ObjectiveTo analyze the relative influential factors of hearing rehabilitation of the deafened children with multichannel cochlear implant. Methods42 prelingually deafened children who accepted multichannel cochlear implant were evaluated with their hearing ability, hearing thresholds and talent level, while their family and usage of the multichannel cochlear were investigated. Results and ConclusionThe result shows that the factors influencing the hearing rehabilitation are the occupations of the parents, income of the family, the time between diagnosing deaf and the operation, the time after the cochlear implant operation and the talent level. The results of the logistic regression show that the deafened children can gain their hearing developing rapidly if they living in a family with high income, their mothers have accepted more education, and they accepted longer time of continuing hearing-aid, etc.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic evaluation of isotropic scanning and Lung Care soft- ware in solitary pulmonary nodules,and to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods 52 patients suffered from SPN were included in our study.Two experts in CT analyzed the films.First,they read the axial images and made diagnosis.Then isotropic scanning and lung care software approaches were used on 16 spiral CT and another analysis were made again.The results were compared with pathological diagnosis respectively. Objective To discuss the changes and significance of interleukin-17 (IL-17) in perioperative period of congenital heart disease patients with pulmonary hypertension. Methods A total of forty patients with congenital heart disease underwent cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) were included in this study. According to the pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP), patients were divided into non-pulmonary hypertension group (group Ⅰ, PASP < 30 mmHg) and pulmonary hypertension group (groupⅡ, PASP≥30 mmHg). Blood samples were taken before anesthesia (T1), start CPB (T2), 30 min after CPB (T3), 6 h (T4), 24 h (T5) and 7 d (T6) after operation. The concentration of IL-17 was detected by ELISA. Arterial oxygen partial pressure [p(O2)] and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure [p(CO2)] during the first five time points were recorded. Oxygen index (OI) and alveolar arterial oxygen tension difference (AaDO2) were calculated. Results The plasma IL-17 levels in perioperative period were significantly higher in group Ⅱ than those of group Ⅰ (P < 0.05). The highest concentration of IL-17 emerged at T3, then decreased gradually in both groups. At this time point, the OI decreased, and AaDO2 increased significantly in both groups. Compared with groupⅠ, the OI decreased, while AaDO2 increased at T5 in groupⅡ(P<0.05). Conclusion The high level of IL-17 promotes the formation of pulmonary hypertension in congenital heart disease and leads to the lung injury during CPB, which can be used as a clinical monitoring indicator of evaluating severity.

A total of 108 subjects were enrolled in this study, including 21 healthy subjects(control group), 34 non-obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome [PCOS1 group, body mass index(BMI)<25 kg/m²], 32 obese patients with PCOS(PCOS2 group, BMI≥25 kg/m²), and 21 simple obese patients whose age and BMI matched with PCOS2(OB group). BMI, waist-hip ratio(WHR), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), postprandial 2h plasma glucose(2hPG), HbA_1C, fasting insulin(FINS), postprandial 2h insulin(2hINS), sex hormones, and lipid parameters were determined. The status of insulin resistance was assessed by homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistant index(HOMA-IR)and insulin sensitivity index(ISI). Levels of plasma galectin-3 and interleukin-6(IL-6)were detected by ELISA. The results showed that the plasma level of galectin-3 was significantly higher in PCOS group than those in control and OB groups(all P<0.05). Moreover, the level of galectin-3 was also higher in OB group compared with control group, while galectin-3 level in PCOS2 group was higher than that in PCOS1 group(all P<0.05). After adjusted by age, BMI, and WHR, correlation analysis showed that the level of galectin-3 was positively correlated with FPG, 2hPG, FINS, HOMA-IR, highly-sensitive C-reactive protein, and IL-6, while negatively correlated with ISI. A multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the plasma galectin-3 concentration was independently associated with IL-6, HOMA-IR, and BMI(all P<0.05). These data suggest that plasma galectin-3 is closely associated with glucose metabolism, chronic inflammation, and insulin resistance, which may be involved in the pathogenesis of PCOS. In this study, 17 kinds of Dendrobium species of Fengdous including 39 individuals were collected from 4 provinces. Mitochondrial gene sequences co I, nad 5, nad 1-intron 2 and chloroplast gene sequences rbcL, matK amd psbA-trnH were amplified from these materials, as well as nrDNA ITS. Furthermore, suitable sequences for identification of Dendrobium species of Fengdous were screened by K-2-P and P-distance. The results showed that during the mentioned 7 sequences, nrDNA ITS, nad 1-intron 2 and psbA-trnH which had a high degree of variability could be used to identify Dendrobium species of Fengdous. However, single fragment could not be used to distinguish D. moniliforme and D. huoshanense. Moreover, compared to other combined fragments, new type combined fragments nrDNA ITS+nad 1-intron 2 was more effective in identifying the original plants of Dendrobium species and could be used to identify D. huoshanense and D. moniliforme. Besides, according to the UPGMA tree constructed with nrDNA ITS+nad 1-intron 2, 3 inspected Dendrobium plants were identified as D. huoshanense, D. moniliforme and D. officinale, respectively. This study identified Dendrobium species of Fengdous by combined fragments nrDNA ITS+nad 1-intron 2 for the first time, which provided a more effective basis for identification of Dendrobium species. And this study will be helpful for regulating the market of Fengdous.

Objective The study discusses the clinical efficacy, surgical technique and new technology application of "⊥" incision in tracheotomy. Methods From March 2014 to December 2015, a total of 300 patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University with tracheotomy prospective were studied.The statistics of success rate of incision, balloon cuff rupture and complications of "⊥" form incision (groupA) and"I"form incision (group B) during tracheotomy.Result In group A, 144 out of 150 cases (96%) were inserted successfully for the first try,while the first incision was successful in 90/150 cases of group B (60%) (P＜0.01) . Balloon cuff rupture was found in 3/150 cases (2%) in groupA and 15/150 cases (10%) in group B (P＜0.05) . The postoperative complications (postoperative bleeding, subcutaneous emphysema, pneumothorax,laryngotracheal stenosis) were observed in 10/150 cases (6.7%) in groupA and 25/150 cases (16.7%) in group B (P＜0.05).Conclusion The"⊥" tracheal incision is simple, safe and causes fewer complications. It is worthy of generalization and application.
