ObjectiveToinvestigatetheroleofpsoriasininthepathogenesisofpsoriasis.MethodsImmunohistochemicaltechnique(SABC)andflowcytometrywereemployedtodetecttheexpressionofpsoriasinin14patientswithpsoriasis.ResultsTheexpressionofpsoriasinwasup-regulatedinpsoriatickeratinocytesandtheamountofitsexpressionwas23.38%?4.49%.Thepresenceofpsoriasinwaslocatedinthebasalandsuprabasallayersofpsoriaticlesions.Theepidermisinnormalcontrolsdidnotexpresspsoriasin.ConclusionTheoverexpressionofpsoriasininpsoriaticepidermissuggeststhatpsoriasinbeoneofthefactorsleadingtotheinfiltrationofinflammatorycellsinpsoriaticepidermisandberelatedtothehyperproliferationofpsoriatickera-tinocytes.

Objective To explore the moderate effect of work control on the work stress-organizational citizenship behavior relationship and work stress-job satisfaction relationship.Methods 200 employees of five corporations in Shandong province were surveyed by questionnaires using work control scale,work stress scale,organizational citizenship behavior scale and job satisfaction scale.Results Work stress was negatively correlated with job satisfaction(r=-0.28,P＜0.01)and organizational citizenship behavior(r=-0.25,P＜0.01).Job satisfaction was significantly higher for employees who perceived high work control under certain work stress(β=0.16,P＜0.05).The relationship between work stress and organizational citizenship behavior was significantly stronger for employees who perceived high work control under certain work stress(β=0.19,P＜0.05).Conclusion The final results showed that work stress Was negatively correlated with organizational citizenship behavior.Work control had a positively moderate effect on the relationship between work stress and organizational citizenship behavior and the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction.

Objective To study the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the kidney tissues of chronic interstitial nephritis(CIN).Methods Expression of bFGF was assayed in 30 patients with CIN and 5 normal persons by SP method of immunohistochemical technique.The average gray value and average optical density of the bFGF positive parts and its ratio with the whole visual field had been measured with video analysis system.Results The expression of bFGF in the kidney tissues of CIN was significantly stronger than that in normal tissues.The average gray value,average optical density and the positive areas were significantly high compared with that of normal cases.Conclusion The bFGF can promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and monocytes in renal interstitial patients and lead to renal interstitial fibrosis in the end.

Objective To study the relationship among p53 gene mutation, apoptosis and cellploidy as well as to explore the role of mutated p53 gene in tumorigenesis. MethodsA total of 85 speci-mens (20 normal ovarian specimens, 20 ovarian benign tumors, 20 non - metastatic carcinomas and 25metastatic carcinomas) were chosen． p53 gene mutations were detected by PCR- SSCP (single strand con-formation polymorphism). Cell ploidy, apoptosis role of carcinoma cells and cell distribution in each cellstage were detected by flow cytometry. Resultsp53 gene mutation and non- mutation of ovarian carci-noma was 60% and 40% respectively ( P >0.05). The rate of apoptosis of carcinoma cells with mutationof p53 gene (20.25%) was much lower than that without p53 mutation (41.68%, P <0.05). Aneuploidcarcinoma cells had been found in 17/23 carcinoma specimens with p53 gene mutation and 8/22 carcinomaspecimens without p53 mutation ( P < 0.05). Aneuploid carcinoma cells metastasize more easily thandiploid carcinoma cells ( P < 0.05). The rate of apoptosis was not different between aneuploid and diploidpatients. ConclusionMutation of p53 gene decreases the apoptosis rate of ovarian carcinoma and maypromote tumorigenesis. Cell ploidy had a linkage with p53 gene mutation, but not with cell apoptosis.

