1.Family Influence on Children's Development of Attachment Style
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Parents and family background cast important influence on children's attachment style. Studies have consistently showed positive relations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment security. Warm and harmonious family was also found to be an important factor. On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):762-765
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique, has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging. Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.
3.Topics in researches of domestic invisible knowledge management in the past 5 years
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(7):40-46
The knowledge atlas for researches of invisible knowledge management was plotted after the key words and their relationship in papers on invisible knowledge published in the past 5 years were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by social network analysis, co-words cluster analysis, and impact factor analysis with the journal articles covered in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals Databases as the data source. The hotspots and structure in researches of invisible knowledge management were then studied in order to provide reference for the innovative development and future research of invisible knowledge management.
4.Application of formative evaluation in literature retrieval course evaluation in medical colleges and universities
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(5):73-76
After a description of the differences between formative evaluation and summative evaluation, the appli-cation of formative evaluation in literature retrieval course evaluation in medical colleges and universities was elabo-rated by analyzing the current situation of literature retrieval course and its evaluation in medical colleges and uni-versities with Xinjiang Medical University as an example, which showed that the principles should be followed when formative evaluation is applied in literature retrieval course evaluation. The problems related with the application of formative evaluation in literature retrieval course evaluation were pointed out.
5.Analysis of genetic polymorphism of cytochrome CYP2C19 in Chinese Uighur,Kazak and Han populations
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(33):4632-4634
Objective To identify the genotype and allele distribution feature of cytochrome CYP2C19 in Chinese Uighur , Kazak and Han populations ,and by detecting the CYP2C19 genotype .Methods Finding out the differences of genotype distribution among the three Chinese nationalities .The 750 inpatients were selected from Second Department of Internal Medicine ,Cadres Ward of First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University .The CYP2C19 genotypes of the unrelated patients were assessed by pol‐ymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism .Results Six different CYP2C19 genotypes were determined in this study .There was a significant difference among the three Chinese nationalities (P< 0 .05) .The rate of fast metabolism type in Kazak is 93 .8% more than the rate of Han populations .The rate of slow metabolism type in Kazak is 6 .2% less than the rate of Han populations .The difference was statistically significant (P= 0 .006) .Conclusion Nationality has significant effect on genetic polymorphism of CYP2C19 in Chinese Uighur ,Kazakand and Han populations .
6.Research on health law system in Taiwan and its implications
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(4):41-46
Health law system in Taiwan has developed gradually with the rise of public health and the right of health. According to official parliamentary classification criterion, health law system in Taiwan includes ten subsys-tems, namely health administrative organization law, hospital management, pharmaceutical management, food hy-giene, universal health insurance, controlled substance management, disease control, national health and wellness administration, rights of life and health security, and also the rights of special groups security. The health law sys-tem in Taiwan has distinctive features in system structure, content and management of personnel classification, so-cial care for special groups, etc. The development and the characteristics of health law system in Taiwan provide implications for establishing a health law system in Mainland China to reform the health law system by refined stand-ards, building the field of organizational health law according to the principle of legal authority and manifesting so-cial care of health law.
7.Papers covered in Medical F1000:A bibliometric analysis
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(2):57-59
Objective To identify the value of medical journals by analyzing the papers covered in Medical F1000. Methods The papers published before November 2012 recommended by Medical F1000 were retrieved, the recommended ratios of the total number of papers published in journals each year were calculated and ranked. Results A total of 27960 papers were recommended by Medical F1000.Of these papers,801 were published in New England Journal of Medicine and ranked first.A great difference was found in the number of papers ranked according to their recommended ratios and the recommended number of papers. Conclusion Only a small number of papers are recommended by Medical F1000.However,they can help readers access to the valued medical information in the shortest time. The recommended ratio and the recommended number of papers are the important evidence for the assessment of journals.
9.Investigation on the imaging features and value of multilayer spiral CT in diagnosis of pulmonary embolism
China Medical Equipment 2014;(6):101-103
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic valuation of multilayer spiral CT pulmonary angiography in pulmonary embolism. Methods:A retrospective analysis 22 cases of pulmonary embolism were performed by 16 slice spiral CT diagnosis, The volume data of all cases were reconstructed for image post-processing with multi-plane reconstruction, maximum intensity projection and volume rendering. Results: Pulmonary embolism in patients with 22 cases, pulmonary artery and its branches remobilization of 22 cases were demonstrated well by MSCTA. Conclusion:The 16 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism in a safe, rapid, high sensitivity, reliable diagnosis advantages, has been used as first choice of imaging diagnosis of pulmonary embolism diagnosis methods. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
10.Correlations between mindfulness and rumination of nursing students in clinical practice
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(11):19-21
Objective To explore the relationship between mindfulness and rumination of nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Three hundred and sixty two nursing students participated in the survey using Chinese version of mindfulness scale and rumination scale. Results The scores on mindfulness and rumination among the 362 nursing students were 3?18 ± 0?37 and 1?62 ± 0?19,respectively.The mindfulness among them was negatively correlated with their rumination and so it were with the three dimension of mindfulness:awareness in action,non-reactiveness of inner experience and non-judgment on inner experience with the 3 dimensions of rumination(P<0?01 or P<0?05).The 3 dimensions of mindfulness predicted the variance of rumination by 31?1%.Conclusions The mindfulness of nursing students is at moderate level, and their rumination at low level. Therefore, the nursing administrations or educators should further cultivate mindfulness of nursing students to reduce the extent of rumination?
