Objective:To compare the efficacy, safety and economics of zhibituo and lovastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods:Searching medical references were done, The qualified results of clinical trials were Meta-analysed for evaluating the efficacy of zhibituo comparing with lovastatin. The characters of zhibituo and lovastatin were also compared through scoring by senior physicians. Results:The results of Meta-analysis showed that zhibituo had stronger effects on lowering TG and elevating HDL.It had less severe ADR for old people and cost less than lovastatin. The results of physicians-scoring records showed no significant difference between these two drugs. Conclusion:Zhibituo and lovastatin both are potential lipid-lowering agents. zhibituo is safer and more cost-effective for old people with mild to moderate elevated serum LDL level.

Objective To investigate the expression of miR-200c in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with ZEB2 protein. Methods The expression levels of miR-200c and ZEB2 gene and protein in tissues were detected. The expression of miR-200c in endometrial carcinoma RL95-2 cell line was inhibited by using antisense oligonucleotides and its effect on cell invasiveness was tested. The expressions of ZEB2 gene and protein in cells were detected. Results The expression levels of miR-200c and ZEB2 mRNA and protein in endometrial tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues and control group (P < 0.05). The average penetrating number in antisense miR-200c transfected group was significantly less than negative control group and liposome group (P < 0.05). The expression levels of ZEB2 gene and protein in antisense miR-200c transfected group were lower than the negative control group and liposome group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of mRNA-200c in endometrial carcinoma was high and it might be promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis by regulating ZEB2.

Objective To study the early changes of the coagulation system in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-two cases of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups:normal albuminuria group ( N-UAlb group,UACR ＜ 30 mg/g,32 cases ),microalbuminuria group ( MUAlb group,UACR:30～300 mg/g,30 cases).Thirty healthy persons constituted a control group (NC group).Fibrinogen( FIB ),antithrombin Ⅲ ( AT-Ⅲ ),protein C ( PC ),protein S ( PS ) were measured by coagulation analyzer,while yon willebrand factor (vWF) and platelet granule membrane protein 140 (GMP-140) were detected by ELISA assay,platelet count (PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet hematocrit (PCT),platelet distribution width(PDW) by hematology analyzer.Results The level of fibrinogen,GMP-140 and vWF in the M-UAlb group were (4.20 ± 1.53 ) g/L,( 30.03 ± 7.77 ) μg/L,and ( 315.53 ± 47.24 ) ％ respectively,vwhich were significantly higher than those in the N-UAlb group [ ( 3.21 ± 0.89 ) g/L,( 18.22 ± 5.08 ) μg,/L and ( 191.88 ± 57.25 ) ％ respectively ] and the NC group [ ( 2.75 ± 0.53 ) g/L,( 14.26 ± 2.29 ) μg/L and ( 138.12 ± 61.27 ) ％ respectively ] ( F =5.42,10.42,30.44,P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01 ).The fibrinogen,vWF,GMP-140 were positively correlated with UACR ( r =0.313,P ＜ 0.05 ; r =0.620,P ＜ 0.01 ; r =0.680,P ＜ 0.01 ) and PC was negatively correlated with UACR ( r =-0.255,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Hypercoagulable state in diabetic nephropathy is associated with the high fibrinogen,endothelial dysfunction and platelet activation,and these changes have already emerged in patients without albuminuria.This might mind us that we should strengthen anticoagulant therapy on patients when they are not progressing to albuminuria.

Objective To introduce a self- assembled adjustable traction frame for the patients with severe trauma and lower limb fracture in ICU, compared with Brawns traction frame. Methods 96 patients with severe trauma and lower limb fracture diagnosed by clinical signs and X-ray who had to be transferred to ICU were randomly divided into the study group (46 cases) and the control group (50 cases) by sealing letters method.The study group were tracted by the self-assembled adjustable traction frame, and the control group were tracted by the Brawns traction frame. The fracture alignment, degree of pain, incidence of pressure ulcers, nursing limit time of changing the sheets of the two groups were observed. Results The results declared that 37 cases with 2 pain score points, 9 cases with 0-1 points in the study group and 19 cases with 2 pain score points, 3 cases with 0-1 points, 28 cases with Grade 3 in the control group (χ2=38.683, P<0.01). In the control group, pressure ulcer were occurred, 5 of them at Level one, 1 of them at Level two, 1 of them at Level three and the incidence rate was 14.00% (7/50). In the study group, pressure ulcer were occurred, 1 of them at Level two and the incidence rate was 2.17%(1/46). The pain level and incidence of pressure sore in the study group were decreased and the difference between the two groups was significant (χ2=8.197, P < 0.05). Conclusions The self-assembly adjustable traction rack can not only ensure the same effect as the Brawns traction frame but also reduce the deficiency caused by Brown traction frame. It is safer and more comfortable for the patients and can reduce nursing complications and improve the quality and efficiency of the nursing work.

