On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.Topics in researches of domestic invisible knowledge management in the past 5 years
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(7):40-46
The knowledge atlas for researches of invisible knowledge management was plotted after the key words and their relationship in papers on invisible knowledge published in the past 5 years were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by social network analysis, co-words cluster analysis, and impact factor analysis with the journal articles covered in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals Databases as the data source. The hotspots and structure in researches of invisible knowledge management were then studied in order to provide reference for the innovative development and future research of invisible knowledge management.
3.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):762-765
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique, has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging. Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.
6.Papers covered in Medical F1000:A bibliometric analysis
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(2):57-59
Objective To identify the value of medical journals by analyzing the papers covered in Medical F1000. Methods The papers published before November 2012 recommended by Medical F1000 were retrieved, the recommended ratios of the total number of papers published in journals each year were calculated and ranked. Results A total of 27960 papers were recommended by Medical F1000.Of these papers,801 were published in New England Journal of Medicine and ranked first.A great difference was found in the number of papers ranked according to their recommended ratios and the recommended number of papers. Conclusion Only a small number of papers are recommended by Medical F1000.However,they can help readers access to the valued medical information in the shortest time. The recommended ratio and the recommended number of papers are the important evidence for the assessment of journals.
7.Reflection on and improvement of digestive tract reconstruction after pancreatoduodenectomy
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2011;10(5):335-337
Digestive tract reconstruction is one of the important steps following pancreatoduodenectomy.Traditional methods of digestive tract reconstruction, such as Whipple,Child and Cattel method, had disadvantages of bringing damage to the normal physiological structure and raising the incidence of complications. In this review, the improvements of the digestive tract reconstruction in recent years were introduced, and their benefits and shortcomings were also analyzed.
8.Pancreaticoduodenectomy specimen: determination of retroperitoneal surgical margin
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2011;17(11):883-885
There is a common consensus amongst pathologists as to how to determine and examine the pancreatic, biliary tract and gastrointestinal surgical margins for specimens after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD).However, for the retroperitoneal surgical margin which is one of the most important surgical margins in PD has not been well studied, and its determination remains unclear. In the present study, the definition, evaluation criteria and clinical significance of retroperitoneal surgical margin in PD were analysed. The relationship between R0,R1 resection rates and survival rates were compared. We presented a new technique to obtain a negative surgical margin in the uncinate process of the pancreas.
9.A research of subclavian venous catheter infection with indwelling time in traumatic hemorrhagic shock patients
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(24):2857-2858
Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of subclavian venous catheter-related infections oc-curred in traumatic hemorrhagic shock patients .Methods 336 traumatic hemorrhagic shock patients indwelling subclavian vein catheter was included to explore the causes and treatment of catheter-related infections .The outcome was infect rate and strains dis-trubtion .Results Of 336 patients with subclavian vein catheterization average time was 4 .3 days ,including 27 cases of infection , and the infection rate was 8 .04% .All patients were discharged after active treatment ,with no deaths .Conclusion Traumatic hem-orrhagic shock patients with subclavian vein catheter are safe and effective .Risk factors for infection ,improve treatment and patient care ,shorten the time of catheter ,can effectively prevent catheter infections .
10.Correlations between mindfulness and rumination of nursing students in clinical practice
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(11):19-21
Objective To explore the relationship between mindfulness and rumination of nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Three hundred and sixty two nursing students participated in the survey using Chinese version of mindfulness scale and rumination scale. Results The scores on mindfulness and rumination among the 362 nursing students were 3?18 ± 0?37 and 1?62 ± 0?19,respectively.The mindfulness among them was negatively correlated with their rumination and so it were with the three dimension of mindfulness:awareness in action,non-reactiveness of inner experience and non-judgment on inner experience with the 3 dimensions of rumination(P<0?01 or P<0?05).The 3 dimensions of mindfulness predicted the variance of rumination by 31?1%.Conclusions The mindfulness of nursing students is at moderate level, and their rumination at low level. Therefore, the nursing administrations or educators should further cultivate mindfulness of nursing students to reduce the extent of rumination?
