1.The effects of electrical stimulation on the expression of H1 receptor in the prefrontal cortex of brain injured, comatose rats
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2017;39(2):81-85
Objective To investigate the expression of H1 protein in the prefrontal cortex of comatose rats which have suffered traumatic brain injury (TBI) after electrical stimulation of the median nerve (MNS).Methods Seventy-two Sprague-Dawley rats (weighing 250 to 300 g) were randomly divided into a stimulated group (MNS+ TBI),an antagonist group (MNS+TBI+OXR1 antagonist),a model group (TBI) and a control group, with 18 rats in each group.Traumatic brain injury was modeled in all of the rats except those of the control group. After the modeling, the stimulated group was given MNS,the antagonist group was provided with MNS and an OXR1 injection, and the model group was given MNS with a current intensity of 0.One hour after the experiment, the consciousness of each rat was evaluated using a double-blind method.Animals were sacrificed at 6,12 and 24 hours after the intervention and brain tissue was removed.H1 protein expression was examined using immunohistochemistry. Results One hour after the experiment, significant differences were observed in the consciousness of the 4 groups, with the 18 rats of the control group on consciousness level one.Thirteen rats in the stimulated group exhibited a righting reflex, compared with 9 in the antagonist group and 5 in the model group.Immunohistochemistry showed that H1 expression was strongest in the stimulated group, followed by the antagonist, control and model groups. The H1 expression was highest at 24 hours after the experiment, followed by that at 6 h and 12 h,but those differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion Median nerve electrical stimulation might modulate wakefulness after traumatic brain injury by promoting H1 expression via orexin-A in the prefrontal contex.

3.Rresearch progress of androgens in gynecological malignancies
Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(5):474-477
Gynecological malignancies have seriously affected women′s living quality and survival. In recent years, studies have shown that androgen is closely related to the occurrence and development of gynecologic malignancies. In this paper,we mainly discussed the mechanism of androgen on gynecologic malignancies.
4.Ethical Speculation on Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis(PGD) is an advanced technology based on in-vitro fertility-embryo transfer, which binds multiple-discipline arts, specially the research on DNA analysis assay of single cell,to reach the aim of aristogenesis and wash out abnormal embryo before transfer. With the development of this technique and the ever wider applications, ethical issues also arise. This paper focuses on these ethical issues related to PGD,expecting an actual benefit for human.
5.An experiment research on the expression of 5-HT 2A receptor in the prefrontal cortex of traumatic brain injury-induced coma rats following median nerve electrical stimulation
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;32(3):253-257
Objective:To investigate the expression of 5-HT 2A receptor in the prefrontal cortex of traumatic brain injuryinduced coma rats after median nerve electrical stimulation.Method:A total of 72 SD rats (weighing 250-300g) were randomly divided into 4 groups:a stimulationgroup,an antagonist group,a sham-stimulation group and a control group. This traumatic brain injury model was established by a weight-drop head injury, and we evaluated the change of behavior through the six classical levels of consciousness. The animals were sacrificed and their brain tissues were removed at 6,12,and 24 hours after injury.5-HT 2A protein expression was examined by immunohistochemistry.Result:Thirteen rats exhibited righting reflex in the stimulation group. In the antagonist group,9 rats exhibited righting reflex.5 rats in the sham-stimulation group had the same response. The mean rank of consciousness degree were degree 9.50 in the control group, degree 52.75 in the sham-stimulation group, degree 37.61 in the stimulation group, degree 46.14 in the antagonist group.Comparison among groups presented an increasing consciousness degree:control group<stimulation group<antagonist group<sham-stimulation group(P<0.01).Resuits from immunohistochemistry showed that significant differences in the 5-HT 2A expression among the four groups (sham-stimulation<control<antagonist<stimulation))(P<0.05),and a within-group comparison showed that the 5-HT 2A expression level was as follows:6 hours<24 hours <12 hours(P<0.05).Conclusion:Median nerve electrical stimulation might modulate wakefulness by promoting the 5-HT 2A expression via orexin-A in the prefrontal cortex of rats with traumatic brain injury-induced coma.
6.Analysis of 654 ADR Cases Reported in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE:To survey the status quo of ADR occurred in our hospital.METHODS:654 ADR reports were collected from our hospital during 2003~2009 and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Of total 654 ADR cases, the ratio of male to female was 1∶1.67.20.34%of ADR occurred to people aged from 41 to 50.452 ADR cases were induced by intravenous administration accounting for 69.11%and 177 ADR cases were induced by oral administration, accounting for 27.06%.342 ADR cases were caused by antibiotics(52.29%),among which 127 cases by cephalosporins(37.13%),91 cases by quinolones(26.61%)and 54 cases by macrocyclic lactone(15.79%);92 cases were caused by cardiovascular system drugs(14.07%).Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendants(25.54%)and digestive system injury(22.48%).CONCLUSION:Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring, rational use of antibiotics and close monitoring of TCM injection.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 1995;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of elderly patients with acute panereatitis. Methods One hundred and twelve elderly patients with acute pancreatitis were included in our study. The clinical features and prognosis were compared with those of the 120 non -aged patients with acute pancreatitis during the same period. Results Cholecystolithiasis was the most common etiology of acute pancreatitis in both groups[81 cases(66.3%) in aged group,70 cases (58.3%) in non-aged group].Abdominal pain was the most common symptom in both groups, followed by fever. Two elderly cases were diagnosed only by autopsy because of mild abdominal pain and rapidly attack of shock. There were 31 cases with severe pancreatitis in aged group and 14 in non -aged group (P
9.Causes and treatment of gastrointestinal complications following anterior approach to thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1993;0(06):-
Objective To explore the causes and treatment of gastrointestinal complications after anterior approach for thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 153 cases with thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation undergone anterior approach from Jan- uary 1999 to October 2003.Postoperative gastrointestinal complication was seen in 15 cases including sev- en with dynamic intestinal obstructions, three with stress ulcer, three with intestinal bacteria imbalance, one with tuberculosis peritonitis resulted from dissemination of primary tuberculosis, and one with acute relapse of chronic appendicitis. Results All patients were effectively cured by using corresponding methods in regard of different causes.Conclusions(1)Gastrointestinal complications following ante- rior approach for thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation are mainly resulted from following causes,ie,se- rious primary trauma, primary gastrointestinal vegetative nerve injury or that caused by surgical operation, intraoperative contusions of abdominal viscera, postoperative retroperitoneal hematoma, acute lesion of gastric mucous membrane as well as imbalance of intestinal flora.(2)Correct treatment of primary trau- ma,meticulous operation, reasonable utility of antibiotics and appropriate management can effectively prevent and control gastrointestinal complications.
