Objective To establish a rat model of chronic renal failure (CRF) by using 5/6 subtotal nephrectomy method , then observe and evaluate the effect of Turbidity‐reducing Granule on the intestinal immune function of rats with CRF .Methods CRF model Wistar rats were divided into high ,medium and low dose group ,sham operation group ,and model control group .respec‐tively given Turbidity‐reducing Granule 4 .05 ,8 .10 ,16 .20 g · kg -1 · d-1 .Benazepril group was given 2 mL/d (1 .2 mg/d) Benaze‐pril suspension fed;model control group and the sham group are saline 2 mL/d orally .The rats were observed before and after treat‐ment of signs and general condition ,serum BUN ,Scr changes ,and pathological changes were observed under microscope .ELISA method were used to detect serum and intestinal SIgA .Results Turbidity‐reducing Granule reduced the level of serum BUN ,Scr in rats with CRF ,there were statistically significant differences of Benazepril group and high ,medium ,low dose of Turbidity‐reducing Granule group compared with model group(P<0 .05) .Compared with the model group ,the intestinal SIgA of Benazepril group and low ,middle ,high dose of group increased significantly(P<0 .05);intestinal SIgA in ,middle and high dose group were significantly increased compared with Benazepril group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Turbidity‐reducing Granule could improve renal function and in‐testinal immune function .

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2003;0(12):-
Objective Study on the traceability of serum enzyme ass ays by testing enzyme reference material in clinical laboratories. Methods 50 laboratories were involved in this survey. One enzyme reference material was send to each participate lab. The reference material was tested by use of routine method and the results were recorded. All lab data were processed with computer. Results Compare with the target values, the bias of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LD) assays were 6 3%, 5 5%, -5 9% and -5 0% respectively, the bias of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) assays was -36 6. The inter laboratory coefficient variation of the amylase assay was 29 2%. Conclusions The results of enzyme assay in clinical laboratories could be traced to the international reference material.

Though there are different kinds of view on diabetic nutritional therapy for a long time,it is the basic treatment method on diabetes mellitus(DM).With some result of clinical research on diabetic nutritional therapy, people knew it more and more.To discuss new diabetic nutritional therapy is of great benefit to improve the curative effect and prolong the syndrome of DM.
7. The short-term curative efficacy of radiofrequency ablation with active electrode cooling in the treatment of liver cancer
Tumor 2007;27(4):316-318
Objective: To observe the short-term curative effect of radiofrequency ablation with active electrode cooling in the treatment of hepatocarcinoma. Methods: Radiofrequency ablation therapy was targeted to 117 tumor bodies of 43 patients with hepatocarcinoma using cooled-tip radiofrequency energy delivery machine (HG-3000). The change of tumor size was observed using CT and type B ultrasonic examination. The level of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), the liver function were recorded and compared with pretreatment. Results: Radiofrequency ablation therapy significantly inhibited the growth of 117 tumor bodies. The AFP value obviously decreased compared with pretreatment (P<0.05); the CEA value had the tendency to continually increase. The CEA value had significant difference after 3-, 4-, and 5-month therapy compared with pretreatment (P<0.05). The liver function had obvious changes after 1- or 2-week therapy and recovered to the primary value before treatment after 4 to 5 weeks. Conclusion: The radiofrequency ablation with active electrode cooling may achieve satisfactory efficacy and has little complications.

Objective To evaluate the bactericidal effect of diode laser on Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg),and to explore an optimized protocol for a safe dose of photodynamic therapy (PDT) to eliminate periodontal pathogens as well as the impact on the implant surfaces,so as to provide theoretical and experimental basis for PDT in periimplantitis therapy. Methods Artificial in vitro models were formatted by culturing Pg standard strain and ITI (International Team for Implantology) implants together in CDC broth. Then artificial in vitro models were treated by different doses of hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether (HMME) and different energy density of laser (EDL) for 60 s.The cultures were counted by colony form unit (CFU),and SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis to select the best EDL and HMME dose. Finally,ITI implants were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) to evaluate the impact of HMME-PDT on Pg of implant surfaces. Results When EDL was 12 J/cm2 and mass concentration of HMME was 25 μg/ml,SEM observations showed that PDT could effectively kill Pg ((13.00±5.00) CFU)without damaging the implant surfaces. Conclusions PDT therapy combining 630 nm diode laser with photosensitizer HMME have good bactericidal effect on Pg,and the EDL and HMME dose is as small as the clinical applicable safe dose.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(12):-
Objective To elucidate the effect of human leukocyte antigen(HLA)cross-reactive groups(CREGs)matching on the patient/graft survival rate of renal transplant recipients positive for penal-reactive antibody(PRA).Methods The PRA level and the HLA antibody specificity of renal transplant candidates were assayed using the LAT1240,LM720R,and SSP2LB kits. The appropriate donors were selected according to the CREGs matching standard. Results 112 recipients included 43 positive cases of HLA classⅠantibody,39 positive cases of HLA classⅡantibody, and 30 positive cases of bothⅠandⅡ.The HLA mismatching cases of 0,1,2,3,4 and 5 allele(s)were 6,39,38, 21,7 and 1,respectively.Hyper-acute rejection(2 cases),acute rejection(18 cases),chronic rejec- tion(5 cases),delayed graft function(4 cases),graft excision(one case)due to rejection and deaths (13 cases,5 with a functioning graft)occurred after transplant.Ninety-nine recipients and 96 grafts survived. The 1-,3-,and 5-year graft survival rate was 91.96%,86.96%,and 86.21%,respec- tively. Conclusion The HLA matching rate of patient/graft was elevated significantly and the effect of high PRA level was decreased according to the principle of CREGs,which increased the patient/graft survival rate remarkably in sensitized recipients.

OBJECTIVETo investigate clinical outcomes of Kirschner wire as blocking screws combined with interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in treating tibial metaphyseal fractures (AO 43A).
METHODSFrom March 2011 to June 2012, 9 patients with tibial metaphyseal fractures were treated with blocking screws Kirschner wire combined with interlocking intramedullary nail, including 7 males and 2 females aged from 23 to 54 years old with an average of 37.4. Postoperative complications, X-ray were observed, AOFAS scoring were used to evaluate function after operation at 12 weeks.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 6 to 40 weeks (mean 20.1), and healed at stage I. No serious swelling, infection and skin necrosis occurred. No fracture instability and displacement appeaered at 4 and 8 week after operation. AOFAS score was (95.2±4.6) at 12 weeks after operation and 7 patients gained excellent result and 2 patients good.
CONCLUSIONKirschner wire as blocking screws with interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of tibial metaphyseal fractures can fix well and perform simply.
