Objective:To investigate the influence of laparoscopic versus open hepatectomy on the stress reaction of patients.MethodsRetrospectively 30 cases who received operation of laparoscopic and open left lateral lobectomy of liver for stones in bile ducts within left lobes of lives were selected form May 2006 to September 2010.The serum level of neutrocytes (N),adrenaline (AD),cortisol (Cor),blood glucose (BG),white blood cell (WBC),Natural killer cell ( NK cell),interleukin-6 (IL-6),C-reactive protein (CRP) were detected preoperatively as well as 24 h,28 h,72 h postoperatively.ResultsAD,Cor reached their peaks after operation, and N,BG,IL-6,CRP reached their peaks in 24 h postoperatively. There were significant difference between O and L groups (P<0.05).NK cell sank to its lowest level in 24 h postoperatively, and there were no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscopic and open left lateral lobectomy of liver are two methods curing stones in bile ducts within left lobes of lives, the former process can result in less stress reaction of patients than the latter.

Type 1 diabetes mellitus and autoimmune thyroid disorders are the most common combination of autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome type Ⅲ(APS Ⅲ). However, APS Ⅲ combined with myasthenia gravis is rare. We described a male patient with myasthenia gravis, type 1 diabetes mellitus, and Hashimoto thyroiditis, who was diagnosed as APS Ⅲ. The human leukocyte antigen (HLA)type was analyzed in this patient. We subsequently reviewed 11 cases of APS Ⅲ combined with myasthenia gravis. This review revealed that HLA-DR9/DQ9 might be a specific HLA subtype associated with APS Ⅲ and complicated with myasthenia gravis .

ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnoses of somatic diseases of inpatients with psychosis and hospitalized more then 2 years.MethodsThe material of all 350 inpatients were investigated and analyzed.ResultsThe first three psychiatric diagnoses were schizophrenia (61.32%), Alzheimer's disease (15.26%), mood disorder (4.74%). The first three diagnoses of accompanying somatic diseases were heart disease (8.68%), diabetes mellitus (8.42%), and hypertension (4.47%).ConclusionWith the changes of social environment, the disease pedigree of inpatients with psychosis changes, senile patients become more and more, and the incidence of concurrent somatic diseases gradually increases.
