1.Research on visual imaging theory based on the wavelet analysis
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
With known visual knowledge, the first generation of wavelet transform is employed to decompose and reconstruct images. The experiment results demonstrate that there are mechanisms of time-sharing repeat-using and time coding in visual imaging principle. Therefore relatively complete image data can be achieved when the visual cortex is stimulated by limited electrodes.
2.Status and advance of electronic retina
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
This paper summarizes the core issues, realization scheme and key technologies of electronic retina with its status and advance reviewed. On the basis of the relationship between the information processing in visual cortex and retinal nerve coding, the prospect of electronic retina is predicted, and thus our futural orientation is determined.

The detection of blood flow velocity has great significance for blood vessel monitoring and the research of cardiovascular pathogenesis. Blood flow velocity measurement based on ultrasonic is becoming more and more popular in doctors and patients compare to several other techniques in nowadays, as they are non-invasive, cheap and fast. Most of the traditional ultrasonic blood flow velocity measurement methods are based on the Doppler frequency shift, but theses methods have some limitations, such as angle dependence, limited spatial resolution and so on. Therefore, blood flow velocity techniques based on non-Doppler frequency shift also get rapid development in recent years. This article mainly summarizes the techniques of blood flow velocity estimation based on ultrasonic in these two aspects.

Chinese Journal of Epidemiology 2001;22(1):9-10
Objective To summarize and analyze human rabies epidemic situation in the last five years in China and to explore the possible factors causing the rising of epidemics to provide reference for the prevention and control of rabies in the future. Methods Collecting and analyzing data of rabies epidemics in the last five years in whole nation. Results Human rabies is continuing going up in the last five years in China with an increase of 44.65%, 1.74% and 45.93% in 1997, 1998, 1999. Human rabies incidence was also seen an increase from 0.013 4/100 000 in 1996 to 0.027 08/100 000 in 1999. The provinces of rabies increase were mainly located in south China. Among them, Jiangsu province reported 40 human cases in 1999, which increased 207.69% than the corresponding period in 1998. The cases in these high epidemic provinces took up 75% of the whole nation's cases. Number of reported rabies case was also rising. Conclusion Facts as increasing number of dog raising, having not been injected with rabies vaccine and antirabies serum timely or full course after exposure, unstrictly controlling the quality of rabies vaccine as well as lacking good cooperation in different official department on rabies control might serve as factors responsible for the recurrent increase of human rabies.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2011;19(4):865-868
In order to investigate the molecular mechanisms of SARI expression regulation in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), 46 patients with CML and 40 healthy volunteers were recruited in this study. SARI expression in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNC) of CML patients and healthy volunteers was assayed by using real-time quantitative PCR. K562 cells were in vitro incubated with the BCR-ABL inhibitor STI571 (imatinib) at 37°C and 5% CO2 for 24 hours, then SARI expression was detected by using real-time quantitative PCR. All experiments were repeated three times. The results showed that as compared with healthy volunteers, the expression of SARI mRNA in PBMNC of CML patients presented a lower level (p < 0.001). After exposure of K562 cells to STI571 (2.5 µmol/L) for 24 hours, the SARI expression was higher than that in K562 cells treated without STI571 (p < 0.001). It is concluded that the suppression of SARI expression is involved in CML pathogenesis, and BCR-ABL mediates the down-regulation of SARI mRNA expression in K562 cells. These findings suggest a new orientation for gene therapy in CML patients.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Overtreatment is not only an economic phenomenon, but also an ethics problem at the same time. It is precisely a medical - social problem. This paper analyzes the reasons of overtreatment in oral disease from the view of medical elthics. Furthermore, it provides the strategy which the doctor, the patient, the medical establishment and the social shoud be adopted on overtreatment in oral disease.
7.CRYAB and tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2020;47(6):351-354
AlphaB-crystallin (CRYAB) plays the role of molecular chaperone, it can maintain vascular endothelial growth factor levels and promote tumor neovascularization. Several recent studies indicate that CRYAB is abnormally expressed in various tumors such as breast cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and bladder cancer. It promotes tumor migration and invasion by promoting the resistance of tumor cells to apoptosis, regulating the secretion of matrix metalloproteinase and cadherin, and participating in the epithelial-mesenchymal transition process. The abnormal expression of CRYAB in tumor cells is significantly related to tumor stage, lymph node metastasis, overall survival and poor prognosis, and can be used as a new tumor marker.

China Tropical Medicine 2022;22(10):984-
Abstract:Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is one of the most common liver diseases in the world. Long-term alcoholism causes a series of pathological changes in the liver, which eventually leads to the occurrence of liver diseases with an increasing incidence. At present, significant progress has been made in the pathogenesis and pathological development of alcoholic liver disease, but the relevant mechanism of ALD has not been thoroughly studied. It is necessary to improve the existing animal model or establish a new, more comprehensive animal ALD model to simulate human ALD. Experimental animal models of ALD, especially rodents, are often used to simulate human ALD, and the ideal rodent ALD model can effectively simulate all aspects of alcohol in human liver. But so far, the commonly used animal models all have certain defects, and there is no complete animal model that can simulate human ALD. This paper reviewed the pathogenesis of ALD, related methods and influencing factors of ALD model, and provided a theoretical basis for relevant researchers to establish the ALD rodent model.

Background The rapid diagnosis can win more treating opportunities for patients with fungal keratitis.Even though the fungal culture is the gold standard for the diagnosis of fungal keratitis,it is difficult in early diagnosis due to the long duration of cultivation and false-negative rate. Objective This trial was to explore the clinical value in the rapid diagnosis of fungal keratitis by the combination of corneal scraping with laser scanning confocal microscopy. Methods Corneal scraping and laser scanning confocal microscopy were separately performed in 167 eyes of 167 patients with fungal keratitis. All the eyes were examined by the slit lamp, followed by laser scanning confocal microscope, and then the 10% KOH corneal smear was examined under the optical microscope. Results The positive rate of diagnosis was 75% (125/167) by corneal scraping, and that by laser scanning confocal microscopy was 91% (152/167).The positive rate of examining outcome was significantly higher in laser scanning confocal microscopy than that of corneal scraping (x2 =14.88,P =0.00).The positive results were 114 cases and negative results were 4 cases by two methods, with the concordance rate 70.7% (118/167).The hyphae or spore were seen in 32 cases by laser scanning confocal microscopy in 42 negative cases by corneal scraping, and in 15 negative cases by confocal laser scanning microscopy,11 positive outcomes were offered by corneal scraping. Conclusions The combined application of corneal scraping with confocal laser scanning microscopy can improve and speed up the diagnosis positive rate of fungal keratitis.

Based on CC2530 SoC and Micro-SD card, the system consists of three acquisition nodes and a coordinator node. The former three nodes implement data collection and wireless transmission by collecting the data of blood pressure, body temperature and ECG, while the last one fulfills the tasks of fast network organization, data reception and assorted storage.
