International Eye Science 2015;(2):331-333
AlM:To observe and compare the influence of different incision cataract phacoemulsification on comprehensive state in patients. METHODS: Sixty patients with cataract who were treated with phacoemulsification in our hospital from November 2012 to May 2014 were selected as research object, and they were divided into group A ( corneal incision group) 30 cases and group B ( corneoscleral rim incision group) 30 cases according to the disease state. Epithelial and incision repair time, tear break-up time, tear secretion, corneal staining score and tear related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were respectively analyzed and compared. RESULTS: The epithelial and incision repair time constitution of group B were better than those of group A, the incision repair time, tear break - up time, tear secretion, corneal staining score and tear related indexes at 1,7, 14 and 28d after the treatment were all significantly better than those of group A too, there were all significant differences (all P<0. 05).CONCLUSlON: The application value of corneoscleral rim incision in the patients with cataract phacoemulsification is relatively higher, and bad influence of this method for the patients is smaller, the postoperative recovery of comprehensive state are faster.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(05):-
The ubiquitin-proteasome system is composed by multiple enzymes which are ubiquitously expressed in mammalian cells and plays an essential role in a variety of biological processes. As key members of the protein degradation enzymatic system, the function of E3 ubiquitin ligases has been extensively investigated. BMP and TGF-? are critical molecules that regulate proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of osteoblasts and chondrocytes through different signaling pathways. Resent findings indicate that the ubiquitin-proteasome system functions as a key regulator in bone cells and the E3 ligase mediates the proteolytic degradation of critical molecules in BMP and TGF-? signaling pathways. Recent progress on studies of HECT domain E3 ligase, Smurf, in osteoblasts and chondrocytes were summarized. The regulatory role of Smurf1 and Smurf2 in BMP and TGF-? signaling and osteoblast and chondrocyte function has been reviewed.

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
In this study, nearly 200 endophytic bacteria were isolated from different part of Huperzia serrata, over 60 bacterium with clear antifungal activity were selected from those cultures.Among them, strain H-6 exhibited the highest antifungal activity which was strongly inhibits the growth of many plant pathogenic fungi such as Sclerotinia scleroliorum,Fusarium graminearumt,Sclerotinia libertiana,Phytophthora capsici Leonia and Sesame fusarium wilt.According to the characteristics of morphology, physiology and biochem- istry tests and the comparison of 16S rDNA sequence, the strain H-6 was similar to the Burkholderia. So strain H-6 was identified as Burkholderia sp.H-6.The results also showed that Burkholderia sp.H-6 was markedly different from Burkholderia cepacia that was applied widely in agriculture as antagonistic bacteria. The medium and culture conditions of the strain all were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. In the investigation of the culture condition, growth was carried out in a basal medium(potato juice)and gradually supplemented with the various ingredients to be investigated. The major ingredients be- ing investigated included carbon sources and nitrogen sources. The optimal antifungal activity production condition is growth in a medium(potato juice with 2.5%mannitol and 0.1%NaNO3),initial pH 4.0 at 28℃.

This study was aimed to investigate the immunophenotypic characteristics of 109 cases of B-cell chronic lymphoid leukemia (B-CLL) so as to provide evidences for the diagnosis and therapy of B-CLL, and for the detection of the minimal residual disease and its prognosis. Immunophenotyping was performed in 109 patients of B-CLL by two/three color multiparameter flow cytometry analysis using a panel of monoclonal antibodies. The results showed that in 109 cases of B-CLL, all cases expressed CD19, the positive ratios of other B lineage antigen such as CD20, CD22 and CD23 were 95.40%, 94.50%, 86.20% respectively. None of the B-CLL cases expressed CD10. The expression ratio of FMC-7 and CD38 in 105 cases of B-CLL were 28.60% and 36.20%. Among the B-CLL cases the CD5(+) cells amounted to 86.23%, CD5(-) cells amounted to 13.76%, ZAP-70 protein was expressed in 12 out of 50 patients. It is concluded that immunophenotypic data are very useful for the diagnosis and detection of minimal residual disease of B-CLL, and the relationship between the immunophenotypic characteristics and the prognosis of B-CLL needs further study.

Objective To observe the effect of a high temperature environment on IL-17 concentration , neutrophil and lymphocyte in peripheral blood of soldiers on a training task .Methods Totally 160 health training soldiers were randomly and equally divided into two groups .The test group was trained and exposed to an environment of ( 32 ±1 )℃ vs control group at ( 22 ±1 )℃ for 2 hours before the IL-17 levels in venous blood were measured and peripheral neutrophils and lymphocytes were determined. Results The body temperatures were (38.74 ±0.26),(39.23 ±0.24),and (39.51 ± 0.34)℃after training for 40 min,50 min,and 60 min under a high temperature environment , respectively, and there was a significant increase of body temperature compared to the soldiers trained under normal conditions (P <0.05).Their perceived exertion rating was 17.62 ±0.66, 18.03 ±0.56, and 18.47 ±0.84, respectively, much unlike the control group (P<0.05).After 2 hours of training under high temperature , the concentration of IL-17 was (7.12 ±4.03) pg/ml, while the number of neutrophils and lymphocytes was (6.43 ±1.27) ×109/L and (9.84 ±1.36) ×109/L, respectively in peripheral blood, significantly higher than in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The body temperature and rating of perceived exertion of the training soldiers are significantly elevated under a high temperature environment, and the concentration of IL-17, and the neutrophils and lymphocytes counts in peripheral blood are increased .

Objective By using primary cultured mouse renal tubular epithelial cells (TECs) to develop an in vitro model of simulated ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury. Methods The outer medulla of C57BL/6J mouse kidney was flushed and primary cultured after digestion in type Ⅰ collagenase, and then immunocytochemical staining was used to verify TECs.Primary cultured TECs were immersed in mineral oil to simulate the ischemic process, and 60 min later the whole culture medium was added to simulate reperfusion process. The cells were collected and RAN was extracted at indicated time points after medium replacement. The expression of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 was detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. The culture supernatants were collected at 24 h after medium replacement for detection of the expression of cytokine protein by using ELISA.Results Primary cultured TECs were identified by cobblestone-shaped morphology and then verified by cytokeratin 18 (CK18) staining. In TECs of IR group after medium replacement the mRNA expression of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 was higher than in control group. The expression of TNF-α after medium replacement was increased to a peak level at 0.5 h,about (24.45 ±6.51) times (P<0.01 ) higher than the control group, and gradually declined thereafter. The mRNA expression of IL-1β after medium replacement kept an increasing tendency, about ( 15.27 ± 4.29) times (P<0.05) higher than the control group at 6 h,and that of IL-6 after medium replacement was increased to a peak level at 3 h,about ( 11.19 ±4.55) times (P<0.01) higher than the control group. In the IR group at 24 h after medium replacement, the protein expression of NF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in the supernatants was significantly higher than in the control group. Conclusion High purity of primary cultured TECs was achieved from the outer medulla of mouse kidney by separation and digestion. The in vitro model of simulated IR in primary cultured mouse renal TECs was successfully created using paraffin oil.
