Objective To investigate the effect of glutamine intensified TPN on nutritional state and immunofunction in the postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tract tumour. Methods 20 patients were divided into two groups including standard TPN group (control group,10 cases) and Glutamine intensified TPN group(study group,10 cases). Period of treatment was 8 days.Immunofunction(IgG,IgM,IgA,C 3,C 4), serum albumin , nitrogen balance were tested. Results (1)The patients serum albumin in the study group was increased significantly as compared with control group (P

Objective To study the effect of massage on the foot reflection area on the sleep quality of post-stroke patients with insomnia .Methods A total of 60 post-stroke patients with insomnia were divided into the treatment group and the control group , each with 30 cases. The treatment group received massage on the foot reflection area while the control group adopted the traditional methods .PSQI was used to compare sleep quality between two groups. Results The time to fall asleep, sleep time and arousals was respectively (39.5 ±16.9)min, (6.07 ±1.28)h,(2.0 ±0.9)time in the treatment group,(46.5 ±16.0)min,(5.21 ±0.64)h,(2.7 ± 0.6 ) time in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant ( t =6.381 , 3.291 , 3.546 , respectively;P<0.05).The PSQI score was(8.56 ±2.90)in the treatment group and (12.69 ±1.58) in the control group , with statistically significant difference ( t=0.938 ,P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Massage on the foot reflection area is effective to improve sleep quality of post-stroke patients with insomnia .

Aiming at the current situation of high cost, huge volume, complex operation and difficulty in real application of pulse analyzer, this study designs and implements a portable pulse detection system based on IoT. The design utilizes Raspberry Pi 3B+, STM32 series MCU and cloud server to collect, store, display and recognize pulse signals at CUN, GUAN and CHI. The system is small in size and low in cost, which can be connected with cloud server through network to make full use of resources. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of the main feature points of the pulse signal by the portable pulse analyzer is higher than 97%, which has a broad prospect of development and application.

In 2016, a national one million general population cohort project was set up in China for the first time in "Precision Medicine Research" Key Project, National Key Research and Development Program of China, which consists of general population cohorts in seven areas in China. As one of the seven major areas in China, northeastern China has unique climate and specific dietary patterns, and population aging is serious in this area. And the burden of chronic and non-communicable diseases ranks tops in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a large general population cohort in northeastern China to explore the area specific exposure factors related to pathogenesis and prognosis of chronic and non-communicable diseases, develop new prevention strategies to reduce the burden of the diseases and improve the population health in northeastern China. In July 2018, the general population cohort study in northeastern China was launched, the study includes questionnaire survey, health examination and blood, urine and stool sample collection and detection in recruited participants. By now, the cohort has covered all age groups, and the baseline data of 115 414 persons have been collected. This paper summarizes the design and practice of the general population cohort study in northeastern China to provide reference for related research in China.