Objective To observe the anatomical symmetry of the structures and istribution of the Glissonean pedicle of the intrahepatic Glisson system ,integrating with embryology and comparative anatomy .Methods Morphology of the Glissonean pedicle of liver was examined through peeling and dissecting 20 adult corpses without liver pathological changes.The relevant data were collected and analyzed statistically .Meanwhile, we tried to elucidate elaborating the symmetry theory of liver anatomy through the dissection anatomy ,embryonic anatomy and comparative anatomy .Results The angle between main stem of Glisson system/left branch of Glisson system(GM/GL) was (76.7 ±17.36)°.The angle between GM/GR was (81.4 ±13.8)°.The length of the the Glisson pedicle of left hepatic was (3.1 ±0.76) cm.The length of the the Glisson pedicle of middle hepatic was ( 2.61 ±0.72 ) cm.The length of the the Glisson pedicle of right hepatic was (1.5 ±0.50)cm.The shapes of the Glissonean pedicle stem of the left hepatic presenting arch , the number of radial level 3 branches were between 2-8.The shapes of the Glissonean pedicle stem of the middle hepatic continuing the main of Glissonean pedicle , the number of radial level 3 branches were between 2-6.The shapes of 30%of the Glissonean pedicle of the right hepatic presenting Y and V , 70% of the Glissonean pedicle of the right hepatic presenting C , the number of radial level 3 branches were between 3-8.Conclusion In the light of morphology ,embryology and comparative anatomy, it is reasonable to divide the liver into left ,middle,right lobe by Glissonean pedicle of radial level 2 branches and the liver is an axiality and symmetry organ .

Although current direct anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) drugs have good effects in controlling viral replication and limiting the progression to liver cirrhosis, there is still a long way to go in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Immune tolerance and immune dysfunction may be the two most important immunopathogenic factors. With reference to the development of new strategies and new drugs for anti-HBV immunotherapy and the latest research findings around the world, this article reviews the research advances in immunotherapy for CHB in recent years.

Through this research a lentiviral vector expressing the gene of folate-binding protein-1 (FOLR1) was constructed and the corrsponding expression products were identified. Firstly, full-length of the FORL1 gene was amplified by PCR and cloned into the plasmid pWPI. Then it was further confirmed by PCR and sequencing. Secondly, after the recombinant pWPI and its helper plasmid co-transfected the virus packaging 293T cells, SKOV3 cells were infected with the virus particles and sorted by flow cytometry. Thirdly, the FOLR1 gene was detected by RT-PCR and its protein expression was detected by Western blot. Finally, the recombinant expression vector was successfully constructed, and lentiviruses were successfully packaged by the 293T cells. A great quantity of green fluorescent cells could be seen after the SKOV3 cells were effectively infected with the lentiviruses carrying the FOLR1 gene. The sorting could be done and detected by cytometrying the FORL1 gene and its stable expression by the two methods above, which laid experimental foundation for exploring its biological function in ovarian cancers.

Objective To study the intervention effect of Ladder Model conversation training strategy on im-proving the conversation skills of children with autism.Methods A multi-probe design across participants was a-dopted to examine the intervention effectiveness of the strategy on two 7～8 year old autistic children.Intervention lasted for 4 weeks for subjuct A and 3 weeks for subject B.Thirty-five minutes each time,three times a week.The number and type of conversation initiation,maintenance and interruption were evaluated in the baseline period,in-tervention period,maintenance period and generalization period.The overlap rate and simplified time-series analysis were used to evaluate the outcome.Results The number of conversation initiation of subject A(overlap rate 8.33％,C=0.89,P＜0.01)and subject B(overlap rate 20％,C=0.83,P＜0.01)was significantly higher in in-tervention periods than that in baseline,but no significant difference was observed between the other adjacent peri-ods.The number of conversation maintenance of subject A(overlap rate 0％,C=0.89,P＜0.01)and subject B(o-verlap rate 10％,C=0.91,P＜0.01)was significantly higher in intervention periods than that in baseline,but no significant difference was found between the other adjacent periods.The type of conversation initiation and mainte-nance that subjects improved were mainly in verbal forms.The main type of interruption was"unexplained re-sponse",the proportion of interruption decreased obviously after intervention.Conclusion The strategy has posi-tive effect on improving conversation initiation and maintenance of children with autism,and reducing the proportion of interruption.
