Objective To explore the effect of early tracheotomy combined with hyperventilation in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data of 76 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into treatment group and control group depending on whether received early tracheal incision joint hyperventilation.3 months after the treatment,the prognosis of the two groups was evaluated and compared according to the Glasgow Coma Score (GCS).Results In the treatment group,there were good in 10 cases,mild disability in 10 cases,severe disability in 9 cases,vegetative state in 3 cases,deaths in 4 cases.In the control group,there were good in 7 cases,mild disability in 7 cases,severe disability in 11 cases,vegetative state patients in 5 cases,deaths in 10 cases,and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (x2 =6.290,P =0.043).In the treatment group,there were 5 cases of electrolyte imbalance,6 cases of kidney dysfunction,8 cases of stress ulcer,8 cases of lung infection.In the control group,there were 11 cases of electrolyte disturbances,10 cases of renal dysfunction,11 cases of stress ulcer,15 cases of lung infection.The incidence rate of complications of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (x2 =831.6,P =0.020).Conclusion For hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,early tracheotomy combined with hyperventilation treatment can improve the patients' survival rate and life quality.

Objective To explore the value of invasive intracranial pressure(ICP) for monitoring the severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective study of 79 patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was performed.A total of 39 severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were underwent ICP,then the treatment plan would be adjusted according to the level of intracranial pressure changes.40 patients in the control group were not given intracranial pressure monitoring,according to the patients'consciousness,vital signs,and CT examination,they were given routine treatment.Results After 3 months,39 patients in monitoring group,good in 10 cases,10 cases of mild disability,severe disability in 11 cases,three cases of vegetative state,and 5 cases died.40 patients in control group,good in,7 cases,7 cases of mild disability,11 cases of severe disability,5 cases of vegetative state,10 cases died.The efficacy of the monitoring group was significantly better than the control group,the incidence rate of complication of the monitoring group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The present findings suggest that ICP monitoring may reduce complications and improve prognosis of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.

BACKGROUND:Shape-memory polymer materials can be used as intrauterine device materials, which have certain shape changes under the influence of external temperature, and have good biodegradation, and are harmless to human body. OBJECTIVE:To prepare a poly(D,L-lactide)-based shape-memory intrauterine device and to analyze its application features. METHODS:Poly(D,L-lactide)-based shape-memory intrauterine device was prepared in this experiment. Sixty female New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 rabbits in each group: experimental group were bilateraly implanted poly(D,L-lactide)-based shape-memory intrauterine device, and control group had no intrauterine device. Gross observation, blood test and histological examination were conducted at different time after implantation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After 4 weeks of implantation, the intrauterine device was smooth and thickened and shortened compared with before implantation; after 6 weeks of implantation, the device became thinned and further shortened and even disappeared partialy. No significant difference was found in the leukocyte, erythrocyte, hemoglobin, platelet, creatinine and urea levels between the two groups at 6 weeks after implantation. In the experimental group, obvious edema and hyperemia in the tubal mucosa were visible at 4 weeks after implantation, and a very smal amount of infiltrated lymphocytes were present at 6 weeks after implantation, and edema and hyperemia were improved significantly. These findings indicate that after implantation, the poly(D,L-lactide)-based shape-memory intrauterine device can deform and degrade, and result in a certain pressure on the oviduct wal, but has no cel toxicity and possesses good application security.

Objective To explore literature published periodicals,the organizations of the first authors,the research direction and the quality about nursing system literature in recent four years.Methods By retrievaling the databases of China Hospital Knowledge (CHKD),VIP Biomedical,China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang,Pubmed and Medline,each database used the same search term and retrieval type (the retrieval type differed by each database grammar),and the retrieval time was limited from Jan,2010 to Dec,2013.Results 75 nursing literature published on 35 journals were obtained,of which 19 journals published only one paper.In terms of quality evaluation,publication bias tested 36,49 forest charts,2 disputing topics,24 with exact P value cycle interpretations,16 used flowcharts,and none of the literature heterogeneity tests used graphical method.By classifying the organizations of the first authors as schools and hospitals,the number of published papers were 38 and 37 separately from 2010 to 2013.Conclusions The nursing systematic literature were always with vast amount and dispersed content,less repetitive content was seen during the literature,The structure was not rigorous,and quality remains to be improved.It should be noted that Meta-analysis study normative has its requirements and more published papers are needed.

Alzheimer′s disease ( AD) , is a neurodegenerative disorder of the brain that is characterized by loss of memory and cognitive decline.At present, AD etiology remains unclear and there are no effective prevention and treatment measures in clinical practice.Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ( PPARγ) is a ligand-regulated nuclear hormone receptor.Recent studies showed PPARγ-pathway played an important role in the pathogenesis of AD and some PPARγagonists have been proven to be neuroprotective in vitro and in vivo models.This paper reviews the roles of PPARγand related mechanisms in AD, summarizes affecting factors about PPARγpathway.Particularly, the effect of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside ( Cy3G) , one of the anthocyanidin glycoside forms, is a compound of naturally occurring phenolic compounds, suggesting the neuroprotective effect of Cy3G might be used as a potential natural PPARγagonist in the nervous system.

we have designed a program-controlled high-fi amplifier for EMG.Its gain can be controlled by computer.The program-contralled circuit is implemented with numerical control resistor.The amplifier can be used in automatically measuring EMG signals over 100?v.The circuit is characterized by easy de- sign,simple programing and convenient control.

Objective To explore the relationship between plasma mannose-binding lectin (MBL), lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and body mass index in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods 45 newly diagnosed GDM pregnant women and 45 healthy women (control group) were selected in this study. Plasma concentration of MBL and LPS were measured. All the groups were sub-divided into obesity (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2) and non-obesity (BMI < 25 kg/m2) subgroup. The relationships of levels of plasma LPS, MBL with BMI were analyzed. Results The level of plasma MBL in GDM group was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05), while the concentration of LPS in serum was much higher than that in healthy pregnant women (P < 0.05). Pearson analysis showed the level of MBL in GDM group was negatively correlated with BMI(r=-0.28, P<0.05), serum LPS concentration was positively correlated with BMI(r = 0.62, P < 0.05) and LPS was negatively correlated With MBL(r = -0.43, P < 0.05) . The above correlations were not found in control group. Conclusion Serum MBL and LPS maybe two important risk factors for those pregnant women being overweight, and could offer great significance for the prevention and treatment of GDM.
