Total 11 008 subjects underwent routine health check-up at Tianjin General Hospital in 2008. The results showed that the rate of hyperuricemia was 11.56% ( 1272/11 008 ) in this population, 17. 17% ( 1216/7082 ) for male, and 1.43% (56/3926) for female (P ＜0. 05). The serum uric acid levels were positively correlates with body mass index ( r = 0. 346), waist circumference ( r = 0. 449), systolic blood pressure ( r = 0. 193 ), diastolic blood pressure ( r = 0. 240), total cholesterol levels ( r = 0. 240) and triglyceride ester levels ( r = 0. 284 ). The factors including overweight, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycosemia were clustered in subjects with hyperuricemia.

Objective To explore the treatment methods and clinical result with the flap combining peroneus longus muscle supplying with the nutrient vessels of sural nerve to repaire the chronic achilles tendon rupture with skin defect.Methods After anatomic investigating,Analyzing 6 cases.Excising peroneus lon- gus muscle combining with the foot external flap,supplying with the pediele of the nutrient vessels of sural nerve to repaire the chronic achilles tendon rupture with skin defect,among them,the size of flap was about 6.0 cm?5.5 cm～16.5 cm?11.0 cm,the defect length of achilles tendon 2.0～7.5 cm.Results All ca- ses observed 4 to 16 months,all eases skin and achilles tendon were survived completely,the flap skin appear- ence was good,none ulcer.1 cases part necrosis,1 eases rerupture,Both healed after changed dressings.Ac- cording to Arner-Lindholm criteria to test the efficacy the result were excellent in 3 patients,good in 2,poor in 1.Conclusion It is an ideal way using the flap combining peroneus logus muscle with the nutrient vessels of sural nerve repairing the chronic achilles tendon rupture with skin defect.The advantage is operting conven- iently,transferred adjaeently,repairing the skin and tendon defect simultaneously,healing fastly and anti-bac- teria strongly,biomeehanies property and function is similar to the heel,it can fit the heel and skin for repai- ring.

Objective To explore the etiological factors of primary pathological duodenogastric reflux (DGR) through investigating the relationship between severity of bile refulx,the changes of surface gastric electric rhythm and gastric emptying movement in primary pathological DGR patients.Methods From January 2007 to April 2008 in Qingdao Municipal Hospital,58 cases of outpatients diagnosed as primary pathological DGR and 21 healthy individuals (control group) were collected and underwent 24-hour gastric bilirubin monitoring,gastric endoscopy,gastric electric rhythm,and gastric emptying test.The relationship between gastric electric parameters and gastric emptying,bilirubin reflux,Hp infection was analyzed.Results 1.The main frequency in fasting and postprandial of primary pathological DGR patients [(1.94±0.04) cpm vs (2.93±0.07) cpm; (2.12±0.03) cpm vs (3.35 ±0.05) cpm],the percentage of normal gastric slow wave in fasting and postprandial (74.46± 0.56 vs 85.55 ± 1.06 ; 63.97 ± 0.64 vs 86.13 ± 1.49),and fasting/postprandial power ratio (PR) (1.68±0.02 vs 2.75±0.09) were all lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).The percentage of bradygastria in fasting and postprandial of DGR patients (18.04±0.36 vs 7.76±0.78;23.73±0.91 vs 8.47±0.55),the percentage of tachygastria in fasting and postprandial (8.93±0.26 vs 5.75±0.66;13.02±0.40 vs 7.66±0.27) were higher than that of control group (P＜0.05).2.The main frequency of severe reflux patients in fasting and postprandial [( 1.68 ± 0.07) cpm vs (2.13 ± 0.07)cpm; (2.18±0.09) cpm vs (2.76±0.06) cpm],the percentage of normal gastric slow wave in fasting and postprandial (69.71±0.43 vs 80.35±0.68; 56.36 ±0.85 vs 72.34±0.80),fasting /postprandial PR (1.47±0.04 vs 2.02±0.04) were lower than those of mild-reflux group (P＜0.05).The percentage of bradygastria in fasting and postprandial of severe reflux patients (22.94 ± 0.68 vs 13.47 ± 0.61; 29.61 ± 1.14 vs 17.55 ± 0.51) and the percentage of tachygastria in fasting and postprandial (9.94 ± 0.54 vs 7.02 ± 0.42 ; 17.04 ± 0.70 vs 10.71 ± 0.20) were higher than that of mild-reflux group (P＜0.05).3.There was no significant difference of gastric electrical parameters in fasting and postprandial between Hp-positive and Hp-negative groups (P＞0.05).4.The ratio of gastric emptying in DGR group was significantly lower than that of control group (37.9％ vs 90.5 ％,P＜0.05).The gastric emptying delay in DGR group significantly increased compared with control group (60.3％ vs 9.5％,P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in gastric emptying delay between severe-reflux group and light-reflux group (69.0％ vs 51.7％,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions There is dysfuntion of gastric myoelectrical activity and gastric motility in primary pathological DGR patients,which may be an important mechanism in pathological DGR.

