Objective To investigate the occupational musculoskeletal injury of nurses in a thirdgrade and A-level general hospital in Zhengzhou, and analyze the relationship between occupational musculoskeletal injury and presenteeism. Methods 460 nurses were surveyed with questionnaires by convenience sampling, including nurses' demographic data,Nordic Standardized Questionnaires and Work Limitations Questionnaire. Results The annual incidence rate of OMSI in nursing staff was 82.38%.The parts of body which had high annual incidence rate of nurses' OMSI were lower back, neck and shoulder. The rates of presenteeism for no OMSI,one part OMSI and two or more parts OMSI were 35.14%,52.60% and 59.68%.The scores of work efficiency decrease were (2.02±1.26),(4.67±2.53),(7.31±3.42).Conclusions Nurses' occupational musculoskeletal injury can result in presenteeism. The more serious occupational musculoskeletal injury is,the higher incidence rate of presenteeism, the more critical the presenteeism is.

Objective:To explore the effect of family function combined with positive suggestion on self-assessment and quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:Totally 120 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected by experimental research method, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random alphabet, with 60 cases in each, the control group was given positive suggestion, while the observation group was given family function combined positive suggestion, the Activities of Daily Life (ADL), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the MOS item short form Health Survey (SF-36) were compared before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction. Results:Before nursing, the ADL scores of the observation group and the control group were (34.61±4.36), (35.58±4.82) points, GSES scores were (17.94±2.48), (17.38±2.62) points, SAS scores were (61.82±6.57), (61.37±6.64) points, SDS scores were (63.71±6.65), (63.28±6.94) points respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P> 0.05); after nursing, the ADL score of the observation group was (69.85±7.84) points, higher than (58.39±6.72) points of the control group, the GSES score was (24.25±2.69) points, higher than (20.48±2.31) points of the control group, the SAS score was (47.64±4.91) points, lower than (54.52±5.83) points of the control group, and the SDS score was (50.29±5.26) points, lower than (54.15±5.91) points of the control group ( t values were from 3.779 to 8.597, P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in SF-36 score between the two groups before nursing ( P> 0.05), and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after nursing ( t values were 2.037-3.656, P< 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00% (54/60), higher than 75.00% (45/60) of the control group ( χ2 value was 4.675, P< 0.05). Conclusion:Family function combined with positive suggestion can significantly improve the life ability and self-efficacy of patients with ischemic stroke, relieve anxiety and depression, significantly improve the quality of life, and obtain satisfactory nursing effect.

?? [Abstract]? Objective? To explore the correlation between walking gait characteristics and fall fear in hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods? 189 patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were investigated by General Data Questionnaire, Single Item Fall Fear Assessment and Modified Fall Efficacy Scale(MFES). The gait parameters of patients were measured by gait analyzer to detect and analyze the correlation between gait characteristics and fall fear in hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke. Results? Among 189 patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke, 123 (65.08%) were fearful of falling and 66 (34.92%) were not fearful of falling. The average score of items in Single Item Fall Fear Assessment in the patients with fear of falling were (7.64±1.63) and those without fear of falling were (9.01±1.33), the difference between the two groups was statistically significan(t P<0.05). The step speed, step frequency, step length and standing phase in the fear of falling group were lower than those in the non-fear of falling group, and the step time and swing phase were higher than those in the non-fear of falling group with statistical difference(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the step speed, step frequency, step length and standing phase were positively correlated with the MFES score(P<0.05), and the step time and swing phase were negatively correlated with the MFES score (P<0.05). Conclusions? Most of the hemiplegic patients with acute stroke have the fear of falling, and those who are afraid of falling are more likely to have abnormal gait, which indicates that those who are afraid of falling are more likely to fall, and need the attention of family members and medical staff.

Objective To evaluate the performance of MRI in predicting pathological response of different breast cancer subtypes after neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC).Methods The MRI images and postoperative pathological results of 91 patients with breast cancer after NAC were analyzed retrospectively. The correlation between the imaging features of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer and postoperative pathological results was studied, and the diagnostic performance of MRI in predicting pathological response after NAC was evaluated, with postoperative pathological results referred as the diagnostic standard. Results Of 91 patients,27(29.7%)and 35(38.5%)cases were diagnosed as imaging complete response(iCR)and pathological complete response(pCR),respectively. The accuracy of MRI in predicting pathological response after NAC was 84.62%,with 94.64%sensitivity,68.57%specificity,and positive predictive value(PPV)and negative predictive value(NPV)of 82.81%and 88.89%,respectively.Conclusion MRI can accurately predict the pathological response of the human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2)+and triple-negative breast cancer after NAC.
