Objective:To study the influence of anesthesia with propofol or with ketamine on autonomic nerve function in children. Methods: 35 children aged 3-8 years old undergoing general anesthesia for palatoplasty with ASAⅠ-Ⅱ cleft palate were randomly divided into 2 groups, group Ⅰ(ketamine group,n=17)and group Ⅱ (propofol group, n=18).The low frequency (LF), high frequency (HF), ratio of low frequency and high frequency (LF/HF),total power (LF+HF), MAP, HR and SpO_2 were recorded before anesthesia (T0), after intubation (T1), incision of skin(T2), 1 h after the begining of operation(T3), after the completion of operation(T4) and extubation (T5). Results:In the 2 groups the values of LF, HF, LF/HF and LF+HF at T1-T4 were significantly lower than those at T0 (P0.05). In group Ⅱ,the indexes of HRV at T2-T5 were significantly lower than those in group Ⅰ(P

Objective To investigate the clinical distribution characteristics of persisters isolated from the chronic infected pa-tients,so as to provide scientific basis for effective clinical measures to prevent, control and treat persister-associated chronic infection. Methods Clinical microbial samples cultured from Jan.2013 to Dec.2014 were analysed by WHONET5.6.Four bacteria species with the highest isolation rate were performed for screening of chronic infection.Concentration of bacteria were detected by viable plate count method and then the growth curve were drew of each sample under the presence of anti-biotics.Persisters were comfirmed according to the specific growth curve under the presence of antibiotics. Results Four highest isolated bacteria species of the clinical samples were Escherichia coli (1 3.2%),Klebsiella pneumoniae (9.6%), Pseudomonasaeruginosa (8%)and Staphylococcusaureus (6.6%).862 chronic infection samples were generated out of 14 216 microbial samples and 41 persisters (4 strains of Escherichia coli,23 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,8 strains of Pseudomonasaeruginosa and 6 strains of Staphylococcusaureus)were isolated finally. Conclusion With such a comprehen-sively retrospective analysis of the hospital clinical microbial samples, can tell that the ratio of persisters in chronic infection was not high. And chronic infections are mostly caused by gene-mutated drug-resistant bacteria. However, the isolation rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae was relatively high,of which more attention should be payed to the prevention and control.

DQA1*0501.TSHR peptides of 183~198、195~210、248~263、301~320、343~362 and 357~376 could bind with high affinity to both HLA-DR3 and HLA-DQA1*0501,all of their IC50 values less than(1 ?mol/L),but they could bind to neither HLA-DR7 nor HLA-DQA1*0201 with high affinity. Conclusion Epitopes of TSHR 183~198,195~210,248~263,301~320,343~362 and 357~376 on the TSHR extracellular domain might be the auto-antigens to cause GD.
8.HSP12.1, A Small Heat Shock Protein in C.elegans, Has Chaperone-like Activity

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(06):-
Many kinds of small heat shock proteins (sHSPs) are able to prevent protein aggregation in stress, which show the ATP independent chaperone-like activity. The smallest protein HSP12.1 in sHSP family of the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans exhibits chaperone-like activities in vitro. It prevents protein aggregation in a certain extent when use insulin, ADH and lysozyme as the substrates, though it is not as efficient as the typical chaperones (such as HSP16.1 in C. elegans). By contrast, the other three sHSP12s (HSP12.2, HSP12.3 and HSP12.6), which have similar molecular masses and primary structure, appear devoid of in vitro chaperone-like activities. In addition, overexpressing HSP12.1 enhances cell thermotolerance of Escherichia coli. The survival rate of the HSP12.1 overexpressed cells is 4-fold higher than the control, yet whether it does the same function in C. elegans is still unknown. Results indicate that C-terminal region is not necessary for the chaperone-like activity of sHSPs, for HSP12.1 terminates a short C-terminal tail. N-terminal domain may play a relatively important role in the exhibition of chaperone-like activities, while ?-crystalline domain may also involve in this function.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of Qingfei Huoxue Recipe (QHR) combined azithromycin in treatment of intractable pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.
METHODSTotally 124 intractable pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia patients at our hospital were recruited in this study, and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group, 62 in each group. Patients in the control group took azithromycin, while those in the treatment group additionally took QHR. All patients received omnibearing systematic nursing. Therapeutic efficacy, clinical indices (such as disappearance time of cough and rales, recovery time of body temperature) , and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.
RESULTSAfter treatment the total effective rate was 91.94% (57/62 cases) in the treatment group and 77. 42% (48/62 cases) in the control group with statistical difference (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, disappearance time of cough and rales, recovery time of body temperature were obviously shortened in the treatment group with statistical difference (P < 0.01). There was statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups [3.23% (2/62 cases) vs 38.71% (24/62 cases) , P < 0.01].
CONCLUSIONIn clinical treatment for intractable pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia, Chinese medicine combined Western medicine plus scientific and systematic nursing showed more obvious advantages with significant efficacy, which was worth spreading.
