Objective To explore the changes of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6),and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in patients with gastric cancers and the clinical relationships with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Methods Totally 62 cases of patients who were diagnosed gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2015 were selected as the study group, who did not accept anti-tumor therapy. The patients were divided into the Hp positive group (with 53 cases) and Hp negative group (with 9 cases) according to whether the merger of Hp infection.Another 60 normal healthy volunteers of the same age in our hospital for health examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels were detected, and the changes of the factors in the study group and control group were compared and analyzed,as well as the U values of Hp infection. The clinical relationships between the expression levels of the two in patients with gastric cancer and the U values of Hp infection were confirmed. Results The serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels and the U values of Hp infection of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05),which in the Hp positive group were significantly higher than those in the Hp negative group (P < 0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with gastric cancer showed positive correlations with the U value of Hp infection (r =0.457,0.531,P < 0.05).Conclusions The serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels in patients with gastric cancer are much higher than those in normal healthy people, and there are significant positive relationship with Hp infection. It can improve the curative effect of gastric cancer patients by improving the eradication rate of Hp.

ObjectiveTo investigate atlantoepistrophic imaging features of patients with vertigo of cervical syndrome.Methods74 patients with vertigo of cervical syndrome were checked by photographs of cervical vertebrae of A-P position, lateral position and mouth open position, some patients were checked by CT three-dimensional reconstruction and/or MRI vertebral arteriography.ResultsImaging examination of these patients showed that physiolgical curvature of cervical vertebrae became straightened, width of both lateral masses of atlas was inequality, space of both lateral masses of atlas to odontoid process of vertebra dentata was also inequality, and inferior articular surface of lateral mass was not parallel with superior articular surface of axis. The CT could display the side displacement and anterior or posterior rotation of lateral masses of atlas. The cervical MRI vertebral arteriography could display the effect of side displacement and rotation of lateral masses of atlas on vertebral artery. If side displacement or rotation of vertebral artery occurred, the diameter of artery decreased.ConclusionThe diseased region of vertigo of the cervical syndrome is the atlas and axis, especially the side displacement and anterior or posterior rotation of the atlas.

Objective To evaluate the expressions of MMP-7, E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma, and their relationship with tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Methods The MMP-7 mRNA and E-CD mRNA were detected by hybridization in situ in 78 gastric cancer tissues. Then analyze the relationship between the expression of MMP-7, E-CD and clinicopathological features. Results The expressions of MMP-7 and Ecadherin were significantly related with the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cell. The E-CD mRNA expression rate in MMP-7 mRNA positive gastric carcinoma tissue was much lower than that in negative carcinoma tissue (9.09 % vs 66.70 %). Conclusion Expression of MMP-7 mRNA and E-CD mRNA is associated with invasion, metastasis. Detection of MMP-7 mRNA and E-CD mRNA in bioptic specimens may be helpful in predicting tumor metastatic and recurrent potential and prognosis for patients with gastric carcinoma.

By the end of 2021, a total of 915000 cases of occupational pneumoconiosis and 450000 existing cases have been reported nationwide. Silicosis is a common and serious pneumoconiosis disease caused by long-term inhalation of large amounts of free silica dust and extensive nodular fibrosis in the lungs. Because its specific pathogenic mechanism has not been elucidated and the relevant research progress is slow, there is still a lack of effective therapeutic and interventional drugs. With the increase of national attention and the unique advantages of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of silicosis, more and more studies have been conducted on the treatment of silicosis with active ingredients of Chinese materia medica in China, but most of them are still in preclinical research stage. This article mainly introduced the pharmacological action and mechanism of selected active components of Chinese materia medica in the intervention of silicosis from three aspects: anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, and intervention of apoptosis, providing ideas for subsequent research and development of new drugs for silicosis. This article argues, it is considered that some traditional Chinese medicines must observe the pathological changes in the treatment of silicosis in the overall animal experiment, clarify their pharmacodynamic effects, and further study the multiple targets and pathways involved in them to elucidate their specific mechanisms of action. At the same time, it can strengthen the analysis of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, or modify the structure of active ingredients, and then enhance its pharmacological activity in the treatment of silicosis, realizing the transformation of preclinical research stage to the results of clinical research.
