1.Family Influence on Children's Development of Attachment Style
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Parents and family background cast important influence on children's attachment style. Studies have consistently showed positive relations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment security. Warm and harmonious family was also found to be an important factor. On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):762-765
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique, has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging. Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.
3.Topics in researches of domestic invisible knowledge management in the past 5 years
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(7):40-46
The knowledge atlas for researches of invisible knowledge management was plotted after the key words and their relationship in papers on invisible knowledge published in the past 5 years were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by social network analysis, co-words cluster analysis, and impact factor analysis with the journal articles covered in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals Databases as the data source. The hotspots and structure in researches of invisible knowledge management were then studied in order to provide reference for the innovative development and future research of invisible knowledge management.
6.Application of early tracheotomy combined with hyperventilation in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(11):1626-1628
Objective To explore the effect of early tracheotomy combined with hyperventilation in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Clinical data of 76 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into treatment group and control group depending on whether received early tracheal incision joint hyperventilation.3 months after the treatment, the prognosis of the two groups was evaluated and compared according to the Glasgow Coma Score (GCS).Results In the treatment group, there were good in 10 cases, mild disability in 10 cases, severe disability in 9 cases, vegetative state in 3 cases, deaths in 4 cases. In the control group, there were good in 7 cases, mild disability in 7 cases, severe disability in 11 cases, vegetative state patients in 5 cases, deaths in 10 cases, and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (x2 =6.290,P =0.043).In the treatment group, there were 5 cases of electrolyte imbalance,6 cases of kidney dysfunction,8 cases of stress ulcer,8 cases of lung infection. In the control group, there were 11 cases of electrolyte disturbances,10 cases of renal dysfunction,11 cases of stress ulcer,15 cases of lung infection. The incidence rate of complications of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (x2 =831.6,P =0.020).Conclusion For hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, early tracheotomy combined with hyperventilation treatment can improve the patients' survival rate and life quality.
7.The clinical value of intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(13):1980-1981
Objective To explore the value of invasive intracranial pressure(ICP) for monitoring the severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective study of 79 patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was performed.A total of 39 severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were underwent ICP,then the treatment plan would be adjusted according to the level of intracranial pressure changes.40 patients in the control group were not given intracranial pressure monitoring, according to the patients'consciousness, vital signs, and CT examination, they were given routine treatment. Results After 3 months,39 patients in monitoring group, good in 10 cases,10 cases of mild disability, severe disability in 11 cases, three cases of vegetative state, and 5 cases died.40 patients in control group, good in,7 cases,7 cases of mild disability,11 cases of severe disability,5 cases of vegetative state,10 cases died. The efficacy of the monitoring group was significantly better than the control group, the incidence rate of complication of the monitoring group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The present findings suggest that ICP monitoring may reduce complications and improve prognosis of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
8.The contrast of clinical efficacy of two different guide wire in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;(34):26-28
Objective To observe the comparison of two different guide wire in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients who were identified with ERCP indications were divided into the loach guide wire group (group A) and zebra guide wire group (group B) by random digits table, each with 62 cases.Intubation time, rate of successful intubation and postoperative complication was compared. Results The rate of of one-time successful intubation in group A was 95.2%(59/62),significantly higher than that in group B [82.3%(51/62)] (P <0.05).The average time of one-time successful intubation in group A was (1.38 ± 0.52) min, significantly lower than that in group B [(1.63 ± 0.61) min] (P < 0.05).The rate of total successful intubation in group A was 95.2%(59/62),in group B was 96.8%(60/62),there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).The rate of postoperative hyperamylasemia and pancreatitis in group A was 12.9% (8/62),in group B was 32.3% (20/62),there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of the loach guide wire in ERCP operation is significantly better than that of the zebra guide.
9.Acupuncture Therapy for 130 Cases of Simple Obesity
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2006;4(2):121-122
One hundred and thirty cases of simple obesity were treated by acupuncture plus auricular point sticking, after a course of treatments, 49 cases got marked effect, 73 cases got effect and 8 cases got no effect, the total effective rate was 93.8%, especially the patients with severe obesity got the best effect.
10.Elderly patients with bronchiectasis distribution and drug resistance of pathogens
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(11):1673-1675
Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogens in elderly patients with bronchiectasis and drug resistance. Methods Elderly hospital patients with bronchiectasis were selected, pathogens isolated from sputum specimens and analysis of bacterial resistance. Results 221 strain of pathogen were isolated,of gram -positive bacte-ria 57 strain(25.79%),gram -negative bacteria 151 strain(68.32%);gram -negative bacteria Pseudomonas aerug-inosa pneumonia Klebsiella,Acinetobacter baumannii and Escherichia coli -based was 20.36%,14.02%,15.84%and 9.05% respectively;gram -negative bacteria Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococ-cus pneumoniae based was 9.50%,8.60% and 7.69% respectively;other fungi, the proportion was 5.88%. Conclusion Elderly patients with bronchiectasis distribution of pathogens to the highest proportion of gram -negative bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the first row,tip rational use of antimicrobial drugs in reducing the rate of drug resistance plays an important role.
