BACKGROUND:Methods after mechanical stimulation can be combined with various kinds of cells to produce many conversion types so as to start the various physiological functions of the body. OBJECTIVE:To analysis the reason why rol ing massage can improve the intracellular concentration of Ca2+METHODS:A biodynamic experimental device was set up, composed of pressure generating device, pressure forming device, pressure display device and related data recording device. We detected the effects of rol ing massage on Ca . 2+concentration in normal skeletal muscle cells and damaged cells through the different functions of the experimental device and system software. These functions consisted of pressure display, data transmission and recording, signal acquisition and processing, pressure signal acquisition, control and processing of signal acquisition, wireless signal transmission and receiving system, display system, storage system, system implementation function. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The experiment results showed that rol ing massage could reduce the Ca 2+concentration in the normal skeletal muscle cells and damaged cells. These findings suggest that rol ing massage can improve the overload of intracellular Ca2+in damaged cells, and it is superior to the sinusoidal mechanical stimulus.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of skin lesions of tsutsugamushi disease. Methods The skin lesions and clinical characteristics of 17 hospitalized patients with tsutsugamushi disease were analyzed. Results Of the patients, 88.2% (15/17) developed eschar and skin ulcer, 64.7% (11/17) had skin rashes. The patients often developed solitary, painless and nonpruritic eschar 4 to 10 days after the occurrence of fever, with indefinite locations and average diameter of 1.2 cm (range: 0.5 - 3.0 cm). The eschar was covered with a black and dry surface and surrounded by a ring-shaped erythematous halo, and usually shedded 5 to 9 days after the appearance with the formation of shallow ulcer. Superficial lymphadenectasis was observed near the eschar in 80% of the patients with eschar, and no eschar was observed at the first visit in 66.7% of the patients. Skin rashes mainly included nonpruritic congestive papules (45.5%) and maculopapular rashes (54.5%), and often subsided 2 to 5 days after emergence. Conclusions The skin lesions of tsutsugamushi disease include eschar and skin rashes. Eschar is an important characteristic and highly suggestive of this entity.

Objective To analyze various state of anxiety of infertility women's access to an in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) after the treatment cycle, and the relattionship between personality trait and anxiety. Methods A total of 96 patients who received the IVF-ET treatment were surveyed by questionnaire for the day state-trait anxiety at the start of treatment cycle. The patients were investigated with the questionnaire at the day, before an hour ova harvest, waiting for ? human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) at 13 days after post transplant respectively. Results (1) the mean of trait anxiety was 37.66±9.11. Three points in the survey had gradually increased (36.44±9.20, 39.37±11.27 and 40.98±12.73 respectively), the difference showed significant. (2) According to research group: a highly significant difference among the level of patients' anxiety was showed between those with high-trait anxiety value and low-trait anxiety value (P<0.05). Conclusions Nurses should pay close attention to psychological state of infertility women' s received IVF-ET and carry out measures to alleviate their psychological pressure so as to improve their treatment compliance and pregnancy success rate.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in primary hepatic lymphoma (PHL).Methods The ultrasonic and clinical features in 40 cases of PHL were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were pathologically confirmed by surgical operation or ultrasound-guided biopsy. Results The most common presentation of PHL was a solitary lesion which occurred in 57.5% (23/40) of patients, followed by multiple lesions in 30.0% (12/40),and diffuse infiltration patterns in 12.5 % (5/40).The first two types were usually shown on ultrasound as hypoechoic lesions with surrounding normal liver parenchyma in 88.6% (31/35) of cases. The diffuse pattern presented as diffuse hepatomegaly without nodules in the liver parenchyma. There were 52.5% (21/40) of the lesions which could not be diagnosed either as benign or malignant by ultrasound. Conclusions The clinical presentations and imaging features of PHL are non-specific.PHL should be considered as a differential diagnosis in cases of liver metastases when no primary tumour is apparent,or when sonographic findings show atypical features of primary liver carcinoma or hemangioma. When patients with unexplained fever and diffuse hepatomegaly,PHL should be considered and precaution should be taken to prevent to misdiagnose these patients as having fatty liver or chronic liver disease.

Objective To investigate the contribution of hypoxia-inducible factor inhibitor YC-1 to cisplatin chemo-sensitivity to human ovarian cancer cells A2780s in vitro. Methods Ovarian cancer cells were divided into four groups which were treated with saline, YC-1, cisplatin, and YC-1+cisplatin, separately, mRNA of HIF-1αand VEGF in the A2780s cells were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR by calculating 2-△△CT;the protein were detected by Western blot, to evaluate the change of hypoxia and angiogenesis capabilities under the ovarian cancer microenvironment. Results Compared with the control group, mRNA and protein of HIF-1αand VEGF expressed less in the group of YC-1, cisplatin and YC-1+cisplatin;while, those in the group of YC-1+cisplatin were lower than the monotherapy (P<0. 05), but no significant difference was detected between the YC-1 and cisplatin groups, and the expression of HIF-1αand VEGF mRNA were positively related(r=0. 830 5)in each group. Conclusion YC-1 exerts the antitumor effect and may contribute to sensitivity to cisplatin in the therapy of ovarian cancer.
