Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of dragon's blood combined with optothermal exposure in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 477 cases with cervical erosion were divided into two groups randomly which are 277 cases of the intervention group and 200 cases of the control group. The control group was treated with simplicity light-heat therapies and the intervention group was treated with dragon's blood oral,4 tablets each time ,3 times daily combined with optothermal exposure. The clinical outcome of two therapies were observed and compared. Results Control group :261 cases were cured(94. 3%), 11 cases were improved(3.9%) and 5 cases in vain (1.8%) The curative and total effective rate of the intervention and control group were 94. 3% and 75.0% ,98.2%and 92. 9%, respectively. The effective rate, and the vaginal secretion time and volume after operation have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The dragons invigorate blood and exhaust silt, convergent hemostatic, acetanilide detumescence, boils. Combined appicration of light-heat illuminate good curative effect, adverse reaction rate ,less in the treatment of cervical erosion.

Objective To study the roles of apoptosis genes bcl 2, bax, and bak in the pathogenesis of hepatitis D. Methods Expressions of HDAg, bcl 2, bax, and bak in liver specimens of 77 patients with hepatitis D were studied by immunohistochemical method. Meanwhile, the relationship of HDAg expression with the expressions of bcl 2, bax, and bak was studied by double labelling. Results Bcl 2 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes, and bax and bak mainly in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes and partly in the nucleus of hepatocytes, and HDAg mainly in the nucleus of hepatocytes. Lots of HDAg and bax/bak positive cells were distributed in infiltrating lymphocytes at the periportal region especially at the advancing edges of areas of piecemeal necrosis. Apoptosis of many hepatocytes was found to locate near the HDAg positive cells. There was positive correlation between the expression of bax/bak and HDAg expression ( P

The effects of different vitamin E(VE) containing diets on lipid peroxi-dation and the degree of liver damage in rats were observed in the model of liver necrosis induced by galactosamine(D-GAL).The results were as follows: After 8 weeks, the basic levels of VE in plasma and liver tissue of the group fed VE-supplemented diet were significantly higher than that of the group fed normal VE diet, in the company with a significant lower basic plasma MDA level. At each time interval after D-GAL injection, the plasma and liver VE levels were found higher in the VE-supplemented group, and the content of GSH as well as the activities of SOD, GSH-Px, HPT were maintained satisfactorily while the MDA content and OCT, m-AST activities were very significantly lowered and the pathological changes of the liver were not so severe as compared with that in the normal VE diet group. It was noteworthy that the changes of almost all the parameters metioned above in the group fed VE-deficient diet went to an opposite direction to the VE-supplemented group. The results indicated that the VE-supplemented diet has a good liver protective effect, which may be established on the increased VE content and suppressed lipid peroxidation in the liver. VE-deficient diet could sharply reduce the VE content in the body and significantly intensify the susceptibility of liver to the harmful agents.

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of eight N-nitrosamines (N-nitrosodimethylamine, N-nitrosodimethylamine, N-nitrosomethylmethylamine, N-nitrosodibutylamine, N-nitrosopropylamine, N-nitrosomorpholine, N-nitrosodianiline and N-nitrosopiperidine) in the air of workplace by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) .Methods:From January to August 2023, eight N-nitrosamines in the air of workplace were collected by ThermoSorb/N column, eluted with 4 ml methanol-dichloromethane (1∶1 volume ratio), separated by VF-624 ms capillary column, detected by multiple reaction monitoring mode and quantified by external standard method. The detection limit and precision of the method were also analyzed. Results:The linear range of the method for the determination of eight N-nitrosamines was 1.0-20.0 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9993-0.9999, the detection limit was 0.051-0.132 μg/L, and the minimum quantitative concentration was 0.030-0.078 μg/m 3 (calculated by collecting 22.5 L of air sample and eluting with 4.0 ml stripping liquid). The within-run precisions were 2.05%-6.89% and the between-run precisions were 2.41%-8.26%. The desorption rates were 67.20%-102.60%. The sample can be kept at least 7 days at 4 ℃. Conclusion:GC-MS/MS method for the determination of eight N-nitrosamines in workplace air has high sensitivity and good precision, and can accurately determine the content of eight N-nitrosamines in workplace air.
