1.Memory metal chest shield versus traditional fixation method for multiple rib fractures
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(17):3197-3200
BACKGROUND:Rib fractures are frequently treated with analgesic or compression band, which relieves pain but attenuates respiration.Memory metal chest shield as a new product has been used clinically for patients with multiple rib fractures to alleviate the pain.It displays many advantages compared with traditional approaches OBJECTIVE:To compare the effect of the memory metal chest shield versus the traditional fixation for multiple rib fractures.METHODS:A total of 104 patients with multiple rib fractures confirmed by transthoracic X-ray were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)treated with the traditional fixation methods(chest strap or a thick pad)and experimental group(n=64)treated with memory metal chest shield. At 1,24,48,and 72 hours after admission, the visual analog scale(VAS)at rest and cough.the incidence of pulmonary complications, and hospitalization were recorded Of them,32 from the experimental and21 from the control group rccepted pulmonary function tests.and their vital capacity was recorded at 1,24,48,and 72 hours after treatment RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Pain intensity of experimental group was reduced at rest, while significantly reduced in forced breathing(such as cough).Of the 32 patients with use of memory metal sheeting, vital capacity continuously increased during the observation period, but pulmonary complications were significantly less, and the average hospital stay was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Results show that the memory metal shield displayed fixation effect on the area of broken ribs, which significantly reduced pain, increased lung capacity, reduced the incidence of pulmonary complications and shortened the average length of stay.It is a simple and effective method of treating multiple rib fractures .

Objective To study the effect of the toothpaste containing FE enzyme on oral care to for critically ill patients with stroke. Methods Sixty cases of critically ill stroke patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The toothpaste containing FE enzyme was used in experiment group for oral care, and the routine oral care was used in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of the oral cleaning effect, dental plaque and costs for the oral care. Results The incidences of bad breath, oral uncleanness and oral infection were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The dental plaque index after oral care was significantly lower in the experiment group than that in the control group(P<0.001).The cost in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Oral care using toothpaste containing FE enzymecan not only achieve an effective oral cleaning purpose, but also reduce the cost of oral care.

Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2015;(1):28-31
Objective Stem cell therapy has been extensively used in clinical practice. However ,the methods available are unable to non‐invasively detect the distribution of cells in vivo. This study was aimed to establish a novel molecular imaging probe for stem cell labeling ,which would monitor cells via fluorescence imaging. Methods 1‐iodododecane was used to modify polyethyleneimine (PEI) to form amphiphilic macromolecules. These macromolecules encapsulated the hydrophobic quantum dots by self‐assembly to form imaging probes. Results Strong fluorescence signals of the probe occurred at 630 nm ,and the probe could be effectively endocyted by mesenchyme stem cells. In vivo imaging showed that significant optic signals occurred in probe‐labeled mesenchyme stem cells compared with the control cells (blank group:1.47e8 [p/s/cm2/sr]/[μW/cm2 ];test group:2.78e8 [p/s/cm2/sr]/[μW/cm2 ]). Conclusion The nanoprobes have good optic imaging effects ,and can be used to la‐bel cells.

[Objective]To study Bone microdmage to osteoavascular epiphysis caput humeralis in teenagers of the guts outbreak mechanism and make a diagnosis and give treatment in early stage important point.[Method]The review was from 138 patients of the shoulder department ache with shoulder joint movable function obstacle that orthopedics out-patient service of 2004~2005.There was X-rays / CT,the blood bio-chemical 5 example among the teenager of the patients,it was observed by medium short-term curative effect. We was combined a related cultural heritage study, put forward to make a diagnosis and gave treatment to have the instruction meaning to the clinic of four expect to categorize a method, and to early, medium, later period the non-surgical operation treatment observation.[Result]In 138 patients, there were 5 teenager patients who were the epiphysis of head humeralis bone microdamage ON,through the function instauration was normal:Earlier period 2 cases of 1~4 weeks, middle period 2 cases of 5~8 weeks, the later period 1 case of 4~6 months. We choose the medicine of prescription with the independence,"Huo xue hua yu","Bu shen zhuanggu","Tong luo zhi tong" medicinal broth, the right amount internal use outside use, having already obtained good result. We have already observated the serious bone arthritis/canceration,resulting in serious result(in another report).[Conclusion]Once or more shoulder was bone microdamage lead the caput epiphysis humeralis occurrence ON of guts.We observe the sufferer whom had the clinical symptom, physical sign, according to the clinical performance, course of disease's long/short,imageology atc.The suggestion is divided into early, medium, night and most late four periods, for the convenience of the choice treatment measure.Because of various reason, long and non-healing cases might develop to the most later period of case, such as the avascular osteo arthritis/canceration.

0.05; the holding vs neutral position, the disaster side and the healthy side all had significant difference,P0.05.This showed that the capability of stability of a-c joint were good. The Roentgenograms of shoulder elevation position raise showed that there was no impact in the a-c joint.[Conclusion]The results of small incision Dewar's operation is good in treating instability distal clavicular fracture. It has the advantages of minimally invasive, easy operation and fixation.

Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2001;27(1):37-38
Objective:To study the Cronassial′protective effect on brain tissue during ischemia reperfusion. Methods:The rat cerebral ischemia reperfusion model was prepared by four-vessel occulasion method. The Glu,GABA content in hippocampus during cerebral ischemia reperfusion was observed by high press liquid phase method. Results:Glu,GABA content increased during ischemia and decreased during reperfusion. Cronassial could obviously decrease the Glu content and increase neuron density. Conclusion:Cronassial can inhibit Glu and protect brain tissue during cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
