1.PURIFICATION OF THE TACKYZOITES OF TOXOPLASMA GONDII FROM HOST CELLS BY NUCLEPORE MEMBRANE FILTRATION
Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 1992;0(06):-
Nuclepore polycarbonate membrane filtration was applied for the purification of tacky-zoites in the peritoneal exudate and the saline peritoneal washing from infected mice with Toxoplasma gondii RH strain or Beverley strain. The recovery rate of tackyzoites by this method was 65. 8% and the purity of the protozoa in the filtrated suspension was as high as 98. 87%, while the protozoa in 98. 4% of the host leucocytes and 85. 2% of host erythrocytes were elimina ted respectively. The ratio of host cells to the protozoa in filtrated suspension was both lower than 1 : 100. Stain of tackyzoites with fluorescent dyes showed that more than 99% of the protozoa were alive after filtration and the re-infection of mice with the purified tackyzoites suggested that the viability, toxicity and infectivity of the tackyzoites were not affected apparently. This method was shown to be a harmless, highly efficiency, time-saving, simple, and ease method for the purification of T. gondii tackyzoites.

China Medical Equipment 2013;(9):86-88
Objective:To study effect of transcatheter occlusion and minimally invasive surgical occlusion in treating secundum atrial septal defect. Methods:Patients with secundum atrial septal defect were collected and randomly divided into observation group given transcatheter occlusion and control group received minimally invasive surgical occlusion. Then operation related index and and heart function index were observed. Results: there were no differences in operation related index between two groups(x2=1.039, P>0.05);operation success had negative correlation with age and positive correlation with LEVF (t=7.832, P<0.05) and no correlation with sex(t=0.892, P>0.05);in patients older than 45, the successful case, LEVF and LVEDD of observation group were significantly higher than control group(t=5.372, t=5.382;P<0.05). Conclusion:transcatheter occlusion and minimally invasive surgical occlusion can achieve ideal therapeutic efficacy;transcatheter occlusion has positive clinical value in patients over 45 years old for its advantages of small operation wound.
3.Discussion on the Humanity and Reasonableness in Community Health Service
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Community Health Service ( CHS) not only contains the treatment, but also considers the care as its responsibility. Therefore, its character of humanity service can be showed in the practice. However, besides the humanity, CHS needs some reasonable forms such as laws, systems as well, to protect its development and community habitants health. The author thinks that when the humanity and reasonableness conjunct on the solution and prevention for the medical tangle which occurs in the CHS, maybe the medical Ttreatment will come back to its birthday on which it ensured "care and console" as its duty, and it also can decrease the medical danger at length, then serve for the society and benefit for the people.
4.R/D on Polymeric Products Used for Cataract Operation. Study on Moulds of Nonrigid Flats Shafting
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 1998;4(4):167-169
The tri-plate horizontal mould with nonrigid surgical sponge inserts was developed to establish an industrial system for shaping surgical sponge which is used for cataract operation. The conception on an insertion mechanism of nonrigid flat inserts was firstly suggested by us. The prototype horizontal moulds with tri plate have been designed and manufactured. The experiment results of hundred thousand of times injection shaping have proved that the conception of the design is rational. The structure of shafting mould for nonrigid flats has been confirmed. Present article discussed the design and working mechanism of the insertion in the horizontal injection mould.
5.Autophagy and obesity
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(4):372-374
[Summary] Autophagy is an intracellular degradation process by which the damaged organelles and macromolecules are lysosomal dependently degraded by auto‐phagocyte under the control of autophagy‐related genes. The autophagy level in hypothalamus and adipose tissue changes in obese individuals.Autophagy participates in the regulation of food intake and energy balance ,and associates with adipocyte differentiation and adipogenesis. More and more attention has been paid to the relationship between autophagy and obesity w hich may guide the new research direction of pathogenesis study and therapy of obesity.

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary lymphangiomyomatosis (PLAM). Methods The clinical data of 1 PLAM case in our hospital was analysed, along with a review of the related literatures. Results PLAM was a rare diffuse interstitial plumonary disease of unknown cause, which was oiraracterized by recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax shortness of breath (dyspnea) with physical activity, haemopthsis and chylothorax. Radiological appearances were extensive bilateral linear pattern, and honeycomb pattern in the end. High resolution CT scan (HRCT) showed multiple thin walled cysts distributed evenly throughout the bilateral lung fields with normal intervening lung parenchyma. Pathological characters were abnormal, pervasice multiplication of smooth muscle of cell in and around the small airway, lymphatic and small blood vessels. Immunohistochemical test showed HMB45(+).Conclusion It should be considered the probability of PLAM when women of childbearing ages have some clinical manifestations as follows, the increasing dyspnoea that can not be relieved similar to emphysema, high- resolution CT scan (HRCT) shows multiple thin walled cysts distributed evenly throughout the bilateral lung fields with normal intervening lung parenchyma, and recurrent pneumothorax or chylothorax. The optimal confirm diagnostic method is lung tissue biopsy.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2016;32(10):1353-1356
Vitexin, a natural flavonoid compound, has extensive pharmacological activity. In recent years, many studies have re-vealed that vitexin has significant protective effects on central nervous system and peripheral nervous system, including anti-memory impairment, anti-epilepsy, anti-ischemic hypoxic brain damage, anti-depression, analgesia, etc. Vitexin exerts neuro-protective effects through the mechanisms of multiple pathways and multi-targets, such as reducing free radical level, inhibiting neuronal apoptosis, modulating inflammatory factors and related pathways, and regulating neurotransmitters and related recep-tors. This review mainly discusses the neuroprotective effects of vitexin and its underlying mechanisms.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective Attempting to find a reliable method for assessing the patient's ability to tolerate carotid artery occlusion. Methods The temporary balloon occlusion (TBO) test of carotid artery was performed for 20 patients who might have carotid artery manipulated or permanently occluded. Transfemoral artery Seldinger's catheterization was used to introduced the temporary balloon occlusion catheters into the vessels of the concern. Neurologic testing was performed continuously by the attending neurologist. Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) and carotid artery stump pressure (SP) were measured contiuously during the TBO. The collateral circulation of Willis circle was observed with DSA. Results Out of the 20 cases, one failed during the TBO because of CCA dissection caused by catheterization, another one failed because of a neurologic defect occurring before the balloon was inflated, the others went through the test uneventfully. Two cases finished the test before the approved schedule because neurologic defects appeared 34 min and 27 min after the vascular occlusion, respectively. These two patients were proved unable to tolerate carotid artery sacrifice. The other 16 cases passed the 45 minutes TBO. Their mean velocity of ipsilateral middle cerebral artery fell 36%?18%. Their SP is (53.76?21.49) mmHg(30-87). Adequate collateral circulation in Willis circle was observed by DSA in all cases except the two who failed with the TBO. Conclusions TBO is a safe and reliable method for assessing the patient's ability to tolerate carotid artery occlusion. We suggest it should be a routine examination prior to carotid manipulations.
