Objective To develop a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride in Yiqi Zhixue Granules. Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasonication with methanol for 30 min,and an ion pair RP-HPLC method was applied to determine three kinds of alkaloids.The column of C18 with temperature at 30 ℃ was used to separate the target components,the mobile phase consisted of the mixed solution of 0.01 mol/L sodium-heptanesulfonate solution and equal volume of 0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH being adjusted at 3.1 with phosphoric acid) combined with acetonitrile(70 ∶ 30),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was at 345 nm. Results Three kinds of alkaloids were separated perfectly,the average recoveries(n=6)were 100.95 %(RSD=2.10 % ) for berberine chloride,102.14 %(RSD=2.29 % ) for palmatine chloride,and 100.71 %(RSD=2.65 % ) for jatrorrhizine chloride. Conclusion The developed method is demonstrated to be simple,specific and accurate,which can be used to determine the contents of berberine chloride,palmatine chloride and jatrorrhizine chloride in Yiqi Zhixue Granula,and to control the quality of Folium Mahoniae in Yiqi Zhixue Granules.

Tic disorders (TD) is a kind of neuropsychiatric disorders developing during childhood and cha-racterized by tics.In August 2020, the TD Consortium Neurology Group of Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association has developed an English version of Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Tic disorders in children to help improve the diagnosis, treatment and long-term management of TD, as well as international communication.Now the consensus is interpreted as follows, including its pathophysiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, comorbidity, treatment and prognosis.

Brainstem infarction accounts for about 9% to 21.9% of all cerebral infarctions. This article reviews the etiology of brainstem infarction and its pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,and treatment.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and therapeutic strategies of acute appendicitis in pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 45 cases with acute appendicitis in pregnancy,which had been diagnosed by surgeries in our hospital since Jan 2010 to Jun 2016,were retrospectively analysed.Results All patients had exhibited abdominal pain.Among them,15 patients(33.3％)had exhibited shifting pain in right lower quadrant,and 44 patients(97.8％)had abdominal tenderness.4 cases with appendiceal gangrene and 1 case with necrosis of the great omentum had been found during the surgeries.There were 5 patients had occurred complications after the surgeries,including 2 cases with poor wound healing,1 case with septic shock,1 case with inflammatory ileus and 1 case with incompletely adhesive ileus.Threatened abortion and threatened premature delivery were found in 11 patients(during 22+3 to 36+2 weeks gestation)after the surgeries.Finally,1 patient occurred abortion(25+3 weeks gestation)and 3 patients occurred premature delivery(during 28+4 to 30+4 weeks gestation).Conclusion Abdominal pain as the main clinical manifestations of the pregnancy with acute appendicitis,prone to severe complications.

Objective To establish a method for determining the content of ceram ide in skin epidermis. Methods Epidermal lipids of mice were extracted by routin e method,separated by thin-layer chromatography (TLC),and shot by BIO-RAD Ge lDoc system. Epidermal ceramide content was determined by Software of Quantity O ne. Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.416～2.08 ?g (r=0.9 95 3). The precision of the same plate was good,RSD=1.09 %;and the precision of different plates was also good,RSD= 2.10 %. The stability of control soluti on and sample solution was good within 2 h. The reproducibility was good,RSD= 3 .03 %,and the mean recovery rate was 99.58 %and RSD=1.46 %. The RSD of simpl e determination was 3.10 %. Conclusion This method can be used to determine the content of ceramide in skin epidermis.
