OBJECTIVE To investigae the gene resistant to quaternary ammonium compounds of multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-ABA).METHODS The quaternary ammonium compounds qacE?1 gene in 20 MDR-ABA strains were detected by PCR.RESULTS The 20 MDR-ABA strains showed multiple resistance,its sensitivity to imipenm was 65% only.Among twenty strains of MDR-ABA qacE?1 gene were all positive.CONCLUSIONS The results indicate that qacE?1 gene were all carred class 1 integron.The chlorhexidine usage in prevnting hospital infection after surgery should be reevaluated.

Objective To investigate the expression level of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and its effects on cell proliferation activity and apoptosis in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of COX-2, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and apoptosis in 60 cases of colorectal carcinoma, 20 cases of colorectal adenoma and 20 cases of normal mucous were studied by the immunohistochemical and TUNEL methods, the apoptosis index(AI)and proliferation index(PI) were defined respectively. Results The positive expression rate of COX-2 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the other groups. Overexpression of COX-2 in colorectal carcinoma was related to its lymph node metastasis and the size of tumor and clinical stages. In the group with COX-2 positive expression, PI was higher than that in the group with COX-2 negative expression; whereas AI was higher in the latter group than in the former group. Conclusions The expression level of COX-2 may have a close correlation with cell proliferation and apoptosis, they may participate in oncogenesis and progression of colorectal carcinoma.

Objective Objective To investigate the clinical application of high-dose-rate(HDR)endobronchial brachytherapy for the treatment of primary lung cancer with atelectasis. Methods A total of 142 cases of lung cancer with atelectasis treated with HDR endobronchial brachytherapy and 71 cases(contr01)treated with extemal irradiation only at onr center of cancer were comparatively studied.1n the treatment group,with the aid of bmnchoscope,brachytherapy was applied 2 or 3 times at the dose of 8 Gy each time to a tissue depth of 1 to 1.5 cm.Cases in the contmlgroup,treated with external irradiation,received 60-70 Gy in total.Results Complete recruitment of atelectasis was observed in 80.28%cases of the treatment group and 64.79%in the control,T11ere Was significant difference between the two groups.Survival rates after 1,2 and 3 years in cases with complete remission of atelectasis in treatment group were 60.68%,44.44%and 23.93%,but 36.00%,28.00%and 16.00%in cases with no remission of atelectasis.Significant difference of one-year survival Was found between the two groups(P

Thiopurine S-methyltransferase (TPMT) is an important and key cytoplasmic enzyme in the metabolism of thiopurine drugs,whose activity can directly determine the amount of thiopurine drugs metabolized to cytotoxic 6-thioguanine nucleotides and consequently influence clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of thiopurine drugs.In order to deepen knowledge and role of genetic polymorphism of tpmt in the individualized thiopurine drug treatment,this present review mainly covered the following three frequently concerned aspects,including i) whether or not to determine the activity of TPMT priot to treatment of thiopurine drugs;ii) to genotype or to phenotype;iii) how to choose genotype methods.

Background The treatment timing and method of amblyopia rely on the plasticity of visual system.Synapsin is a family of presynaptic terminal specific protein.Its role in visual developmental plasticity is below understood.Objective To investigate the dynamic expressions of synapsin (T-synapsin),and phosphorylation of synapsin (p-synapsin Ⅰ a/b) in visual cortex of normal mice and further explore the role of synapsin in plasticity of visual system.Methods Forty-two clean neonatal C57BL/6 mice were collected.The mice were sacrificed at postnatal 7,14,21,28,35,42,60 days respectively to obtain the tissue samples of visual cortex.Expression levels of T-synapsin and p-synapsin in the visual cortex following the ageing were quantitatively detected using Western blot assay.Results The expression of synapsin in normal mice showed a dynamic increase with the ageing.The T-synapsin Ⅰ a/b/β-actin value in visual cortex was (21.32 ± 3.27) ％,(56.27 ± 10.18) ％,(77.05 ± 10.05) ％,(83.75±10.52) ％,(94.69±11.46)％,(98.75±5.86) ％ of adults mice (postnatal 60 days,P60) in the mice of postnatal 7,14,21,28,35,42 days,respectively,showing a significant difference among them (F =69.538,P ＜ 0.001).Compared with the adult mice,the T-synapsin Ⅰ a/b/β-actin value in the mice of P7,P14,P21,P28 was significantly lower (all at P＜0.05),but no significant difference was found between P35 and P60,P42 and P60 (P =0.280,0.798).The development trend of different synapsin subtypes,such as T-synapsin Ⅰ a/b,T-synapsin Ⅱ a,T-synapsin Ⅱ b and T-synapsin Ⅲ a,was not quite the same during the ageing.The expression of T-synapsin Ⅱ a and Ⅲ a increasing more slowly with development,and kept increasing until P60.Significant differences were found among various age of mice in T-synapsin Ⅱ a,Ⅱ b,Ⅲa respectively(F =42.492 55.595,39.172,all at P＜0.001).The p-synapsin Ⅰ a/b level in the visual cortex elevated with the ageing of the mice,and that peaked in P21 mice,which was (2.86±0.17) times more than that in adult mice.After that,the expression level of p-synapsin Ⅰ a/b dropped rapidly.A significant difference was found in the p-synapsin Ⅰ a/b expression among different ages of mice (F =22.620,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions Synapsin level in visual cortex presents a developmental change which correlated with the onset and decline of the critical period.Synapsin is probably involved in the regulation of neural plasticity in visual cortex in critical period.

