ObjectiveTo explore the clinical features of senile coronary heart disease.MethodsClinical data of 367 cases with senile coronary heart disease admitted from January 2001 to December 2004 were reviewed.ResultsOf the 367 cases with senile coronary heart disease, 42 were asymptomatic, 92 were angina pectoris, 56 were myocardial infarction, 66 were arrhythmia, 74 were angina pectoris or myocardial infarction with arrhythmia, 37 were angina pectoris or myocardial infarction with cardiac insufficiency. Of the 79 cases with myocardial infarction, 47 were myocardial infarction with Q wave, 32 were myocardial infarction without Q wave. Of the 140 cases with arrhythmia, many cases were varied arrhythmias, 51 were atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation, 37 were ventricular premature beat, 34 were atrial premature beat, 27 were intraventricular block, 12 were atrioventricular block, 8 were sick sinus syndrome.ConclusionThe clinical features of senile coronary heart disease manifested asymptomatic, atypical angina pectoris, arrhythmias, cardiac insufficiency, varied coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction are myocardial infarction without Q wave, etc.

Objective To explore the role of mouse dermis-derived mesenchymal stem cells (mdMSC) on skin repair. Methods mdMSC and human dermal fibroblasts were isolated and identified. Human dermal fibroblasts were cultured alone or eoeultured with mdMSC in Transwell chambers with the density ratio of human dermal fibroblasts to mdMSC being 2/5, 1/1, and 2/1. On day 4 and 8 of culture, the expression levels of hydroxyproline and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) 1 were measured in the supematant of monoculture and coculture by alkaline hydrolysis and ELISA respectively. Results The level of hydro-xyproline was significantly higher in the supematants of coculture system with a density ratio of 2/5 and 1/1 than that in monoculture supematants of human dermal fibroblasts on day 8 (both P < 0.05). Elevated level of TGF-betal was observed in all coculture supematants on day 8 (all P < 0.01) and in the supernatants of coculture system with a density ratio of 1/1 on day 4 (P < 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression level of TGF-betal and hydroxyproline in the coculture supernatants (r = 0.108, P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion In vitro coculture with mdMSC can increase the production of hydroxyproline and TGF-betal by fibroblasts, which may be a mechanism underlying the facilitation of skin repair by mdMSC.

The macroscopy and ultrasondgraphy analysis for thirty reseeted specimens of esophageal carcinoma proved by pathology was reported in this paper.The ultrasonic features of esophageal carcinoma as follows:the local wails became thicker,their layers were unclear or disap-peared,the normal walls were insteaded of irregular masses with hypoechoic patterns, the borders of the masses were definite or indefinite,and the posterior echoes of the masses had little change.In addi-tion,the depth of tumor invasion Was compared by the ultrasonography and pathology.The ultrasonic features of the esophageal walls without tumor were also described.

Objective To study the DNA damage effect of the organic extracts from Chlorinated domestic sewage coming from three different places in vivo and in vitro. Objective To explore the sonographic characteristics and to evaluate its diagnostic value of hepatic lymphoma (HL). Methods The clinical data and abdominal sonographic ifndings of 18 consecutive patients with histological proven diagnosis of lymphoma with liver involvement were reviewed, including contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) images. Results The liver sonographic features of 18 HL were differentiated as three types including nodular, diffuse and mixed type. Nodular type showed well-deifned hypoecho lesions in 6 cases with penetrating vascular lfow signals in 2 cases and no vascular lfow signals in 6 cases by color Doppler imaging. In 3 cases by CEUS, all the hepatic focal nodulars showed variable arterial enhancement but wash-out in the portal venous and late phases. For diffuse type cases, hepatomegaly without nodule was showed in 11 cases. Vasular in liver showed normal in 8 cases and abnormal in 3 cases. For mixed type cases, hepatomegaly and multiple ill-deifned hypoechoic lesions with normal vascular in liver were showed in 1 case. Hepatosplenomegaly and abdominal lymphoadenopathies were identiifed in 11 cases. Conclusions The characteristics and the types of sonographic ifndings may be helpful in differentiating HL from other liver lesions.

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of surgery for chronic subdural hematoma assisted by rigid neuroendoscope and its surgical techniques. Methods Clinical data of 161 patients with chronic subdural hematoma from August 2009 to December 2015 was analyzed retrospectively. 74 of them experienced surgeries assisted by rigid neuroendoscope (endoscope group) and other 87 cases were operated without neuroendoscope (routine group) during the same period. Results Although there were significant difference in operative duration between the two groups, complications, ratio of total removal of hematoma after surgery, postoperative inpatient duration and recurrent rate of hematoma were more advantageous in endoscope group. The operative duration of endoscope group with (112.68 ± 34.86) min was longer than that of routine group with (74.11 ± 28.23) min (t = 7.75, P = 0.000), while the postoperative inpatient duration of endoscope group with (8.23 ± 2.01) d was shorter than that of another group with (10.79 ± 5.02) d (t = -4.12, P = 0.000). There were no surgical associated complications in endoscope group, but 1 patient in routine group experienced intracerebral hematoma of frontal lobe and associated aphemia. Total removal of hematoma was confirmed in endoscope group with 98.65% (73/74), which was higher than that in routine group with 86.21% (75/78) (χ2 = 8.34, P = 0.004). Hematoma recurrence was found in 16 cases of routine group (18.39%), but more superiority in endoscope group with 1.35% (χ2 = 12.29, P = 0.000). Outpatient follow-up was carried out in all patients from 6 to 38 months with an average duration of 30.06 months. In 17 cases with recurrent hematoma during follow-up, 15 of them were cured by a second surgery, and another 2 patients were cured by atorvastatin. Conclusion As a simple, safe and effective technique, the application of rigid neuroendoscope during surgery for chronic subdural hematoma is more advantage than routine surgery. A self-made suction with adjustable soft curved tip is suitable for such procedure.

Objective To assess the clinical value of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (3D-STI) in detecting left ventricular systolic function in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF).Methods 34 patients with PAF and 34 matched subjects were included.The strains of the left ventricular 17 segments (longitudinal and radial strain) were acquired using 3D-STI.Results Compared with the controls,the strains were decreased in the posterior wall,the inferior wall and the posterior septum below the left ventricular papillary muscle level in the PAF group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),while there were no significant differences in other segments (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Left ventricular systolic function in patients with PAF was decreased,but the decreased degree of the segments was not all the same.3D-STI can evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with PAF and provide valuable clinical information.

Glioblastoma is a malignant tumor in central nervous system, which has strong invasion, poor prognosis and short survival time. At present, the main treatment strategy of glioblastoma is surgical excision, supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, due to incomplete resection and high recurrence rate, it is urgent to find novel therapeutic method for glioblastoma. Photodynamic therapy, as a promising non-surgical treatment, provides a new strategy for postoperative adjuvant therapy of glioblastoma. This review summarizes the mechanism and clinical application of photodynamic therapy mediated by various photosensitizers in glioblastoma, in order to provide help for the treatment of glioblastoma.
