Objective To investigate the effect of cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor Celebrex on the growth of(gallbladder) carcinoma GBC-SD cell line.Methods Cell growth suppression was counted by MTT method.Apoptotic index(AI) was evaluated by TUNEL staining.The apoptotic rate was counted by flow cytometry(FCM),fluorescence microscopy(FM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Results Celebrex(inhibiting) the growth of GBC-SD cell line was dose-depend.The growth inhibition rate with 40?mol/L,80?mol/L,120?mol/L and 160?mol/L was 18.77%,25.32%,46.58% and 52.19%(respectively),(P
2.Application Comparison of Potassium Magnesium Aspartate before and after the Intervention of Clinical Pharmacists

To explore the effect of the intervention of clinical pharmacists on the rational use of potassium magnesium aspartate . Methods:The prescriptions of outpatients in the fourth quarter of 2013 and those of emergency in the second quarter of 2014 with potassium magnesium aspartate injection were collected and analyzed. The unreasonable use rate of the drug before and after the intervention was compared. Results:The unreasonable use rate of potassium magnesium aspartate before the intervention was 35. 4%, that after the intervention was 15. 8%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 01) . The difference in beyond the indica-tion, high concentration and unreasonable compatibility of the drug before and after the intervention was statistically significant ( P<0. 01 or P<0. 05) . Conclusion: The intervention of clinical pharmacists in the use of potassium magnesium aspartate is effective, which should be performed continuously.
3.Investigation on the effect of performance training of adverse events

Objective To investigate the application and effect on the performance training of adverse events, and to improve the quality of nursing teaching. Methods Totally 120 new graduate nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(n=60)and control group(n=60). Study group used performance training while control group used traditional training mode and evaluation was made from the adverse event knowledge score , number of adverse events and satisfaction degree of stu-dents. Results Adverse event knowledge score of study group (9.57±0.563) was obviously higher than that of control group(84.90±3.245). Satisfaction degree of students in study group(9.57±0.563) was higher than that of control group(7.35 ±0.917), with statistical differences(P<0.01). Number of ad-verse events(n=3) was obviously lower in study group than in control group(n=15), with statistical differences(P<0.01). Conclusion In adverse events teaching, performance training can be helpful in arousing students' interests in learning. Experiences of self-examination and self-correction also make the students have a deep impression on knowledge, which improves the quality of adverse events teaching and reduces the incidence of adverse events in the new graduates.
4.X-ray,CT and MR manifestations of spinal giant cell tumor

Objective To explore the X-ray ,CT and MR manifestations of spinal giant cell tumor(GCT) for improving the diag-nosis level of this rare disease .Methods The X-ray ,CT and MR data in 16 cases of spinal GCT were retrospectively analyzed on the location ,size ,morphology ,margin ,CT density/MR signal intensity and enhancement pattern .Results 4 cases located in cervical vertebra ,8 cases in thoracic vertebra and 4 cases in lumbar vertebra ;in which ,6 cases only involved in vertebral body and other 10 cases involved in vertebral body and and appendix .The lesion affected two neighboring vertebrae in 8 cases ,and affected only one vertebra in the remaining 8 cases .16 cases were protruded into the spinal canals and oppressed the spinal cord .The prominent X-ray and CT images showed eccentric growth ,osteolytic and swelling bone destruction .MR showed isointensity or slight hypointensity on T1WI ,and isointensity or slight hyperintensity on T2WI .After intensified scanning ,the solid portion showed marked inhomoge-neous enhancement .Conclusion Spinal GCT has certain imaging characteristics .CT and MR examination could accurately display the extent of lesion and tumor involvement ,which provides more accurate image information for formulating the strategy of clinical therapy .
5.Expressions of lung cancer related genes and miRNA in peripheral blood of the residents surrounding hot springs with extremely high radon

Objective To investigate the expressions of lung cancer related genes and miRNA in peripheral blood of the residents surrounding the extremely high radon hot springs in Ruoergai County,Sichuan Province. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from the local residents.Expressions of lung cancer related genes (p53,k-ras) and miRNA (let-7a,miR-34a/b) were detected by real-time PCR and the protein expressions of p53 and k-ras were detected by Western blot.Results The expressions of p53 and k-ras mRNA of the residents in high radon area were 0.97 and 1.33 times of the control respectively (t =0.13,-1.12,P >0.05),and the p53 and k-ras protein levels were 0.70 and 1.23 times of the control respectively (t =0.72,0.46,P > 0.05).The let-7a of the residents in high radon area was lower (t =1.63,P > 0.05 ) while the miR-34a and miR-34b were significantly higher than those of the controls (t =- 3.20,- 3.32,P < 0.05).Conclusions Based on the expressions of p53 and k-ras gene and miRNA,it can be concluded that the residents surrounding the high radon hot springs received radiation damage.
7.Clinic Analysis of 35 Cases of Hyperthyroidism Featuring in Vomit Mainly

