Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(9):1310-1314
Reference materials containing mixed degradation products of amoxicillin and ampicillin were developed after optimization of preparation processes. The target impurities were obtained by controlled stress testing, and each major component was identified with HPLC-MS and compared with single traceable reference standard each. The developed reference materials were applied to system suitability test for verifying HPLC system performed in accordance with set forth in China Pharmacopeia and identification of major impurities in samples based on retention and spectra information, which have advantages over the methods put forth in foreign pharmacopoeias. The development and application of the reference materials offer an effective way for rapid identification of impurities in chromatograms, and provide references for analyzing source of impurities and evaluation of drug quality.

China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2014;27(6):525-528
The present of atlanto-axial pedicle screw fixation through posterior approach provide a new remedy for treating instability of pillow and cervical. A lot of researches have reported feasibility of atlanto-axial pedicle screw fixation, the results showed that it had advantages of easily exposure, less blood loss, shorter operative time, especially in treating as remedy fixation for atlanto-axial joint screw, atlas lateral mass screws and pedicle screw caused by injuries of tumor, inflammation and trauma. If not done properly, it can cause serious complications, such as iatrogenic fracture, injuries of vertebral artery and cervical spinal cord. Therefore, the safty and effectiveness of atlanto-axial pedicle screw fixation may be focus of research.

3.Roles of folate metabolism in prostate cancer.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(7):659-662
Epidemiological surveys show that folic acid can prevent prostate cancer, but fortified folic acid may increase the risk of the malignancy. The physician data queries from the National Cancer Institute of the USA describe folate as protective against prostate cancer, whereas its synthetic analog, folic acid, is considered to increase prostate cancer risk when taken at levels easily achievable by eating fortified food or taking over-the-counter supplements. We review the current literature to examine the effects of folate and folic acid on prostate cancer, help interpret previous epidemiologic data, and provide a clarification regarding the apparently opposing roles of folate for patients with prostate cancer. A literature search was conducted in Medline to identify studies investigating the effect of nutrition and specifically folate and folic acid on prostate carcinogenesis and progression. In addition, the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey database was analyzed for the trends in serum folate levels before and after mandatory fortification. Folate likely plays a dual role in prostate carcinogenesis. There remains some conflicting epidemiologic evidence regarding folate and prostate cancer risk. However, there is growing experimental evidence that higher circulating folate levels can contribute to prostate cancer progression. Further research is needed to clarify these complex relationships.

Objective To establish the rapid purification of Coxsackievirus A16 using ultracentrifugation .And To prepare and i‐dentify the neutralizing monoclonal antibody against CA16 .Methods The CA16 culture supernatant was harvested and then con‐centrated by 100K capsule .The concentration of CA16 was purified by cesium chloride ultracentrifugation .Purification of CA16 were identified by transmission electron microscopy .BALB/c mice were immunized with inactivated CA16 .Spleen cells were harves‐ted and fused with SP2/0 myeloma cells ,hybridoma cell strain secreting mAb against CA16 were objected to screening .Character‐ization of the prepared mAb were analyzed by ELISA and microneutralization assay .Results The purified CA16 method of cesium chloride gradient ultracentrifugation was established ,TEM analysis was showed that CA16 particles have icosahedral structure ,the diameters of the viral particles were approximately 20-30 nm .Two hybridoma cell strains secreting mAb against CA16 were ob‐tained ,the subtypes of two mAbs were IgG2a ,the binding titers of Anti/CA16/5 and Anti/CA16/10 were 103 and 104 respectively . Neutralizing titer of the two mAbs were 1∶256 and 1∶1 024 respectively .Conclusion Establishment method of cesium chloride gradient ultracentrifugation was performed to purify CA16 ,the two mAbs with neutralizing ability to against CA16 may become ap‐plication of treatment and vaccine .

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(08):-
Objective To prepare a biodegradable sckeral implant containing triamcinolone-acetonide-acetate(TAA) and polylactic acid(PLA) and investigate its release in vitro. Methods The TAA-PLA implant was prepared by melt-extrude technique. The drug release of TAA in vitro was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The implant was white pillar with 8 mm in length,8 mg in weight, and 0.8 mm in diameter. The drug loading was 30%.The drug was released at a steady and slow rate. Its accumulation release rate is 75.84% on the 30th day.Drug release profile in vitro was in accordance with Higuchi equation Q=0.137(t-0.752)1/2.Conclusion A sleral implant containing TAA-PLA is prepared, which has the evident feature in delaying the release of TAA and is biological degradable. It might be a novel vehicle for the topical use of TAA.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2009;18(4):302-304
Objective To evaluate the changes of the left atrial function in patients with old myocardial infarction(OMI) by strain rate imaging(SRI). Methods The velocity of the left atrial lateral wall and atrial septum was measured by SRI in 30 patients with OMI(OMI group) and 25 normal subjects (control group). Left atrium passive eject volume index(LAPEVl) and left atium active eject volume index (LAAEVI) were measured using Simpson method. Results ①Compared with the control group, the velocity of the left atrium was reduced obviously in ventricular systole and early ventricular diastole in OMI group(P<0.05) ,but was increased in late ventricular diastole(P<0.05). ②Compared with the controls, LAAEVI was increased significantly in OMI group, but LAPEVI was decreased signicantly(P <0.001). Conclusions SRI could be used to evaluate the left atrial function accurately in patiens with OMI.

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2016;28(6):745-749
Schistosomiasis is a kind of zoonosis with serious hazard, which is popular in many countries and regions in the world. One of the efforts for schistosomiasis prevent and control is developing new drugs and vaccines, and knowing the tran?scription regulation mechanism and the function of transcription factors will help us find the targets of new drugs and vaccines as soon as possible. This article reviews the progress of Schistosoma transcription factors and research methods.
