Objective To analyze the histopathology of patients with atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS),and provide evidence for further classification and clinical treatment of ASCUS.Methods The histopathology of cervical biopsy specimens from 249 patients with ASCUS diagnosed by liquid-based cervical cytology examination was analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 249 ASCUS patients, the proportion of patients with inflammation was 34.14% (85/249), morphological change by human papillomaviral infection was 19.28%(48/249), CIN I was 32.53%(81/249),CIN II was 8.84%(22/249),CIN III was 3.21%(8/249), infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma was 1.20%(3/249),and endometrioid adenocarcinoma was 0.80%(2/249) . Conclusion It is very important to to further definitude the diagnosis of ASCUS, because a certain proportion of cervical cancer and precancerous leisions woud be confirmed.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effect of Huikangling Tablet (HT, extracted from Scabrous Patrinia root) on peripheral blood micrometastasis of differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) patients.
METHODSTotally 87 DTC patients with positive micrometastasis were randomly assigned to the treatment group (45 cases) and the control group (42 cases). DTC endocrine inhibition treatment standards were executed in all patients. They all took levothyroxine sodium (50 microg/tablet, from low dose, 25 microg each time, once per day, 0.5 h before breakfast), and its dosage was gradually added one week later. The dosage was adjusted according to tested results of TSH combined recurrence risk stratification and endocrine suppression induced adverse reactions risk stratification. Patients in the treatment group took HT (0.4 g per tablet, 3 tablets each time, three times per day for a total of 12 weeks) combined TSH suppression therapy, while those in the control group only received TSH suppression therapy. Peripheral micrometastatic cytokeratin 19 (CK19) and polymorphic epithelial mucin1 (MUC1) were detected by FCM at week 4 and 12. Meanwhile, distant metastasis and adverse reactions were observed.
RESULTSAfter 4-week treatment positive micrometastasis was shown in 18 cases (40%) of the treatment group and 29 cases (69%) in the control group with statistical difference (chi2 = 5.68, P < 0.05). After 12-week treatment positive micrometastasis was shown in 7 cases (15.6%) of the treatment group and 17 cases (44.7%) in the control group with statistical difference (chi2 = 8.49, P < 0.01). Pulmonary metastasis occurred in 2 cases and bone metastasis in 1 case of the control group at follow-ups. Cervical lymph node metastasis without accompanied recurrence of thyroid cancer occurred in one case of the treatment group. No obvious liver or renal abnormalities occurred.
CONCLUSIONHT inhibited peripheral blood micrometastasis of DTC patients and its mechanism needed to be further studied.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2002;26(6):414-417
The computer-assisted surgery system is a complex system. All of the errors can be attributed to the loss of correspondence between the world coordinate system in the operation room and the virtual world coordinate system obtained from the multi-model medical images. The system's accuracy is composed of the accuracy of the localizer and that of registration. In order to improve the system accuracy, we analyse most of the possible error sources. The accuracy of the localizer affects deeply the registration between the intra-operation and pre-operation data. The localizer is the most basic and important part for a computer-assisted surgery system. We give a comprehensive possible error source at the end of the paper.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(5):56-58
The information-knowledge-intelligence transformation rules were introduced as the theory for the transformation of information service main body for evidence-based medicine according to the analysis of domestic and foreign institutional main body and personal main body for the information service of evidence-based medicine. It was proposed that medical library as the institutional main body should be transformed into information repository + thinking library and clinical medical librarians as the personal main body should be transformed into evidence witness + decision making adviser with associated literacy.

Purpose To compare the pathological differences between cervical high-grade intraepithelial lesions (CHGIL) positive resection surgical margin after cold knife conization and total hysterectomy, and to explore how to take further clinical treatment measures. Methods The pathologic results of 74 patients with CHGIL positive surgical margin after cold knife conization and hysterectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results There was a correlation between positive cervical incision margin and residual uterine lesion (P < 0.01).Age,menopause status, gland involvement did not related to residual uterine lesions(P > 0.05).There was significant correlation between the lesion-related quadrant and the residual rate of uterine lesion (P < 0.01).Conclusion Cold knife conization and hysterectomy are safe and effective treatments for CHGIL.However, for the positive resection surgical margin after cold knife conization cases, hysterectomy should be carefully chosen and may choose conservative treatment or re-cone cutting.

The present study aimed to investigate the effect and the mechanisms of Bu-zhong-yi-qi-tang (BZYQ) on Spleen-Qi deficiency rat's model using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) metabolomics and multivariate statistical analysis methods. The rat Spleen-Qi deficiency model was established as follows: oral administration of Radix Rhei extract, loaded swimming and starvation for 24 h. The body weight and motor behavior of the rats were measured and recorded once a week. BZYQ could significantly improve body weight and behavioral of Spleen-Qi deficiency model rats compared with the model group (P < 0.05, 0.01). After drug administration, the changes in the levels of endogenous metabolites in the spleen including decreasing lactate, taurine and hypoxanthine, increasing glutamate and scyllo-inositol compared with the model group. The metabolomics approach is an effective tool for the investigation of the pharmacologic mechanism of BZYQ and it is helpful to further research.

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of Fabry disease in Chinese patients. Methods This retrospective study included all in-patients Fabry disease patients at PUMC Hospital from 2004 to 2014.Results The 12 patients included 10 males and 2 females. The middle age at onset was 10.The most fre-quent symptoms in our group were pain(10/12), angiokeratoma(9/12), renal abnormalities (7/12), hearing loss ( 6/12 ) , hypohidrosis ( 5/12 ) , cardiac abnormalities ( 5/12 ) , cerebrovascular abnormalities ( 3/12 ) and ophthalmological abnormalities ( 3/12 ) .The severe clinical manifestations were more frequently found in males . Electron microscopy plays a very important role in pathological diagnosis of Fabry disease .7 patients were suspec-ted to have family history .5 patients were examined regularly in which 4 cases were stable , and 1 patient re-ceived hemodialysis after 3 years'follow-up.Conclusions Onset of Fabry disease is early, many organs could be involved and patients may have different clinical manifestations. There are great differences in clinical features be-tween male and female patients .

The book Acupuncture-moxibustion Clinical Skills Training is one of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" in novative teaching materials, which is published by People's Medical Publishing House. Through learning the first half of the book commonly used needling and moxibustion techniques, it is realized that the selection of book content is reasonable and much attention is paid to needling and moxibustion techniques; the chapter arrangement is well-organized, and the form is novel, which is concise and intuitive; for every technique, great attention is paid to standardize the manipulation procedure and clarify the technique key, simultaneously the safety of acupuncture and moxibustion is also emphasized. The characteristics of the book, including innovativeness, practicability, are highlighted, and it greatly helps to improve students' clinical skills and examination ability.
