Objective To investigate the relationship between isolated nocturnal hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods In the inhabitants of 14 villages in Jingning County, Zhejiang Province, we performed 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring with SpaceLab monitors and measured 12-lead resting electrocardiogram using an electronic recording system of GE company, Left ventrieular hypertrophy was diagnosed with the criteria of Sokolow-Lyon voltage amplitude and Cornell product. Isolated nocturnal hypertension was defined as a nighttime ( from 22:00 to 4:00) blood pressure of ≥ 120/70 mm Hg( 1 mm Hg = 0. 133 kPa). Isolated daytime ( from 8:00 to 18:00) hypertension was a diurnal blood pressure of ≥ 135/85 nun Hg. When both conditions were present or absent, subjects were classified either as having combined day-night hypertension or as normotensive on ambulatory measurement. Analysis of variance and multiple regressions were used for statistical analysis. Results 647 participants (53.9% being female, average age 47. 8 years) included 72 patients with isolated nocturnal hypertension, 33 with isolated daytime hypertension and 248 with day-night sustained hypertension. Compared with normotensive subjects, patients with isolated nocturnal hypertension and day-night sustained hypertension had a higher Sokoiow-Lyon voltage amplitude and Comell product. However, after adjustment for sex, age, body mass index, drinking and smoking habits, serum total cholesterol, fasting blood glucose and the use of antihypertensive drugs, only day-night hypertensive patients had a significantly higher Sokolow-Lyon voltage (32. 8 mV, P =0. 0003 ) and Cornell product (1371 mV×ms, P =0.0004) than normotensive subjects (29.0 mV, 1114 mV×ms).Regardless of whether Sokolow-Lyon or Cornell criteria were used, both nighttime and daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure were independent risk factors of left ventricular hypertrophy (P < 0. 01 ). However, the prevalence of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with isolated nocturnal hypertension ( 23.6% ) study was not statistically different from that in normotensives ( 17.4%, P = 0. 24). Conclusion In our current cross-sectional study, isolated nocturnal hypertension was not independently related to left ventricular hypertrophy diagnosed with ECG criteria.

To investigate theological properties of common hydrophilic gel excipients such as Carbopol based on viscosity, the viscosity was determined by rotation method and falling-ball method. Linear regression was made between ln(eta) and concentration, the slope of which was used to explore the relation between viscosity and concentration of different excipients. The viscosity flow active energy (E(eta)) was calculated according to Arrhenius equation and was used to investigate the relation between viscosity and temperature of different excipients. The results showed that viscosities measured by two methods were consistent. Concentration of guargum (GG) and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (HPMC) solution had a great influence on the viscosity, k > 5; while concentration of polyvinylpyrrolidone-K30 (PVP-K30) and polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000) exerted a less effect on viscosity, k < 0.2; viscosity flow active energy of different excipients were close, which ranged from 30 to 40 kJ x mol(-1). Therefore, theological properties study could provide the basis for application of excipients and establish a foundation for the research of relation between excipients structure, property and function.

A mouse-anti-human monoclonal antibody was produced by using the membrane proteins of human lung carcinoma cell line A549 as the immunogen to generate monoclonal antibodies against lung carcinoma with the use of hybridoma techniques. McAb4E7 was prepared successfully. To identify its antigen, proteomic technologies such as two-dimenstional electrophoresis, western blotting and mass spectrometry were employed. The targeting antigen of McAb4E7 expressed positive in human lung cancer cell lines A549 and human hepatocarcinoma cell line HepG2, moreover, the expression of the antigen was stronger in A549 cells. Finally, we obtained one positive protein in A549 cell line that has strong affinity and specificity for McAb4E7, which was identified to be ATP synthase beta subunit. We identified ATP synthase beta subunit as the targeting antigen of lung carcinoma special monoclonal antibody McAb4E7.

Objective:
This study uses structural magnetic resonance imaging to explore changes in the cerebellar lobules in patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and further analyze the correlation between cerebellar structural changes and clinical symptoms of ASD.
Methods:
A total of 75 patients with ASD and 97 typically developing (TD) subjects from Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange dataset were recruited. We adopted an advanced automatic cerebellar lobule segmentation technique called CEREbellum Segmentation to segment each cerebellar hemisphere into 12 lobules. Normalized cortical thickness of each lobule was recorded, and group differences in the cortical measures were evaluated. Correlation analysis was also performed between the normalized cortical thickness and the score of Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised.
Results:
Results from analysis of variance showed that the normalized cortical thickness of the ASD group differed significantly from that of the TD group; specifically, the ASD group had lower normalized cortical thickness than the TD group. Post-hoc analysis revealed that the differences were more predominant in the left lobule VI, left lobule Crus I and left lobule X, and in the right lobule VI and right lobule Crus I. Lowered normalized cortical thickness in the left lobule Crus I in the ASD patients correlated positively with the abnormality of development evident at or before 36 months subscore.
Conclusion
These results suggest abnormal development of cerebellar lobule structures in ASD patients, and such abnormality might significantly influence the pathogenesis of ASD. These findings provide new insights into the neural mechanisms of ASD, which may be clinically relevant to ASD diagnosis.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing practice for functional rehabilitation of post-stroke neurogenic bladder (PSNB) .Methods:From October 2020 to July 2021, 136 PSNB patients admitted to the Department of Neurology, Jiangyin People's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling as the research object. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the study group was given evidence-based rehabilitation nursing based on the control group. The urodynamics, rates of bladder balance, urinary incontinence and urinary retention after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:After three months of intervention, bladder compliance and bladder balance rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the residual urine volume was less than that in the control group, with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . After three months of intervention, urinary retention rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Evidence-based rehabilitation nursing can help to promote the rapid recovery of bladder balance in PSNB patients and improve the prognosis of patients.
