Objective To survey the difference of measurement results between axillary temperature measurement used in clinic and standardized axillary temperature measurement in textbooks. Methods For the same patients and in the nearest time interval, the two methods mentioned above were used to mea-sure the axillary temperature. Totally 782 patients were measured. Results There was no statistical sig-nificance between the measuring results of the two methods. Conclusions Axillary temperature measure-ment used in clinic should be standardized so that more scientific data will be got, effective operation and humanized service can be realized.

Objective To focus on the transitional nursing needs and its influencing factors of patients accepted transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS). Methods The study was conducted with a self-designed questionnaire involving 54 patients accepted TIPS. Also, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted among 10 patients. Results The total score of transitional nursing needs among patients accepted TIPS was (4.53 ± 0.48) points, which was in the relatively high lever. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, hepatic function and levels of venous ammonia were influence factors of transitional nursing needs among patients accepted TIPS (P<0.05). Conclusions The transitional nursing needs of patients accepted TIPS is urgent. Postoperative transitional nursing should be focused on younger, poor hepatic function and venous ammonia big change among patients accepted TIPS. Low-protein diet and the prevention of complications should be taken priority over all others.

Objective We aimed to explore the value of Servperf model in evaluation of nursing service quality of obstetrics. Methods This survey was conducted by modified Servperf model.A total of 315 maternal in obstetrics of a certain hospital in Xinjiang province were studied. Results The total scores of nursing service quality in obstetrics were (117.78±17.60) and score index was 81.2%.The score index from high to low for each dimension turned out as:the score of assurance was (37.09 ± 5.15),and score index was 82.4%; the score of reliability was (12.19 ± 2.08) and score index was 81.3%; the score of care was (32.27 ± 5.13) and score index was 80.7%; the score of responsiveness was (36.24 ± 6.13) and score index was 80.5%.The maternal who had different occupations, hospitalization days, education levels and perceived health status had significant difference in perception of nursing service quality. Conclusions On the basis of ensuring assurance and reliability, nursing managers should give priorities to responsiveness and empathy care in terms of nursing service quality. In addition, nursing interventions should be given accoming to influencing factors in order to effectively improve nursing service quality of obstetrics.

Objective To discuss the effect of rehabilitation nursing for total knee arthroplasty by discussing hospitalization expenses and its factors of rehabilitation nursing. Methods 305 patients who were underwent total knee arthroplasty from 2011 to 2013 were recruited and recovered according to rehabilitation nursing and training requirements established by our hospital.Patients admitted in 2011 were designated as control group. The comparison of American knee society knee score and knee rang of motion of patients were made and analyzed. Results The annual comparison of sores of pre-and post-operative KSS (t=5.30,7.99,11.20),and knee ROM of patients (t=8.21,4.57,7.86) showed that the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total costs and rehabilitation nursing expenses inreased year by year (P<0.05).The proportion of rehabilitation and rehabilitation nursing expenses each year were 5.77% (3 157/54 679),4.60% (2 847/61 831),5.15% (3 341/64 930) and 0.51% (280/54 679),0.64% (393/61 831),0.52 %(338/64 930),respectively.Conclusions Pre-and post-operative correct rehabilitation exercises are one of the most important guarantee of curative effect. There is a lower percentage of rehabilitation nursing expenses in total costs, and the value of the nursing staff has not been fully reflected.
