Objective To investigate the rule of cell apoptosis after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats, and to analyze the effect of Astragalus injection on the brain tissue water content and cell apoptosis perihematoma.Methods Experimental ICH models of rats were produced in by injection of Collagenase into right caudate nucleus using stereotaxis technique. After operation, 160 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 test groups according to different intervention time (operation meanwhile group, 6 h group,12 h group and 24 h group after operation, 32 rats in each group) and hemorrhagic control group (32 rats). The rats in test groups were treated with Astragalus injection intraperitoneally once a day. All ICH animals were killed at 4 d or 7 d after ICH. 12 rats from the above each group were used to measure brain tissue water content (dry-wet method). The effect of different initiation time point of treatment on brain tissue water content and cell apoptosis perihematoma was observed. Objective To observe the effect of Antivirus Compound Capsule in protecting liver and reducing enzyme level in chronic type B hepatitis and acute hepatic injury caused by D-GlaN.Methods Mice model was established by intraperitoneal injecting of D-GlaN 800mg/Kg.The level of ALT and AST was obviously increased after 48hours.Pathological test proved to be acute liver cell damage.Clinically 117 cases of chronic hepatitis B was recruited into a control group(57 cases)and a treatment group(60 cases).The treatment group was treated with Antivims Compound Capsule and Silymarin tablet,and the control group was treated with Silymarin tablet.Besides,both groups were infused with diammonium Compound Capsule Can obviously reduce level of AST(P＜0.001、＜0.01、＜0.01、＜0.001);Three dosage levels of Antivirus Compound Capsule can obviously reduce the degree hepatic pathological changes caused by D-GlaN induced(P＜0.01、＜for the treatment group andtlle control group) between the two groups with P＞0.02.while there was obvious difference of negative conversion rate of AST.[92.98%(53/57)and 78.9%(45/57)for the treaunent group and the consul group]between the two groups with P＜0.01.Conclusion Antivirus Compound Capsule is effective in protecting liver and reducing enzyme level of patients with chronic hepatitis B and acute hepatic injury caused bv D-GlaN.

Objective：To study the ultrastructure changes of osteosarcoma cells(OS-732) inactivated by alcohol of two different concentrations and clinical application value.Methods：Osteosarcoma cells(OS-732) were inactivated by 75% and 95% alcohol and observed by light and electron microscope.And its viability was detected by MTT method. Results：Cell internal structure changed significantly and irreversible damage formed. MTT method proved that inactivated cells had no viability.Conclusion：These two inactivation methods were effective. Cell internal enviroment was damaged very seriously and cell was led to death. These two inactivation methods could provide choices for clinical limb protective operation.

Objective To discuss the application effects of CBI teaching method in medical English Teaching of respiration medicine. Methods Dividing 120 students of Grade 2009 in Jining Medical College into two groups including control group (60) and experimental group (60). The tradi-tional teaching method was adopted in the control group and CBI teaching method was adopted in the experimental group. After finishing the courses, medical professional English level test and standard-ized patients test were applied in the two groups. Students' English studying interests and autonomous English learning ability were also investigated by questionnalres. SPSS 17.0 software was used for sta-tistical analysis, and the data were processed by t test and 字2 test, with the level of a test equal to 0.05. Results The medical professional English level test scores, standardized patients test scores and the total average scores of autonomous English learning ability in experimental group were respectively [(81.97±4.91), (80.33±5.85), (3.88±0.38)], and they were significantly higher than those in the control group [(70.40±4.78), (70.48± 4.79), (2.98±0.26), with P values below 0.01]. Satisfaction degrees in the improvement of learning motivation, learning time, learning method, learning attitude and dealing with study difficulties in experimental group were better than those of control group (χ2=13.084, 8.000, 13.297, 11.627, 13.374, P=0.000). Conclusion CBI teaching method is better than traditional teaching method and it transfers English learning into the learning of professional knowledge and skills of respiratory medicine, stirs the interests of students, improves their autonomous English learning ability and strengthens their abilities to learn and apply English language.

