Objective To evaluate the effect of music and mood relaxation training for the anxiety in patients with breast tumor before operation. Methods With case-contrast method, 108 patients with breast tumor (52 patients with intervention, 56 with routine treatment) week assessed continuously. All cases were investigated on their common information, physiological indexes and psychological scales, including State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-Form Y), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Eysenck Personality Questionaire (EPQ). Results There were significant statistical difference in systolic pressure and pulse rate between two groups on one day (t =3.114, P ＜0.01) and 30-60 minutes (t =3.03, P=0.01) before the operation. There was remarkable difference for anxiety between two groups and among different interventions periods by Repeated Measures ANOVA analysis (Periods: F=18.61, P ＜0.01; Groups: F =7.001, P ＜0.05). Results of Stepwise regression analysis: The influencing factors on anxiety in patients with breast tumor before operation were trait anxiety, breast-feeding history, family history of breast tumor, age, economy and EPQ-N. Conclusion Relaxation music and mood relaxation training can reduce the level of anxiety and related physiological indexes on patients with breast tumor before operation. The influencing factors on anxiety in patients with breast tumor before operation are multi level factors, such as trait anxiety, breast-feeding history and so on.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and general pattern of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital. METHODS:A total of 258 ADR cases collected from June 2006 to June 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' age and sex,drug variety,clinical manifestations,routes of administraiton and dosage forms etc. RESULTS:Of the total 258 ADR cases,the majority(64.34%) were induced by antimicrobial drugs; 45.74% presented with lesions of skin and its appendants,and 77.91% were induced by intravenous way. CONCLUSION:To develop and strengthen ADR monitoring and reporting should be regarded as the key to enhance medication safety.

Objective To study the feasibility of preoperative acute hypervolemic hemodilution for decreasing perioperative blood use. Methods Thirty two patients(ASAI-II) undergoing spinal surgery were randomized into AHH group and control group. After anesthesia 6% HES(200/0.5) was given through internal jugular vein for AHH. The blood volume was increased by about 25%. During the operation, blood loss was replaced by HES in equal volume. Blood was transfused when the Hct dropped below 25%. The HR, MAP, CVP, SPO2, Hb, Hct., Plt, FIB, APTT, PT, amount of blood loss, blood transfused and urine output, volume of drainage 24h after operation and VAS score (0 means no effect, 10 means maximal effect) were observed before AHH, at the end of AHH, at the end of operation, and 24h after the operation. Objective:To investigate the correlation between anterior cruciate ligament injury and the bone contusion in the posterior of tibial plateau and the risk factors of it.Methods:Data of patients with knee trauma who came to our hospital from Oct. 2017 to Nov. 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. There are 100 males and 55 females with an average age of 40.0±10.6 years (range, 18-60). Bone contusion in the posterior tibial plateauand anterior cruciate ligament, posterior cruciate ligament, medial collateral ligament, lateral collateral ligament and fibula injury were evaluated through imaging data, and injury mechanism, age, sex and the side of injury were collected from medical records. The effect of events on bone contusion in the posterior of tibial plateau was analyzed.Results:Bone contusion occurred in 92 of the 155 patients (56 males and 36 females), with an average age of 39.6±10.5 years (range, 19-55 years). There were 45 cases on right knee and 47 cases on the left side. ACL injury: ACL was completely ruptured in 42 cases, partially ruptured in 34 cases, and had no injury in 16 cases. There were 18 cases with PCL injury, and 74 cases without any injury. There were 57 cases of non-contact injury, and 35 cases of contact injury. There were 57 cases with fibular head injury, and 35 cases without. There were 44 cases with MCL injury, and 48 cases without. There were 13 cases with LCL injury, and 79 cases without. ACL injury degree ( χ2=18.345, P<0.05) and the head of fibula ( χ2=5.495, P<0.05) injury were significantly different between the two groups. There was no significant difference in male ratio ( χ2=1.315, P>0.05), knee side ( χ2=0.880, P>0.05), injury mechanism ( χ2=3.467, P>0.05), age ( t=0.664, P>0.05), LCL ( χ2=0.010, P>0.05)、MCL ( χ2=0.029, P>0.05) and PCL ( χ2=0.161, P>0.05). ACL injury was an independent risk factor for bone contusion in the posterior of tibial plateau ( P<0.05) and the injury of fibula head was an independent risk factor for the formation of bone contusion in the posterior of tibial plateau ( P<0.05) according to logistic analysis. The possibility of bone contusion on the posterior tibial plateau in ACL complete injury was significantly greater than that of ACL partial injury ( OR=2.695, P=0.021). Conclusion:The injury of ACL and fibula head are independent risk factors for the bone contusion in posterior of tibial plateau; ACL complete injury is more likely to be associated with posterior tibial plateau bone contusion than ACL partial injury.

Hepatitis B is a serious infectious disease worldwide, and hepatitis B virus (HBV) is the direct cause of this disease. In recent years, as an essential part of its evolutionary process, HBV mutation has been extensively studied domestically and globally. However, the study on the conserved sequences in HBV sequences is still in its infancy. In this study, we applied multiple EM for motif elicitation (MEME) algorithm to discover HBV motif and proposed a new metric, conservative index (CI), to carry out phylogenetic analysis based on HBV sequences. Then, the constructed phylogenetic tree was subjected to reliability assessment. The results demonstrated that the new metric CI combined with the MEME algorithm can effectively help to discover motifs in HBV sequences and construct a phylogenetic tree based on them and to analyze the evolutionary relationship between HBV sequences; in addition, the possible ancestral sequences of samples may be obtained by conservative analysis. The proposed method is valuable for the exploratory study on large HBV sequence data sets.
