Physician quality information public reporting can help consumer selection, improve physician performance, and ease the patient-doctor disputes. As well, the selection and evaluating methods for public reporting quality measures have a significant effect in the value and social identity of public reporting. The paper introduced the content of doctor information publication, including patients' safety, diabetes, heart disease, preventing disease and the process of measures selection for public reporting. The paper proposed the multielement and regular publication content, the best publication quality index formulated by multichannel and interest group cooperation, stability and scientificness of test index before publication and the selection measurement of comprehensive index of disease module to provide evidence-based doctor quality information in China.

Tic disorders (TD) is a kind of neuropsychiatric disorders developing during childhood and cha-racterized by tics.In August 2020, the TD Consortium Neurology Group of Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association has developed an English version of Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Tic disorders in children to help improve the diagnosis, treatment and long-term management of TD, as well as international communication. Now the consensus is interpreted as follows, including its pathophysiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, comorbidity, treatment and prognosis.
6.Determination of Three Kinds of Alkaloids in Yiqi Zhixue Granules by Ion Pair RP-HPLC Method
Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(01):-
Objective To develop a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride in Yiqi Zhixue Granules. Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasonication with methanol for 30 min,and an ion pair RP-HPLC method was applied to determine three kinds of alkaloids. The column of C18 with temperature at 30 ℃ was used to separate the target components, the mobile phase consisted of the mixed solution of 0.01 mol/L sodium-heptanesulfonate solution and equal volume of 0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH being adjusted at 3.1 with phosphoric acid) combined with acetonitrile(70 ∶ 30),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was at 345 nm. Results Three kinds of alkaloids were separated perfectly, the average recoveries(n=6)were 100.95 %(RSD=2.10 % ) for berberine chloride,102.14 %(RSD=2.29 % ) for palmatine chloride, and 100.71 %(RSD=2.65 % ) for jatrorrhizine chloride. Conclusion The developed method is demonstrated to be simple, specific and accurate, which can be used to determine the contents of berberine chloride, palmatine chloride and jatrorrhizine chloride in Yiqi Zhixue Granula, and to control the quality of Folium Mahoniae in Yiqi Zhixue Granules.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2016;32(5):338-341
ObjectiveTo determine a measurement standard of irregular scar area by comparing the ad-vantages and disadvantages of different measurement methods in measuring same irregular scar area. MethodsIrregular scar area was scanned by digital scanning and measured by coordinate reading method, AutoCAD pixel method, Photoshop lasso pixel method, Photoshop magic bar filled pixel method and Foxit PDF reading software, and some aspects of these methods such as measurement time, repeata-bility, whether could be recorded and whether could be traced were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the scar areas by the measurement methods above. However, there was statistical difference in the measurement time and repeatability by one or multi performers and only Foxit PDF reading software could be traced back.ConclusionThe methods above can be used for measuring scar area, but each one has its advantages and disadvantages. It is necessary to develop new measurement software for forensic identification.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;(6):427-430
Objective To study the application of isokinetic muscle testing in identification of the faked paralysis to provide scientific data for establishing a standard systemof muscle strength in forensic medicine identification. Methods Fifty-seven patients with bone fracture or nerve damage as damaged group and 128 normal subjects pretended paralysis as faked paralyzed group were included in this study. Isokinetic muscle testing was performed on bilateral knees of all subjects in the two groups. The peak torque (PT) and peak torque angle (PTA ) were compared between both sides in each group. The fea-tures of torque-time graph of two groups were classified. Results In the damaged group, the differences of PTbetween two sides of flexors and extensors were statistically significant (P<0.05), while the dif-ferences of PTA were not statistically significant (P>0.05). In faked paralyzed group, the differences of PTand PTA between two sides of flexors and extensors were both statistically significant (P<0.05). The torque-time graph of damaged knee presented mostly as single lead peak, while torque-time graph of the faked paralyzed knee presented mostly as multiple peaks. Conclusion The feature of torque-time graph could be useful to identify the faked paralyzed extremities in forensic authentication.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of exogenous leptin on liver injury in severe acute pancreatitis rat .Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group ,SAP group and leptin intervention group . The SAP rat models was established by retrograde injection of 3 .5% sodium taurocholate into the biliopancreatic duct .The leptin intervention group was intraperitoneally injected with leptin 20 μg/kg .The rats in each group were sacrificed at 12 h after model‐ing .The pancreas and liver tissues were taken for HE staining and detecting the nuclear factor kappa B (NF‐κB) .The cell apoptosis in situ labeling method was adopted for detecting the liver tissue cell apoptosis index .ALT ,AST and AMY were detected . Results Compared with the sham operation group ,the liver tissue pathology score in SAP group and leptin intervention group were significantly increased(P<0 .05) .The liver tissue pathology scores in the leptin intervention group were lower than those in the SAP group(P<0 .05) .The NF‐κB expression of liver tissue in the SAP group and leptin intervention group was obviously increased compared with the sham operation group ,the expression in the leptin intervention group was decreased compared with the SAP group (P<0 .05) .The liver cell apoptosis index in the leptin intervention group and SAP group was significantly higher than that in the sham operation group (P<0 .05) ,and which leptin intervention group was decreased compared with the SAP group (P<0 .05) . The results of ALT ,AST and AMY in the SAP group and leptin intervention group were increased significantly compared with the sham operation group(P<0 .05) ,while which in the leptin intervention group was decreased compared with the SAP group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The exogenous leptin may play the protective effect on SAP complicating liver damage by lowering the liver tis‐sue NF‐κB expression and reducing the liver cell apoptosis index .
