Objective To study the DNA damage effect of the organic extracts from Chlorinated domestic sewage coming from three different places in vivo and in vitro. Methods The domestic sewage samples were collected from different places:university A, university B and a hotel. The DNA damage effect was tested in the bacteria, cells and BALB/C mouse by single cell gel electrophoresis (comet assay), the micronucleus test, Ames test. Results Comet assay indicators:all three samples, before chlorinated, at the dosages of 1.0, 5.0 mg/ml, after chlorinated, at the dosages of 0.04, 0.2, 1.0, 5.0 mg/ml for university A, 0.2, 1.0, 5.0 mg/ml for a hotel, 1.0, 5.0 mg/ml for university B, were significantly higher than those in the negative group(P

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1995;4(2):91-93,插页20
The macroscopy and ultrasondgraphy analysis for thirty reseeted specimens of esophageal carcinoma proved by pathology was reported in this paper. The ultrasonic features of esophageal carcinoma as follows:the local wails became thicker, their layers were unclear or disap-peared,the normal walls were insteaded of irregular masses with hypoechoic patterns, the borders of the masses were definite or indefinite, and the posterior echoes of the masses had little change. In addi-tion,the depth of tumor invasion Was compared by the ultrasonography and pathology. The ultrasonic features of the esophageal walls without tumor were also described.

Objective To explore the role of mouse dermis-derived mesenchymal stem cells (mdMSC) on skin repair. Methods mdMSC and human dermal fibroblasts were isolated and identified. Human dermal fibroblasts were cultured alone or eoeultured with mdMSC in Transwell chambers with the density ratio of human dermal fibroblasts to mdMSC being 2/5, 1/1, and 2/1. On day 4 and 8 of culture, the expression levels of hydroxyproline and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) 1 were measured in the supematant of monoculture and coculture by alkaline hydrolysis and ELISA respectively. Results The level of hydro-xyproline was significantly higher in the supematants of coculture system with a density ratio of 2/5 and 1/1 than that in monoculture supematants of human dermal fibroblasts on day 8 (both P < 0.05). Elevated level of TGF-betal was observed in all coculture supematants on day 8 (all P < 0.01) and in the supernatants of coculture system with a density ratio of 1/1 on day 4 (P < 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression level of TGF-betal and hydroxyproline in the coculture supernatants (r = 0.108, P > 0.05). Conclusion In vitro coculture with mdMSC can increase the production of hydroxyproline and TGF-betal by fibroblasts, which may be a mechanism underlying the facilitation of skin repair by mdMSC.

The tools used for the literature quality evaluation are introduced. The common evaluation tools that are publicly and extensively used for the evaluation of clinical trial literature quality in the world are analyzed, including Jadad scale, Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) statement and Grades of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system and the others. Additionally, the present development, updates and applications of these tools are involved in analysis.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;37(4):151-153
Objective To study the efficacy of BuShen QiangJingTang on oligoasthenozoospermia. Methods 100 patients with oligoasthenozoospermia were selected and divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) randomly, observation group were given BuShen QiangJingTang, while control group were given WuZi YanZong pills, then the efficacy was compared. Results Efficiency of observation group was 96%, which was obviously higher than control group (54%, P<0.05).Before treatment, semen parameters and symptom scores had no statistical significant differences; after treatment, semen volume, sperm survival rate, sperm density and sperm activity of observation group were significantly higher than control group, the scores of symptom (lumbar debility, fatigue weakness, nocturia) were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Conclusion The efficacy of BuShen QiangJingTang applied to oligoasthenozoospermia is satisfying, and it can significantly improve sperm quality and activity.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2014;23(9):751-756
Objective To evaluate the value of selecting and locating coronary artery severe stenosis by the segmental longitudinal strain imaging diastolic indexes (LSI-DI).Methods 94 subjects with left ventricular ejection function (LVEF) ≥50% and without regional wall motion abnormalities (RWMA) were divided into A group (coronary artery sever stenosis),B group (coronary artery light or mid stenosis) and C group (normal control) using coronary angiography. Some indexes were measured such as early diastolic mitral annulus velocity of septum (e),diastolic peak flow velocity of mitral valve (E,A) and E/e ratio.Using two-dimensional speckle tracking, indexes were measured such as segmental peak systolic longitudinal strain (PSLS),segmental longitudinal strain imaging diastolic indexes (LSI-DI) and global peak systolic longitudinal strain (GPSLS),global longitudinal strain imaging diastolic indexes (GLSI-DI).Compared these indexes among the three groups, the most valuabe segments were obtained and the optimal values were found out by ROC curve. Results There were no significant differences about GPSLS among the three groups.Coronary artery severe stenosis group were significantly lower than the other two groups on GLSI-DI (P <0.05);GLSI-DI of B group was lower than that of normal control group but the difference was not significant(P >0.05).The optimal cutoff values of LSI-DI were 45.5% in the middle anteroseptal segment for detecting left anterior descending (LAD) artery severe stenosis (sensitivity 81.8%,specificity 84.2%),44.8% in the basal anterolateral segment for detecting left circumflex (LCX) artery stenosis (sensitivity 87.3%,specificity 85.3%),and 48.3 % in the basal inferior segment for detecting right coronary (RCA) artery stenosis (sensitivity 79.6%,specificity 86.9 %).Conclusions Patients with coronary artery severe stenosis can be screened by LSI-DI among patients with LVEF ≥50% and without RWMA through conventional echocardiography. The middle anteroseptal segment, the basal anterolateral segment and the basal inferior segment can better locate the branches of coronary artery severe stenosis and the cutoff values were separately 45.5 %,44.8 % and 48.3 %.

ObjectiveOne hunred and twenty-four To probe into application value of ultrasound guided Catheterization in internal jugular vein. MethodsOne hundrel and twenty-four guided by ultrasound puncture holder, single-channel or three-channel catheter was embedded into jugular vein. ResultsThe catheter was inserted successfully by only one procedure in all the 124 patients. There was no complication. ConclusionsThe catheterization becomes safer, convenient and quickly with ultrasound puncture holder guidance, decreasing failure rate and complication of the procedure.
