Objective To explore whether the inflammatory stress can increase insulin resistance in the CD36 knockout (KO) mice. Methods After the mice were fed a standard chow for 14 weeks, oral glucose tolerance test, insulin release tests, lipids metabolism,SAA,IL-6,TNF-? and hepatic mRNA and proteins expression of mTOR,S6K,IRS-1,pIRS-1,2 were measured. Results Compared with the wide-type,the CD36 KO mice un-inflamed exhibited insulin resistance, and the insulin resistance index was increased[(3.01?1.24) vs (0.81?0.12),P

Objective To study the appearance of skin mucous glycoprotein in vitro on the activity of human lung cancer cells A549. Methods Used alkali extraction and DEAE-52 ion exchange chromatography and Sephadex G-100 gel chromatography purification salamander mucous glycoprotein; Salamander mucous glycoprotein inhibition of human lung cancer cells A549 was detected by MTT colorimetric method in vitro.ResuIts It showed that the total sugar content in the appearance of mucus was 4.23%, the relatively pure glycoprotein component, by SDS protein electrophoresis tests, it contained a single glycoprotein component, its molecular weight was about 30 kDa.With glycoprotein pure concentration increased from 1,10, 20,40μg/mL, the glycoprotein inhibition rate of A549 cells increased; when the glycoprotein concentration was 40 μg/mL, for 24 h action, the inhibition rate of A549 cells was up to 85.66 %, while the role of 48 h, the inhibition rate of A549 cells was up to 92.32%.Inhibition effect of mucus glycoprotein on A549 cell compared with positive control drug, had significant difference.ConcIusion Salamander mucus glycoproteins of human lung cancer cells has obvious inhibitory effect, can provide theoretical basis for the development of lung cancer drug resistance.

Objective To analyze various state of anxiety of infertility women's access to an in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) after the treatment cycle, and the relattionship between personality trait and anxiety. Methods A total of 96 patients who received the IVF-ET treatment were surveyed by questionnaire for the day state-trait anxiety at the start of treatment cycle. The patients were investigated with the questionnaire at the day, before an hour ova harvest, waiting for ? human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) at 13 days after post transplant respectively. Results (1) the mean of trait anxiety was 37.66±9.11. Three points in the survey had gradually increased (36.44±9.20, 39.37±11.27 and 40.98±12.73 respectively), the difference showed significant. (2) According to research group: a highly significant difference among the level of patients' anxiety was showed between those with high-trait anxiety value and low-trait anxiety value (P<0.05). Conclusions Nurses should pay close attention to psychological state of infertility women' s received IVF-ET and carry out measures to alleviate their psychological pressure so as to improve their treatment compliance and pregnancy success rate.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(5):885-888
To explore the effective components represented by fingerprint contributed to allelopathic effect of different Salvia miltiorrhiza aqueous concentration on seeds and seedlings of radish, grey relational analysis was used to establish the chromatography-efficacy relation. The results show that 15 peaks devote high allelopathic contribution to radish seeds and seedlings. The study will provide a new concept for allelochemicals screening and study.

Chinese Journal of Internal Medicine 2012;51(3):214-216
Objective To investigate the clinical features of the patients with dermatomyositis (DM)complicated with interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods The clinical manifestations and the laboratory data of the 20 patients with DM complicated with ILD were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 169 DM patients,20(11.8%)were founded with ILD and 4 had no complaint of respiratory system. The ratio of male to female was 1∶2.33.The level of serum creatine kinase(CK)was elevated in 11 cases.Anti-Jo-1 antibody was positive in 4 cases.Bilateral infiltrates including ground-glass attenuation, interlobular septal thickening and reticular opacities were found by chest high resolution computed tomography. The impairment of lung function was manifested as the decreased diffusion capacity for carbon monoxide of the lung(DLCO)and restricted ventilatory function abnormalities.Fifteen cases showed hypoxemia or respiratory failure by arterial blood gas analysis. All patients were treated with glucocorticoid and/or immunosuppressive agents.Totally,14 patients had improved, while 2 patients with no improvement and 4 patients died with a mortality of 20%.Conclusions DM complicated with ILD which is easily missed has a high morbidity and mortality. The understanding of DM complicated with ILD should be enhanced, thus early diagnosis and intervention could be performed for better prognosis.