AIM: To evaluate the effect of the chosen incision on corneal astigmatism after implantable collamer lens ( ICL) surgery.
METHODS:The study included 195 eyes of 102 patients, and all eyes were randomly divided into two groups: the chosen incision group ( Group A, 97 eyes) and temporal corneal incision ( Group B, 98 eyes ) . Before the operation, and 1wk, 1mo and 3mo after the operation, each patient was examined with corneal topography to observe the changes of corneal astigmatism.
RESULTS: Preoperative corneal astigmatisms were (1-26±0. 35) D in group A and (1. 28±0. 38) D in group B, thus there was no statistically significant difference ( P>0-05). One week postoperatively, the astigmatism were (0.93±0.29)D in group A and (1.32±0.33)D in group B. One month postoperatively, the astigmatism were (0. 85±0.16)D in group A and (1.27±0.18)D in group B. Three months postoperatively, the astigmatism were ( 0. 80±0-13)D in group A and (1. 25±0. 20) D in group B. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0. 01).
CONCLUSION: The chosen incision can reduce postoperative astigmatism to a certain extent after ICL surgery.

Objective To find out the cause of lung injury due to hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation, and the mechanism of propofol protecting Rhesus macaques from lung injury. Methods Twelve healthy Rhesus macaques were randomly divided into two groups: propofol group and control group. The animal model was made by 2-hour hemorrhagic shock and 2-hour resuscitation. Rhesus macaques in propofol group were given propofol at a plasma concentration of 8 mg/L all through by the technique of target controlled infusion. Hemodynamic parameters, gas analysis and RBC, WBC, HB and PLT contents from collected arterial blood were respectively determined before bleeding, 2 h after hemorrhagic shock and 2 h after resuscitation. Results Mean pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance index in propofol group 2 h after hemorrhagic shock and 2 h after resuscitation were significantly lower than those in control group (P

Objective To explore the association between the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and intake frequency of capsicum in dietary pattern. Methods A total of 914 health check-up participants were recruited from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital (male: 510,female:404). All participants were asked about the intake frequency of capsicum. Diagnostic criteria of the Hp infection included positive C13 breath test. Results The intake frequency of capsicum was ≥2 times/week, 1 time/week and <1 time/week. The infection rate of Hp was 56.08%, 49.04% and 48.29%. After adjusting for covariates, compared with the≥2 times/week, the odds ratios(95%confidence interval)of intake frequency of capsicum 1 time/week and <1 time/week: the frequency of capsicum intake ≥2 times/week was 1.00 (reference), the frequency of capsicum intake 1 time/week was 0.57(0.33-0.97) and the frequency of capsicum intake<1 time/week was 0.69(0.42-1.14) in men;the frequency of capsicum intake≥2 times/week was 1.00 (reference), the frequency of capsicum intake 1 time/week was 1.01(0.54-1.88), and the frequency of capsicum intake<1 time/week was 0.71(0.41-1.23) in women. Conclusions This study found that food intake frequency of capsicum≥2 times/week was associated with the infection rate of Hp in men. But similar relationship was not observed in women.

AIM: To investigate the comparison of different types of catheter treatment of anastomotic ring canalicular effect.
METHODS:Retrospective analysis. A total of 114 cases 114 eyes were randomly selected between May 2013 to May 2015 jointly admitted to Huizhou Huizhou City People's Hospital and the Central People's Hospital of canalicular patients in accordance with the agreement of the annular catheterization divided into three groups, group A of annular nasal lacrimal duct catheterization in 36 eyes, group B for the whole nasal lacrimal annular catheterization in 33 eyes, group C between the upper annular tears point catheterization 45 eyes. Through the A, B, C three groups after 1, 3wk, 1, 3mo and 1y follow-up were analyzed to compare.
RESULTS:Group A of 31 eyes were cured, improved in 2 eyes, 3 eyes, the effective rate was 91. 7%;group B, 27 cases were cured, improved in 3 eyes, 3 eyes, the effective rate was 90. 9%;group C, 40 cases were cured, improved in 2 eyes, 3 eyes, the effective rate was 93. 3%. A, B, C three groups efficiency pointless difference (P=0. 124). CONCLUSION: Similar to A, B, C three groups of treatment efficacy, patient lacrimal functional recovery is safe and effective, which the group C treatment, during treatment and less material and fewer postoperative complications in patients, it is worth promotion.
