2.Study on sleep disorders in patients with Parkinson' s disease by polysomnogram
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2005;0(07):-
Objective To observe the polysomnographic manifestation of sleep disorder and the characteristics of sleep architecture in patients with PD.Methods 42 patients with PD and 40 normal controls underwent night polysomnography. The parameters of sleep architecture and progress in two groups and video-monitoring features were analyzed. Results According to PSG recordings, the incidence of difficulties in the initiation of sleep(73.8%),fragmented sleep(59.5%),excessive daytime sleepiness (46.1%)were respectively increased in PD patients group than that in controls(all P5)、 ESS were increased(P=0.022,0.000,0.007, 0.001,0.000,respectively).SOREMPs occurred in 6 patients(14.3%)in PD group, but didn't oecure in controls. In PD group REM without atonia(RWA)was demonstrated in 36 patients(85.7%),RBD in 19 patients;in control group, however,REM in 6 and RBD in 2 separately. The statistics analysis showed the incidence of RWA(85.7%)and RBD(45.2%)in PD group was significantly higher than that in control group(P

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(z1):71-73
Objective To improve the effectiveness of internship nursing students in infectious diseases by implementing peer teaching method. Methods The nursing students were divided into two groups according to the order of student number. The control group was given the teaching method of the general outline. On the basis of the outline teaching, the experimental group gave counseling and counseling to the students in their professional and psychological aspects. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of the results of the three tests and the theoretical evaluation, and the results of the test group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Peer- to- peer learning method can improve the practical effect of surgical nursing students in infectious diseases, and can be popularized in a certain extent.

Objective To detect the independently designed synthetic peptide adsorbed to the titanium surface and its inhibitory effect on streptococcus gordonii, and to provide a new means for antibiosis reseach on oral implants. Methods The physical and chemical properties of the synthetic peptide and antimicrobial peptide were measured by ExPASy Prot?Param tool, ProtScale analysis, circular dichroism and Zeta potential instrument. The synthetic peptide was anchored on the surface of the titanium specimen through incubation at room temperature. The adsorption of the synthetic peptide to the titani?um surface was examined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and the atomic force microscope (AFM). The inhibitory effect on streptococcus gordonii of the synthetic peptide fixed on the titanium surface was viewed by confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM). The destructive effects of the synthetic peptide and the antimicrobial peptide on streptococcus gordonii were observed through the transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results The independently designed synthetic peptide still had the physical and chemical properties that the antimicrobial peptide desired. The synthetic peptide had already been detected on the titanium surface after incubated in a 5 g/L synthetic peptide solution. The titanium specimen fixed with the synthetic peptide inhibited the survival and adhesion of streptococcus gordonii. Conclusion It suggests that the indepen?dently designed synthetic peptide might have reached the goal of bacterial inhibition on the titanium surface.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(24):76-78
Objective To explore the real experiences of young nurses who accepted training of concept maps,to evaluate its effectiveness and feasibility, and provide guidance for clinical training and usage. Methods 50 young nurses who worked in a 3A hospital in Ningxia for 1~3 years were trained using concept maps teaching method for a period of 12 weeks.Using phenomenological method of qualitative research,12 nurses among them were invited to face to face,semi-structured in-depth interviews after one month of attending the training of concept maps. The data were analyzed after using Colaizzi method collected. Results Respondents felt advantages of applying concept maps on learning, thinking, and clinical usage. However, there were certain problems and difficulties of applications. Conclusions Training young nurses using concept maps shows many advantages, which will help improve the quality of clinical care training. But there were some problems in its application which need to be solved.
