Good doctor-patient communication is the most effective way to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and reduce medical disputes, where the communication skill is the key. In communication with the hospitalized patients, it should pay attention to the communication object choice;the choice of the communicator;communication time, location and the form; pay attention to the communication protocol; using a comprehensible language communication;stand in the perspective of patients in order to enhance the doctor-patient trust and im-prove the doctor-patient relationship.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2016;32(18):3057-3059
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-200c in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with ZEB2 protein. Methods The expression levels of miR-200c and ZEB2 gene and protein in tissues were detected. The expression of miR-200c in endometrial carcinoma RL95-2 cell line was inhibited by using antisense oligonucleotides and its effect on cell invasiveness was tested. The expressions of ZEB2 gene and protein in cells were detected. Results The expression levels of miR-200c and ZEB2 mRNA and protein in endometrial tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues and control group (P < 0.05). The average penetrating number in antisense miR-200c transfected group was significantly less than negative control group and liposome group (P < 0.05). The expression levels of ZEB2 gene and protein in antisense miR-200c transfected group were lower than the negative control group and liposome group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of mRNA-200c in endometrial carcinoma was high and it might be promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis by regulating ZEB2.

Objective:To evaluate the effect and adverse reaction of thymosin ?1(T?1) in the treatment of malignant tumor. Methods:MEDLINE,Chinese hospital knowledge database(CHKD),Chinese Biomedical Database(CBM) were searched by key word ,and the obtained references were screened for clinical controlled trials(CCT) on the introduction of T?1 in therapy of malignant tumor. The CCT results of efficacy and safety were pooled and analyzed with a fixed or random effects model after Chi-Square testing for heterogeneity. Results:Six CCTs were included for efficacy analysis. It was found that the efficacy rate in T?1 group(70.63%) was significantly higher than that in control group(52.99%),and the value of odds ratio was 1.28 with the 95% confidence interval from 1.06 to 1.55(P

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(17):2741-2745
BACKGROUND: Studies have shown that OCT4, SOX2 and HIWI can express in tumor tissues. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the expression of stem cell transcription factors SOX2 and OCT4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their clinical characteristics and prognosis. METHODS: Expression levels of SOX2 and Oct4 were detected using immunohistochemical SP method in 77 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 40 cases of adjacent cancer tissues confirmed by pathological examination, and then the their relationship with prognosis and clinical characteristics of the patients was analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Significantly higher levels of SOX2 and Oct4 were found in the esophageal cancer tissues than the adjacent cancer tissues (P < 0.05). SOX2 and Oct4 were highly expressed in the esophageal cancer tissues isolated from poorly differentiated, lymph node metastasis patients (P < 0.05). During the 2-year follow-up, the median survival of patients positive for SOX2 and Oct4 was only 24 and 21 months, respectively, which was significantly lower than that of negative patients (30 and 33 months, respectively). These findings indicate that the highly expressed SOX2 and Oct4 in esophageal cancer tissues are associated with the differentiation, metastasis and prognosis of the patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(9):1697-1699
Objective:To observe the effect and influence of homocysteine and cystatin C in type 2 diabetes patients treated by Shuxuening injection combined with gliclazide. Methods: Type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and there were 30 cases in each group. The control group was given gliclazide hypoglycemic treatment, on the basis of the observation group to combined with Shuxuening injection. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. Efficacy , adverse drug reactions ,Ho-mocysteine ( Hcy) , Cystatin C ( CysC) and blood glucose ( FBG, PB) level change of two groups patients before and after treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05). After treatment, blood glucose and Hcy, CysC levels of the two groups of patients were significantly de-creased compared with before treatment (P<0. 05),and those of the observation group was much lower(P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0. 05). Conclusion:Shuxuening Injection on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has good curative effect, it can effectively reduce homocysteine and cystatin C levels, better control of blood glucose.

Objective To examine the teaching effects of case-based learning in the class of functional experiment. Methods Students (n=139) of five-year clinical medicine specialty were ran-domly divided into control group (n=70) and case group (n=69). The students of control group were taught with traditional teaching method and the case-based learning was adapted in the case group. Namely the clinical cases were led into teaching and the teaching process was completed through case import, problem sets, and the literature review and discussion. The teaching effects were evaluated through questionnaire survey (Analysis by the χ2-test, the test level is 0.05) and the analysis of test scores (Analysis by the t-test, the test level is 0.05). Results The score of the case group was better than the control group in the operation test (P=0.042 0). The total evaluating score and test score were also better in the case group in comparing to the control group (P=0.007 8 or P=0.008 2). As indicated by the questionnaire survey, more than 80%students thought the case teaching method could improve their learning interests and the independent learning abilities. Moreover, the skills of problem analysis and knowledge application were increased through case teaching. Conclusion The teaching effects of case-based learning were superior to the traditional teaching.

ObjectiveTo explore the prevalence of anxiety and its related social factors in undergraduate student,in order to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of anxiety in undergraduate.MethodsThe cluster random sampling was adopted for this study, and 965 college students from Zhengzhou University were investigated by Personal Report of Communication Apprehension,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,Toronto Alexithymia Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale.Results①The anxiety detection rate of respondents was 19.3%.There were significant differences in the detection rate and severity of anxiety between genders(Male:27.0%,Female:10.2% ) and grades( Freshman:16.4%,Junior:23.8% ) in the college students (P < 0.05).There were not significant difference in different family residence students anxiety detection rate and level(P > 0.05 ).②The scores of communication apprehension ( ( 69.31 ± 12.32),( 65.25 ± 12.56) ),positive coping style( (20.84 ±5.10),(23.99 ±5.18) ),negative coping style( ( 11.03 ±4.15),(09.18 ±3.96) ),Toronto alexithymia( (74.97 ± 6.93 ),(70.31 ± 7.98 ) ) and perceived social support ( (53.14 ± 5.78 ),(57.02 ± 5.79) ) of the anxiety group were significantly different with those of the normal group (P < 0.05).③The significant relationship was found among anxiety emotions and gender, positive coping style, negative coping style,Toronto alexithymia and perceived social support by using Logistic regression analysis (P< 0.05 ).ConclusionsThe prevalence of anxiety in undergraduate students is relatively high and it is related with multiple factors. In addition, social support, alexithymia and coping style have a close correlation with anxiety in undergraduates.