Objective To study the level of serum apolipoprotein M and its disease activity index in patients with SLE.Meth-ods 65 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients in Shiyan City Renmin Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected.In addition,female workers 20 people as control group.Tested the level of serum lipids,Apo,CRP and ESR.Compared the expression level with Apo M and Apo A1 ,and Apo B and the degree of disease activity.Results Activi-ty group and Apo A1 ,HDL,TC,remission group,Apo and M were lower than the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.01).Active group,remission group LDL and Apo B was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Active group and remission group TG was higher than the control group, but no significant significant differences (F=0.061,P=0.937).Apo A1 and total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein, smooth protein was positively correlated (P<0.05),and ESR was negatively correlated with the 24h urinary protein (P<0.05).Apo B was positively correlated with triglyceride,total cholesterol,and low density lipoprotein (P<0.05).Apo M and triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,albumin was significantly posi-tively correlated,and ESR was negatively correlated with anti ds-DNA antibody (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of Apo M was significantly lower in SLE patients which showed a significant positive correlation with triglyceride,total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein and albumin.And showed a negatively correlated with anti ds-DNA antibody and ESR.Disease activity index of Apo M is larger.

Objective To develop national norms of nursing soft skills, and provide a basis for the evaluation of the nursing soft skills for new nurses.Methods With the stratified cluster sampling, 2816 new nurses were choosed from across China, and nursing soft skills evaluation scale was used to investigate.The general descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of sample data were done.Results Developed the total national norms of nursing soft skills for new nurses ( the total soft skills was 150.31 ± 15.47,interpersonal skills was 28.28 ± 3.75, organizational management was 33.74 ± 4.10, self-management was 37.50 ±4.58 ,career sentiment was 28.10 ±3.52 ,cognitive kills was 22.70 ±3.11 ) and established a T-rough and percentiles-rough score conversion tables.The level of nursing soft skills of new nurses was divided into five levels: T-score ＜ 30 was poor for the soft skill, T-score at the 30 to 39 for the somewhat less, T-score at the 40 to 59 for the general level, T-score at 60 to 69 for good,T-score ≥ 70 for the best.Conclusion These norms can be used as evaluating standards of nursing soft skills for new nurses.

Objective To explore the relationship between insluin resistance(IR)and plasma fibrinogen, blood lipids levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GMD).Methods Totally 127cases pregnant women in their 24 -28 gestational weeks were divided into GDM group(n =37),gestational impaired glucose tolerance test (GIGT)group(n =30)and normal glucose tolerance(NGT)group(n =60)based on the American Diabetes Associ-ation(ADA)2009 GDMdiagnostic standards.All selected cases's height,weight,fasting blood glucose (FBG),fasting insulin (FIN),blood lipids and fibrinogen(FIB)level were tested,and their body mass index(BMI)and IR index (HOMA -IR)were calculated.Results During the mid -trimester,the levels of BMI,FIB,HOMA -IR,FBG,FIN, triglyceride (TG),cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein -cholesterol (LDL -C)in the GDM group were signifi-cantly higher than the GIGT and NGT groups.However,high density lipoprotein -cholesterol (HDL -C)was signifi-cantly lower (F =69.29,98.15,70.32、141.43、61.92,106.06,157.06,90.59,25.25,all P <0.01).FIB was sig-nificantly positively correlated with BMI,FBG,FIN,HOMA -IR,TC,TG,LDL - C (r =0.441,0.682,0.506, 0.599,0.493,0.591,0.633,all P <0.01 ),and negatively correlated with HDL -C(r =-0.419,P <0.01 ).Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that BMI,LDL -C,FBG and TG were independent risk factors affect-ing FIB(t =7.683,2.678,3.184,3.844,all P <0.01);FIB,BMI,FBG,FIN and TC were independent risk factors influencing HOMA -IR(t =68.784,3.201,29.702,58.100,2.904,all P <0.01).Conclusion Pregnant women have IR and blood lipid disorders during the mid -trimester,the overexpression of FIB is closely related to it.
