Objective To establish the triplex Taqman probes real-time RT-PCR method for simultaneously detecting of EV71,CA16 and EV.Methods Retrospective study.Specific primers and probes were designed based on conserved regions of EV71,CA16 and EV.The sensitivity,specificity and reproducibility were assessed by the optimized reaction system.A total of 176 throat swabs as the experimental group were collected from children with suspected hand foot mouth disease (HFMD),who admitted from April 2012 to July 2012 in Nanjing Children's Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University.During this time,10 cases of healthy children,10 cases of outpatients with flu-like symptoms and 90 cases of inpatients in pneumology department of our hospital were recruited as control group,whose throat swabs were also collected.All of 286 samples were tested by the triplex Taqman probes real-time RT-PCR for simultaneously detecting EV71,CA16 and EV.SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the results.Results The sensitivities of the triplex Taqman probes real-time RT-PCR was 1.0 × 103 copies per milliliter for EV71,CA16 and EV.It showed 100％ specificity for 9 enterovirus and 3 non-enterovirus.Analysis with 1.0 × 103-1.0 × 105 copies per milliliter constructed plasmids demonstrated high reproducibility with coefficient of variation of 0.44％-1.04％ for EV71,0.38％-0.73％ for CA16,and 0.46％-0.90％ for EV.More over 176 samples collected from children with suspected HFMD were detected by triplex Taqman probes real-time RTPCR and real-time RT-PCR.The results showed 97.2％ (171/176)agreement and 0.94 Kappa value with high concordance.Conclusions The triplex Taqman probes real-time RT-PCR detecting EV71,CA16 and EV simultaneously has been established successfully.The assay,with high sensitivity and specificity,provide good basis for the rapid clinical diagnosis of EV71,CA16 and EV and open up broad prospects for clinical and relevant researches.

Objective To study the effect of schistosomiasis transmission interruption model based on intensive agriculture in hilly endemic areas,so as to provide the reference for the similar endemic areas. Methods Based on the development of in-tensive agriculture in Guanghan City,a comprehensive demonstration area of schistosomiasis control with measures such as new rural construction,hardening ditches,the adjustment of industrial structure and water remediation measures was constructed. Ji-nhua,Shiguan and Hongyan villages were chosen as the evaluation sites to comparatively analyze the indexes of intensive agri-culture and schistosomiasis control effects. Results Compared with the demonstration area before construction,in 2014,the harden rates of ditches and village roads were increased by 49.57％and 39.33％respectively;and the proportion of agricultural machinery increased by 25％. The positive rate of serological tests of schistosomiasis was decreased by 81.74％. The Oncomela-nia hupensis snail area was decreased from 2.44 hm2(2007)to 0(2014). The awareness rate of schistosomiasis control knowl-edge and correct behavior rate of the residents were increased from 51.28％ and 90.85％ to 91.29％ and 97.69％ respectively. The experience of the demonstration area ensured the entire Guanghan District achieved the schistosomiasis transmission inter-ruption criterion at the end of 2014. Conclusions The schistosomiasis control model of intensive agriculture combined with oth-er comprehensive measures has a good effect on interrupting the endemic of schistosomiasis,and it can realize the sustainable development of the agricultural economy and schistosomiasis control.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of western medicine with acupuncture for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) of infertility.Methods Totally 120 PCOS patients were randomly divided into western medicine group and acupuncture group, 60 cases in each group. All patients took Diane-35, and with whom resistant to insulin were added with Metformin. At the meantime patients increased the amount of exercise with adjustment and control of everyday diet. After three periods, the western medicine group used the method of Clomifene Citrate with Chorionic Gonadotropin to help ovulation induction. The acupuncture group used the method of acupoint selection including invigorating spleen and kidney with adjusting qi and blood to promote ovulation. The level of FSH, LH, FINS, E2 and T of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the levels of T, FINS, LH and BMI in the two groups decreased, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The levels of T and BMI in the acupuncture group were lower than the western medicine group after the treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The total efficiency, gestation number, number of high-quality follicle, and basal body temperature of acupuncture group were all higher than the western medicine group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of western medicine with acupuncture for treatment of PCOS of infertility has confirmed efficacy.

Objective Analysis the risk factors which maybe caused the cerebral hemorrhage after the liver transplantation, and then make out the counter nursing measures. Methods Selected 12 patients with cerebral hemorrhage after the liver transplantation as the experimental group, and then matching 48 patients without cerebral hemorrhage after the liver transplantation as the control group. Analysis the factor which related the cerebral hemorrhage. Results The factors which related the cerebral hemorrhage after the liver transplantation included in the Intensive Care Unite, heme level, Child level, APTT, albumin, blooding volume during the operation, operation time and the postoperative blood platelet level. The factors of Child level and the blooding volume during the operation were the independence risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion The factors of Child level and the blooding volume during the operation were the independence risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage, we should carry out counter nursing measures to prevent them.

Autoimmune hepatitis is a chronic progressive inflammatory disease of the liver, which is mediated by the abnormal autoimmune response. Immunosuppressive therapy is the major therapeutic method for this disease, and liver transplantation can be performed for patients in the advanced stage. At present, the internationally acknowledged standard therapeutic method is prednisone or prednisone combined with azathioprine. Most patients can achieve clinical remission, but the recurrence rate is high and some patients fail to respond to the treatment. This article briefly reviews the therapies except corticosteroid therapy and substitutive therapy after treatment failure, introduces the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for autoimmune hepatitis, and points out that non-hormonal therapies are the new directions for the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis, which still needs to be further investigated.

Background and objective National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines recom-mend video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) anatomical lobectomy as the ifrst choice for the treatment of resectable lung cancer. However, sublobar resection offers signiifcantly better functional preservation compared with lobectomy for stage I lung cancer. At present, the inferiority of sublobar resection to lobectomy is still uncertain. Herein, we compared the prognoses of these two types of surgical treatment for stage I lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Retrospective research was conducted on 258 patients with stage I lung adenocarcinomas who underwent VATS lobectomy and sublobar resection at the First Affliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University between January 2009 and December 2011. VATS lobectomy was performed on 222 patients, and VATS sublobe resection was performed on 36 patients. Propensity score matching analyses were conducted on the two groups. Results A total of 70 patients were matched in the two groups. No signiifcant difference was observed between the lobectomy and sublobar resection groups atfer matching (P=0.137). hTe disease-free survival (DFS) of the two groups were 49.3 and 42.7 months, and their overall survival (OS) were 50.3 and 49.0 months (P=0.122). Further, stratiifed analysis showed no signiifcant differences in DFS and OS between the two groups with stage Ia lung adenocarcinoma. Nev-ertheless, the DFS and OS of the two groups signiifcantly differed in matched patients with stage Ib lung adenocarcinomas. Conclusion Sublobar resection could achieve a similar prognosis to VATS lobectomy for stage Ia lung adenocarcinoma. Lo-bectomy should still be the ifrst choice for the treatment of stage Ib lung adenocarcinoma.