Objective To disuss the clinic characteristics,the etiologies and the misdiagnosis cause of hyperthyroidism featuring in vomit mainly.Methods The clinic data of 35 hyperthyroids featuring in vomit mainly were reviewed and analyzed.Results The hyperthyroids in this group were middle-aged female mainly whose symptoms showd that they vomit frequently with abdominal distention,thin,inappetence,chest congestion,palpitation;tachycardia;hypohepatia and electrolyte disturbance.Furthermore,their thyroid gland function assay is in concordance with the hyperthyroidism diagnosis.Treatment for antihyperthyroidism can get remarkable effects.Conclusion The patient showing vomit of unknown origin may be taken into account as hyperthyroid.The key points to prevent misdiagnosis are to detect thyroid gland function in time and to improve the understanding for un-typical hyperthyroidism.
8.Curative Effect of Desmopressin Acetate Combined with Bladder Training Therapy on Primary Nocturnal Enuresis in Children

Objective To observe the curative effect and recurrence rate of desmopressin acetate(DDAVP) combined with bladder training therapy on primary nocturnal enuresis(PNE) in chlidren.Methods One hundred children with PNE were randomly divided into control group and observation group(50 cases in each group).Children in control group were treated with simple DDAVP,and patients in observation group were treated with bladder training while DDAVP was using.The course of treatment were 3 months.The therapeutic effect between the 2 groups when the treatment was finished was compared and then followed up all the cases for 3 months to compare the near-term and long-term recurrence rate between the 2 groups.SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results The total effective rate in control group was 72.9%,and the near-term recurrence rate and the long-term recurrence rate were 22.9% and 54.3%,respectively.The total effective rate in observation group was 91.3%,and the near-term recurrence rate and the long-term recurrence rate were 11.9% and 28.6%,respectively.The total effective rate was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(Z=-1.972,P=0.049).The near-term recurrence rate in 2 groups had no significant difference(?2=1.632,P=0.201).The long-term recurrence rate was extremely lower in observation group than that in control group(?2=5.249,P=0.022).Conclusions There is significant curative effect that DDAVP combined with bladder training therapy on PNE in children,and it can lower the long-term recurrence rate.
9.Application of PICCO in the treatment of septic shock patients during CRRT

Objective To explore application of pulse indicator continuous cardiac output(PICCO)in the treatment of septic shock during continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).Methods 34 patients with septic shock who underwent CRRT were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and central venous pressure (CVP) were monitored in the control group.The experimental group were monitored by PICCO technology in addition to conventional monitoring,the hemodynamics parameters were collected such as end-diastolic volume index (GEDI),extravascular lung water index(EVLWI),and systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI),etc.Dehydration volume and supplementary volume were controlled by means of two group's hemodynamics parameters.The change of Acute Physiology And Chronic Health Evaluation-Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ),lactate (Lac),saturation of central venous oxygen(SevO2) and oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) were observed.Results After treatment of 72h,the decrease of APACHE Ⅱ and lactate in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group,the increase of ScvO2 in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group,the increase of PaO2/FiO2 in the experimental group was evidently higher than those in the control group.Conclusions During PICCO monitoring technique to guide CRRT therapy in patients with septic shock,the volume status of patients can be accurately controlled,organizational cycle can be improved,oxygenation of lung can be obviously improved,which contributes to treatment of septic shock.
10.Modified Walker's procedure for the treatment of postoperative rebleeding in portal hypertensive patients

Objectives To evaluate modified transthoracic esophageal transection (modified Walker's procedure) for management of postoperative rebleeding of portal hypertension.Methods Since 1983,we adopted modified Walker's operation to make low esophageal transection and transect intraabdominal recurrent varix of the coronary vein in the treatment of esophageal variceal rebleeding in portal hypertensive patients who had received previous surgeries aiming at portal hypertension.Results In 53 cases of postoperative rebleeding of portal hypertension,49 cases underwent elective operation with no mortality,4 cases received emergency surgery,one died post-operatively due to hepatic failure.The postoperative control rate of recurrent bleeding was 100%,and the overall postoperative mortality was 2%.The longest postoperative survival time was 24 years,and the 5-year survival rate was 77%.There were no postoperative recurrent hemorrhage and hepatic encephalopathy.Conclusions Modified transthoracic esophageal transection (modified Walker's procedure) is easy to perform,good at saving operative time,with a reliable immediate hemostatic effect and long-term control of variceal hemorrhage,hence is a effective remedy operative method for postoperative rebleeding of portal hypertensive patients after failed previous operations.