Objective To evaluate the perinatal outcome of three types of monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA) twins with selective intrauterine growth restriction (sIUGR).Methods From January 2010 to June 2013 clinical data of 37 pairs of MCDA twins (74 fetuses)with sIUGR and 40 pairs of normal MCDA twins (80 fetuses) in the same period were analyzed retrospectively.Fetuses with sIUGR were classified into three groups based on umbilical artery Doppler flow.There were 20 cases of type Ⅰ,11 cases of type Ⅱ and 6 cases of type Ⅲ.The perinatal outcome was compared between sIUGR and normal MCDA twins,and among the three types of sIUGR as well.Perinatal outcomes included gestational age at delivery,rate of intrauterine fetal death (IUFD),birth weight,twins discordance of birth weight,neonatal death and survival rate at 6 months.Results The gestational age of sIUGR group at delivery was significantly earlier than that of control group [(33.1 ± 3.0),(36.9 ± 3.2) weeks,respectively],and the rate of IUFD of both fetuses of sIUGR group was significantly higher [5.4％ (4/74),0,respectively],there was significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).In sIUGR group,the average birth weight of large or small twins [(2 030.8 ± 353.4),(1 529.0 ± 432.9) g] was smaller than those in control group [(2 471.5 ± 500.9),(2 346.0 ± 460.3) g],there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The twins discordance of birth weight in sIUGR group was significantly larger [(27.2 ± 2.6)％] than that in control group [(8.0 ± 1.6)％] (P ＜0.05).The gestational age at delivery in type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ [(33.1 ± 5.0),(34.3 ± 2.8) weeks] was significantly earlier than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The rate of IUFD of both fetuses in type Ⅱ (18.2％,4/22) was significantly higher than that in type Ⅰ (0) and control group (0) (P ＜ 0.05).In sIUGR group,the average birth weight of small twins in type Ⅰ,type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ was (1 646.0 ± 433.5),(1 332.8 ± 310.5),(1 504.5 ± 382.2) g respectively,all of which was significantly smaller than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The average birth weight of small twins in type Ⅱ was smaller than type Ⅰ and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).In sIUGR group,the twins discordance of birth weight in type Ⅰ,type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ was (26.3 ±5.1)％,(31.0 ±1.6)％,(31.4 ±3.3)％ respectively,all of which was significantly larger than that in control group (P ＜0.05).There were no significant difference of the twins discordance of birth weight among the three types of sIUGR (P ＞ 0.05).Survival rate at 6 months in type Ⅱ (63.6％,14/22) was significantly lower than type Ⅰ (95.0％,38/40) and control group (92.5 ％,74/80) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The perinatal outcome of MCDA twins with sIUGR is poor.The outcome is different among the three types of sIUGR,and type Ⅱ is the worst.Type Ⅱ is associated with a high risk of intrauterine fetal demise.It is important to monitor the intrauterine situation closely.

ObjectiveTo determine a measurement standard of irregular scar area by comparing the ad-vantages and disadvantages of different measurement methods in measuring same irregular scar area. MethodsIrregular scar area was scanned by digital scanning and measured by coordinate reading method, AutoCAD pixel method, Photoshop lasso pixel method, Photoshop magic bar filled pixel method and Foxit PDF reading software, and some aspects of these methods such as measurement time, repeata-bility, whether could be recorded and whether could be traced were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the scar areas by the measurement methods above. However, there was statistical difference in the measurement time and repeatability by one or multi performers and only Foxit PDF reading software could be traced back.ConclusionThe methods above can be used for measuring scar area, but each one has its advantages and disadvantages. It is necessary to develop new measurement software for forensic identification.

The development of proteomic technique has sparked new focus on novel protein markers for many diseases including cancer. Urine is one of the most useful biofluids for routine testing to provide an ideal resource for the discovery of novel biomarkers, with the advantage over tissue biopsy samples due to the ease and the less invasive nature of urinary collection. This review summarizes urinary protein tumor markers found in prostate cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer that have shown potential for urogenital and non-urogenital cancer, so as to provide reference on high sensitive and high specific urinary protein tumor markers for early prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

Objective To study the expression of S100A8 and the relationship between S100A8 and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion (I/R) injury.Methods C3H/HeJ mice with TLR4 gene mutation (n =30) and C3H/HeN with normal TLR4 gene mice (n =30) were divided into 4 groups at random (random number),namely C3H/HeJ model group (n =18),C3H/HeJ control group (n =12),and C3H/HeN model group (n =18).C3H/HeN control group (n =12).Middle cerebral artery was occluded to make I/R model in mice by using thread embolism method.Brain tissues were collected after ischemia for one hour and reperfusion for 12 hours.Stroke outcome was evaluated by determination of infarct volume of brain tissue and assessment of neurological scores.And brain injury after cerebral I/R was observed by optical microscope after TTC and HE staining.The immunofluorescence technique and RT-PCR were used to determine the protein level and expression of S100A8 mRNA in damaged brain tissues.Results Compared with C3H/HeN model mice,TLR4-deficient model mice (C3H/ He J) had lower infarct volumes and better outcomes of neurological function after resuscitation for 12 hours.Compared with control groups,the expression of S100A8 mRNA and level of S100A8 protein increased greatly in damaged brain tissues of model mice after I/R injury.In addition,model mice with lacked TLR4 (C3H/HeJ) had lower expression of I/R-induced S100A8 mRNA than C3H/HeN mice in model group,indicating that the close relationship between the levels of S100A8 and TLR4.Conclusions S100A8 interaction with TLR4 might be involved in brain damage and in inflammation triggered by I/R injury.
