overall metabolism compared with captopril. Four metabolites were identified: dimethylglycine, glycerophosphocholine, aldosterone and noradrenaline. Hypertension hippocampus damage may mainly be expressed in tyrosine metabolism, aldosterone-regulated sodium, vascular smooth muscle contraction reabsorption, and Qingre jiangya capsule could reverse the hippocampus tissue damage of SHR.

Objective To explore the relationship bet-ween air pollution and acute onset of cerebral hemorrhage in Hangzhou. Methods Time-stratified case-crossover study was used to analyze the effect of aerosol optical depth(AOD),PM10,SO2 and NO2 on the acute onset of cerebral hemorrhage.Conditional logistic regression was used to estimate the odds ratios(Ors) and their 95% confidence intervals(Cis) in relation to an increase of one unit of AOD and 10 μg/m3 of air pollutants. Results After adjusted temperature and relative humidity, the Ors of acute onset of cerebral hemorrhage by a unit increase in AOD at a 2 day-lag were 1.727(95%CI:1.103-2.703)in first half year and 2.412 (95%CI:1.230-4.733) at a 2 day-lag in spring. For a 10 μg/m3 increase in SO2,the Ors were 1.119(95% CI:1.019-1.229),1.230(95%CI:1.092-1.386),1.254(95%CI:1.076-1.460) in the whole year(2 day-lag),in first half year(2 day-lag) and in spring(2 day-lag),respectively.NO2 exposure in first half year(2 day-lag) was associated with cerebral hemorrhage, with OR as 0.841(95% CI:0.734-0.964).However,there were no statistical significances for AOD,SO2,NO2 in the rest time-periods(P>0.05).Additionally,no association was found between PM10 and the acute onset of cerebral hemorrhage in any time-periods(P>0.05).Conclusion Our data showed that there was association between air pollution and the acute onset of cerebral hemorrhage, especially in spring and in the first half of the year.
