OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of pharmaceutical care on blood glucose control and medication compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus. METHODS:Nighty-two discharged patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from Apr. to Sept. 2015 were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. Both groups were given Chlorpropamide tablets+Metformin glibenclamide tablets(Ⅰ)for 3 months;intervention group additionally re-ceived pharmaceutical care as medication education, telephone follow-up,etc. The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glu-cose,medication compliance were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. RESULTS:Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose,or medication compliance between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose in 2 groups were significantly decreased, and the intervention group was significantly lower than control group;the effects of blood glucose control in patients younger than 60 years old were better than in patients older than 60 years old, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After one month of treatment, the proportion of good medication compliance were increased significantly in 2 groups, and the intervention group was significantly higher than control group. After 3 months of treatment, the proportion of good medication compliance in 2 groups were significant-ly higher than before treatment, and 1 month after treatment, while the intervention group was significantly higher than control group. The improvement of medication compliance in patients younger than 60 years old was better than in patients older than 60 years old, with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Pharmaceutical care contributes to blood glucose control and improves the medication compliance, especially for those younger than 60 years old.

The working condition of the high frequency electronic knife is quite complicated. How to ensure it to run unfailingly is an important demand in the design of the control system of the high frequency electronic knife. This paper introduces the anti-disturbance method and measure of the control system of the high frequency elec-tronic knife briefly. The hardware measure and software method are introduced mainly. In the aspect of hardware, the techniques include choosing microprocessor correctly, distributing printed-plank area reasonably, noise shield, etc.IN software, there are such as establishing the trap of program, designing program for Watchdog, digital filtering,Owing to adopting above anti-disturbance techniques, the safety and reliability of the whole system are improved.

Objective To understand the feeling of family caregiver of children with chronic connective tissue disease (CTD).Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 30 family caregivers of children with CTD.Data were analyzed based on Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. Results The family caregiver's feelings were classified into four themes, including heavy psychological burden, diseases affecting family life, uncertainty in illness, demands for social support. Conclusions We should neglect the burden and related problems of caregivers when paying attentions to health problems of children, and supply effective intervention measures in order to increase the health level of children and their caregivers.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Diabetes is a vulgar malady of metabolism and incretion. It is important to monitor and control the blood glucose for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. In particular, it is one of the most effective means for physicians or patients to do so through self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) instruments. In this paper, SMBG instruments are discussed in detail and classified as the minimally invasive one, the non-invasive one and the continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS). The needle or laser applied to blood sampling, the technology of the minimally invasive one is relatively mature, and the result of measurement is exact, but this way is achy for the patients. Reverse iontophoresis and spectral analysis adopted, the non-invasive has an increasing accuracy. The CGMS can perform the periodical measurement and record of the value of blood glucose automatically for several days.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2005;22(2):297-302
Modeling vocal-fold vibration is extremely significant in realizing the vibration properties of human vocal folds and investigating their physiological and pathological characteristics. A combined model presented is two mass-finite element (T-F) model, which integrates all merits of both the finite element method (FEM) model and the asymmetric two-mass model of vocal folds. The high-speed glottis graph (HGG) can also be synthesized by the model. The result shows that T-F model can simulate the vibration behavior of normal and pathological vocal folds in a more realistic way with competitively computational speed. Therefore, the T-F model is helpful to gaining a thorough understanding of the vibration properties of vocal folds.
