1.Family Influence on Children's Development of Attachment Style
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Parents and family background cast important influence on children's attachment style. Studies have consistently showed positive relations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment security. Warm and harmonious family was also found to be an important factor. On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):762-765
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique, has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging. Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.
3.Topics in researches of domestic invisible knowledge management in the past 5 years
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(7):40-46
The knowledge atlas for researches of invisible knowledge management was plotted after the key words and their relationship in papers on invisible knowledge published in the past 5 years were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by social network analysis, co-words cluster analysis, and impact factor analysis with the journal articles covered in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals Databases as the data source. The hotspots and structure in researches of invisible knowledge management were then studied in order to provide reference for the innovative development and future research of invisible knowledge management.
6.Observation on effect of Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum on chronic glomerulonephritis
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(4):312-313
Objective To approach effect of glucosidorum tripterygll totorum on chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 182 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly recruited into a treatment group (103 cases) and a control group (79 cases). The control group was treated with valsartan capsule, 80mg per time, once daily, and prednisone for those cases of intractable proteinuria, 1 mg/kg, once daily. The treatment group was treated with glucosidorum tripterygll totorum the basis of the control group. Therapeutic effects in both groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 83.5% in treatment group and 65.8% in control group, showing significant difference (t=2.0134, P=0.0785) Conclusion Glucosidorum tripterygll totorum has sound therapeutic effects on chronic glomerular nephritis.
7.The application value of CT and MRI on children’s vein of Galen malformation
Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(1):103-106
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of CT and MRI on the children’s vein of Galen malformation (VGAM).Methods CT and MRI images of 10 children cases with VGAM were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT and MRI find-ings:10 cases with dilatation of the vein of Galen,8 cases with straight sinus dilation,6 cases with dilation of confluence sinus, and 6 cases with other sinus dilatation.Blood supply vessels:basilar artery in 6 cases, posterior cerebral artery in 2 cases, anterior cerebral artery in 1 case and other vascular in 1 case.Complications:bleeding in 4 cases, thrombosis in 2 cases, and calcification in 2 cases. Conclusion CT and MRI can confirm the diagnosis of children’s VGAM,and abnormal blood-supply vessels.CT has advantages of observation of calcifications, and MRI has advantages of observation of hemorrhage and thrombosis.
8.Research on health law system in Taiwan and its implications
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(4):41-46
Health law system in Taiwan has developed gradually with the rise of public health and the right of health. According to official parliamentary classification criterion, health law system in Taiwan includes ten subsys-tems, namely health administrative organization law, hospital management, pharmaceutical management, food hy-giene, universal health insurance, controlled substance management, disease control, national health and wellness administration, rights of life and health security, and also the rights of special groups security. The health law sys-tem in Taiwan has distinctive features in system structure, content and management of personnel classification, so-cial care for special groups, etc. The development and the characteristics of health law system in Taiwan provide implications for establishing a health law system in Mainland China to reform the health law system by refined stand-ards, building the field of organizational health law according to the principle of legal authority and manifesting so-cial care of health law.
9.EFFECTS OF CORYDALIS TURTSCHANINOVII F.YANHUSUO (LARGE LEAF TYPE) ON EXPERIMENTAL MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
In this paper, the effects of rhizoma corydalis turtschaninovii f.yanhusuo (large leaf type5 LLYH) on experimental myocardial ischemia and coronary blood flow are reported.LLYH was showed to be active in increasing the tolerance of mice to monobaric hypoxia and prolonging survival time of the animal under the high oxygen consumption condition induced by large dose of isoproterenol. It decreased the severity of myocardial ischemic necrosis induced by large dose of isoproterenol in mice and reduced the extent of myocardial infarction in Wistar rats 12 h after ligation of the root of th,e left coronary artery. In anesthetized open chest cats, coronary blood flow was increased by LLYH infusion with slight decrease in heart rate and blood pressure.
10.Relationship between Somatostatin Neurons and Vasopressin or Neurotensin:A Double Labeling Electromicroscopic Study
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
In order to demonstrate the relationship between somatostatin (SRIF) and vasopressin (VP) or ncurotensin (NT) in periventricular nucleus (Pv) and paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of the rat hypothalamus, pre-embedding PAP labeling SRIF combined with post-embedding colloid gold labeling VP or NT was used in this study. The results presented that some of SRIF-immunoreactive cells were VP positive. SRIF and VP co-contained dendron was observed between the subendymal cells. SRIF and VP double labeled axon made synaptic contact with SRIF and VP double labeled perikarya and other unstained dendrons. In the Pv and PVN, coexistence of SRIF and NT in the same neurons was revealed. Its axon made synapse with negative dendron. In Pv, SRIF axon made synaptic contact with SRIF and NT co-contained dendron. Some of SRIF-immunoreactive cells were not labeled by VP or NT. These results suggested that the interregulation between SRIF and VP or NT might occur intracellularly. The two kinds of double labeled neurons were involved in local nucleus modulation. The SRIF and VP co-contained neurons may receive information and secrete hormone into cerebrospinal fluid.
