AIM To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of narirutin,hesperidin,nobiletin,3,5,6,7,8,3',4'-heptemthoxyflavone,tangeratin,dehydrotumulosic acid,dehydropachymic acid and pachymic acid in Erchen Mixture (Citri reticulatae Pericarpium,Poria,Pinelliae Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35 ℃ thermostatic Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1％ formic acid flowing at 0.9 mL/min in a gradient elution manner.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges (r ＞ 0.999 0),whose average recoveries were 96.94％-99.69％ with the RSDs of 0.88％-1.76％.CONCLUSION This accurate,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Erchen Mixture.

Selective COX-2 inhibitors can promote the apoptosis of tumor cells and block the growth of new blood vessels through the inhibition of ring oxidase,vascular endothelial growth factor,microvessel and so on. Research shows that COX-2 is overexpressed in vascular and endothelial cells of lung cancer,select COX-2 inhibitors to adjuvant chemotherapy,not only can directly inhibit the tumor proliferation,but also can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy drugs,and enhance the curative effect. To investigate the effects of selec-tive COX-2 inhibitors and cisplatin in lung cancer angiogenesis and its mechanism,will be a hope for the clini-cal treatment of tumor.

Objective To understand the efficiency of membrane biological reactor (MBR) and sodium hypochlorite generator in a hospital sewage treatment. Methods The samples were collected before and after the sewage was treated by MBR and sodium hypochlorite. The sludge suspend particles, CODCr, BOD5, NH3-N, fecal coliform count and the content of residual chlorine were determined. Results After membrane biological reactor treatment, the removal rates of sludge suspended particles, CODCr, BOD5, NH3-N and fecal coliform was 82.25%, 80.25%, 75.52%, 75.84%, 96.75% respectively. After sodiun hypochlorite disinfection, the removal rate of fecal coliform counts was 99.96%, the content of residual chloride was 3.4 mg/L. Conclusion The efficiency of MBR and sodium hypochlorite is satisfactory in the sewage treatment in the large hospital, the treated sewage will meet the Chinese standard (GB8978-1996).

Objective: To investigate the introcular Pharmacokinetics of gentamicin-chitosan gel. Methods:Pharmacokinetis studies were carried out in 40 albino New Zealand rabbits.They were divided into two groups,gentamicin in a volume of 0.1ml PBS(2 mg/ml)was injected into mid-vitreous cavity of 20 rabbits' eyes as control,0.1ml gentamicin-chitosan gel(2 mg/ml) was injected into the other 20 rabbits' eyes as treated group.2 rabbits of each group were killed at 0.5,1,2,4,8,16,24,48,72 and(96 h) after injection,the vitreous speciemens were obtained. Results: The biological half-life(t_(1/2)) of gentamicin in vitreous is(8.38?0.75)h and the minimal inhibitory conertration(MIC) can be detected in 48 h,while the t_(1/2) of gentamicin-chitosan gel is(24.49?3.44) h and the MIC can be detected after 120 h. Conclusion: Gentamicin-chitosan gel with the same dosage can prolong biological half-life and increase its intraocular biovailability.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of vaginal myomectomy. Methods From March 2005 to May 2008,78 women with abnormal uterine bleeding were diagnosed with submucous myoma by hysteroscopy combined with ultrasonography. All the myomas were located in the lower uterine segment,and the diameter of the tumor ranged from 30 mm to 63 mm. The patients were divided into two groups to underwent vaginal myomectomy (vaginal group,36 cases) or abdominal electrotomy (open group,42 cases). The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal operation was accomplished in all of the 36 cases. Compared with the open group,the vaginal group had significantly shorter operation time [(64.7?10.4) min vs (71.1?11.3) min,t=-2.599,P=0.011],less intraoperative blood loss [(200.0?38.4) ml vs (253.6?47.6) ml,t=-5.412,P=0.000],quicker recovery of bowel movement [(18.5?4.3) h vs (30.9?4.7) h,t=-12.078,P=0.000],and shorter postoperative hospital stay [(4.9?1.2) d vs (7.0?1.3) d,t=-7.368,P=0.000]. Follow-up was available in all of the 78 cases for 3 to 40 months (mean,28 months),during which no relapse occurred,and no statistical differences in pregnancy rate between the two groups was revealed [2.8% (1/36) vs 4.8% (2/42),?2=0.000,P=1.000]. The operation satisfaction rates in both of the two groups were up to 100%. Conclusions Vaginal myomectomy has advantages in less hemorrhage,fast recovery,short postoperative hospital stay,and low complication rate. For the tumors located in the lower uterine segment or those larger than 30 mm in diameter,vaginal myomectomy is an alternative to hysteroscopic electrotomy.

[Objective]To observe the effect of treatment on post-stroke hiccup by acupuncture and medicine.[Methods]58 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly,30 cases were taken the acupuncture and medicine treatment, 28 cases were injected metoclopramide as control. [Results]The curative effect in therapy group is much better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The therapy of acupuncture and medicine is superior to pure medicine in the treatment of post-stroke hiccup.

Objective To investigate the influence of intensive antiplatelet scheme assisted with gamma-immunoglobulin on clinical efficacy, the relieve time of clinical symptoms and the levels of inflammatory factors of children with Kawasaki disease.Methods80 children with Kawasaki disease were chosen in the period form July 2014 to July 2016 in Yiwu hospital of Zhejiang province and randomly divided into two groups including the control group (40 cases) with bigeminy scheme including aspirin and dipyridamole and the observation group (40 cases) with trigeminy scheme including aspirin, dipyridamole and clopidogrel on the basis of gamma-globulin;and the clinical efficacy for short-term, the relieve time of clinical symptoms and signs, the the levels of WBC, PLT, PCT, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, HMGB1 and MIF before and after treatment, the incidence of coronary artery injury and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of both groups were compared.ResultsThe total clinical effects of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The relieve time of symptoms and signs of observation group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).The levels of WBC and PLT after treatment of observation groups were significantly lower than control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of PCT, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, HMGB1 and MIF after treatment of observation groups were significantly lower than control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of coronary artery injury of observation groups were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse drug effects incidence between 2 groups.ConclusionIntensive antiplatelet scheme assisted with immunoglobulin in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease can efficiently relieve the respiratory symptoms and signs, control the levels of inflammatory reaction, inhibit the platelet aggregation, prevent the occurrence of coronary artery injury and not cause the serious adverse drug reactions.

OBJECTIVE:HPLC method was established for the determination of dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)in tablets.METHODS:The chromatographic system consisted of ?-Bondapak C18 column and mobile phase of methanol-water(75∶25)with a detection wavelength at 292nm.RESULTS:The linear range of DHEA was 0.2～1.0mg/ml,r=0.9 999.The recovery rate was 99.13%(RSD=0.42%).CONCLUSION:This method is simple and accurate for determination of DHEA in tablets.