Aim To study and compare the pharmaco-kinetic parameters of roxithromycin under normoxic and hypoxic rats. Methods A highly effective and rapid ultra-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS/MS) method with posi-tive electrospray ionization source was successfully de-veloped and validated for quantification of roxithromy-cin in rat plasma. Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the hypoxia and normoxic groups. Each rat obtained a single dose of roxithromycin with 10 mg · kg-1 via intragastric administration. The pharmacoki-netic parameter comparison between normoxic and hy-poxic groups was calculated by SPSS software using in-dependent sample t test method. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of roxithromycin between the normoxic and hypoxic rats were:the AUC(0-t) 7 576 and 3 761 μg·h·L-1 , MRT(0-t) 5. 6 and 7. 7 h, T1/2 3. 4 h and 3. 9 h, CL 1. 5 and 3. 0 L · h-1 · kg-2 , tmax3. 1 and 3. 4 h, Cmax 1 116 and 372 μg·L-1 , re-spectively. The levels of Cmax and AUC of roxithromy-cin in hypoxic rats were statistically lower than those in normoxic rats. Conclusion The exposure level of rox-ithromycin in hypoxic rats markedly decreased. Our re-sults may provide an important experimental basis to adjust the dosage for roxithromycin in hypoxic clinical practice.

OBJECTIVETo explore the hepatic injury induced by CCl4in SD rat.

METHOD40 SD rats were allocated to male and female group, consisting of 20 animals/sex/group. SD rats were given at 2 mL x kg(-1) of 10% CCl4 through celiac injection per 3 day for 12 days. All rats were killed by anaesthesia of ethyl ether and bleeding through abdominal aorta at 12th day. Liver tissue was fixed in 10% neutral formalin, embedded in paraffin, cut at a nominal thickness of 3 microm, stained with hematoxylin and eosin ( H&E) , evaluated at by microscopic examination.

RESULT19 cases with local necrosis, 8 cases with fatty degeneration, 9 cases with cystic degeneration and 2 cases with fibrosis were seen in group male. 20 cases with local necrosis, 9 cases with fatty cases degeneration, 1 case with cystic degeneration and 1 case with fibrosis were seen in group female. The incidence of cystic degeneration in male group was found significantly higher than that in female group (P < 0. 05) , but the incidence of other lesions was no significant difference between male and female group.

CONCLUSIONCCl4 induces local necrosis , fatty degeneration, fibrosis and cystic degeneration in SD rat. The incidences of local necrosis , fatty degeneration and fibrosis were no significantly difference between male and female rat, but the incidence of cystic degeneration in male rats was significant higher than that in female rats.

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and clinical oulcomes of aortic valve replacement (AVR) performed with minimally invasive technique.Methods From June 2010 to October 2011,20 cases of minimally invasive AVR were performed.The mean age was (47.60±12.28) ;12 males and 8 females.All patients are ventilated with a double-lumen endotracheal tube,through the 3nd anterior intercostals space with a 5 -6cmskin incision,right femoral artery and vein cannulation are used to establish CPB,direct aortic cross-clamped by Chitwood sliding clamp through the right 4th intercostals space,and completed the aortic valve replacement.Results Mean length of incision was (4.73±0.54)cm.Mean duration of cardiopulmonary bypass was (124±39.83)min,crossclamp time was (97.21±33.17) min.Median intubation time was (13.55±3.87)hours.Median duration of intensive care and postoperative hospital stay was (16.34±3.82)hours and (6.63±1.45) days,respectively.Hospital mortality was 0.There was no perivalvular leakage,Conclusion Minimally invasive aortic replacement with a modified Port-Access approach is feasible,small incisions,more cosmetic,shorter length of bospital stay and less need for blood transfusion are attainable.

Background and purpose: Lysine specific demethylase 1(LSD1) is an important chromatin modifier. It epigenetically regulates gene expression pattern through chromatin modification and participates in maintenance of tumor malignant properties, such as oncogenesis, development, invasion, migration and metabolic transformation. SIRT3 (sirtuin 3) is a mitochondria localized tumor suppressor and regulates tumor metabolic transformation and oxidative stress. The correlation between LSD1 and SIRT3 has never been reported before. This study aimed to elucidate the correlation between LSD1 and SIRT3 with gene transcriptional regulation methods. Methods: RNA interference technique, co-immunoprecipitation assay(CoIP), chromatin immune-precipitation assay(ChIP) and ifrelfy luciferase activity assay were employed to elucidate the correlation between LSD1 and SIRT3 in pancreatic cancer. Results:mRNA and protein levels of SIRT3 were signiifcantly elevated in LSD1 knock-down PANC-1 cells. LSD1 interacts with PGC-1α, an important regulator of SIRT3 gene expression. LSD1 and PGC-1αoccupied the same region in SIRT3 promoter region through ChIP analysis. Luciferase activity assay validated LSD1 as a negative regulator of PGC-1αin SIRT3 gene transcriptional regulation. Conclusion:LSD1, as an important tumor promoter, negatively regulates the expression of tumor suppressor gene SIRT3, these results provide important clues for the role that LSD1 plays in aberrant metabolism and oxidative stress.
