Objective:To investigate the status of professional self-efficacy and its influencing factors among postgraduates in Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS).Methods:Totally 185 postgraduates from 33 universities were chosen by convenience sampling from December 2018 to January 2019 for a cross-sectional survey. Subjects completed a questionnaire covering demographic data, Professional Self-efficacy Questionnaire for Nursing Students, the Chinese version of Proactive Personality Scale and Career Social Support Inventory for Chinese College Students. Results:The score of professional self-efficacy was (92.78±13.22) . Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the sense of achievement in clinical work, proactive personality and career decision support were the influencing factors of postgraduates professional self-efficacy, with an interpretability of 40.2%.Conclusion:Professional self-efficacy of postgraduates is at upper middle level. Schools, hospitals and other relevant institutions should further improve the postgraduates cultivation model, establish high quality clinical practice bases, encourage postgraduates to actively explore career development pathway and provide adequate advices and supports, to improve the professional self-efficacy of postgraduates.

Purpose:
The aim of this paper is to develop a scale for measuring the perinatal bereavement care competence of midwives and assess its psychometric properties.
Methods:
The Perinatal Bereavement Care Competence Scale was developed in four phases. (1) Item generation: 75 items were formulated based on a literature review and interviews with midwives. (2) Delphi expert consultation: 15 experts evaluated whether the items were clear/appropriate/relevant to the questionnaire dimensions, and the items were optimized. (3) Pilot test: The comprehensibility, acceptability, and time required to complete the questionnaire by midwives were assessed. (4) Evaluation of reliability and validity: The scale was validated by initial item analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, and internal consistency reliability and testeretest reliability.
Results:
The final scale consisted of six dimensions and 25 items: maintaining belief (three items), knowing (four items), being with (six items), preserving dignity (four items), enabling (five items), and self-adjustment (three items). Exploratory factor analysis yielded a six-factor structure that was consistent with the theoretical framework and explained 70.8% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good fit for the six-factor model. Cronbach's a for the scale was 0.931, and the test eretest reliability coefficient was 0.968.
Conclusion
The Perinatal Bereavement Care Competence Scale is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring the competence of midwives in caring for bereaved parents who have experienced perinatal loss.

Objective:
To revised the Taiwan version successful aging inventory (SAI), and verify its reliability and validity in urban elderly in mainland China.
Methods:
SAI was adjusted by culture and revised by pre-test to form a formal questionnaire. A sample of 600 elderly people in Guangzhou was chosen for a face-to-face questionnaire survey through convenient sampling. Half of the sample (

Objective:To provide a reference for the choice of electronic data capture system used in clinical research, the function and performance of some tool software were expounded and compared. Methods:We selected three freely available systems of REDCap, Commcare, and OpenEDC as research objects, describing and comparing their user license acquisition path, data capture related functions, and information security assurance measures. This article reflected how the three kinds of tool software ensure research data privacy and scientificity, and presented the consideration of system security and accessibility. Results:REDCap was the most mature system of the three, which had a fairly comprehensive design in functional integrity, data security, user friendliness, and system scalability. Commcare system featured in the mobile collection, and supported the most abundant types of collected data, while OpenEDC was characteristic of low threshold and flexible deployment. Conclusions:REDCap system is widely applicable to small and medium scale medical research, including clinical trials, retrospective studies, cohort studies, and translational research. Commcare system is the preferred option for medical investigations represented by epidemiologic surveys, while OpenEDC is particularly suitable for investigator initiated studies.
