Aim To investigate the effect of cobra venom metalloproteinase atrase A on human endothelial cell.Methods The effects of atrase A on the growth of HMEC were measured by MTT,SRB and morphological observation methods,respectively.After exposure to atrase A,IL-8,ICAM-1,MCP-1 and E-selectin released by HMEC were detected.Caspase-8 and caspase-3/7 were detected by fluorescent luminescence method.After intravenous injected atrase A to rats,the concentrations of ICAM-1,IL-8 and TNF-? in serum were measured.Results The results showed that atrase A(400,40 mg?L-1) significantly inhibited the growth of HMEC in low cell density.The microscopic examination revealed that atrase A detached the adherent HMEC.After exposure to atrase A,IL-8,ICAM-1 and MCP-1 released by HMEC were increased.Atrase A induced HMEC to express caspase-3/7 and caspase-8.After the administration of atrase A to rats,the concentrations of ICAM-1,IL-8 and TNF-? in serum were increased.There was no difference between the low-dose group and control group in our experiments.Conclusion Cobra venom metalloproteinase atrase A inhibits the growth of HMEC,and induces HMEC releasing inflammation mediators and apoptosis.

Objective To explore effect of health management on blood lipid level and carotid artery plaque in patients with carotid artery stenosis.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with carotid artery stenosis were dived divided into health management group (90 cases) and routine treatment group (90 cases).All the patients took routine treatment, and the health management were given for 12 months continuously in health management group.The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were tested, the carotid artery was checked by carotid artery color Doppler flow imaging before and at 6 months, 12 months after treatment.Results The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C in health management group and routine treatment group at 6 and 12 months after treatment were significantly decreased than those before the treatment , and the level of HDL-C were significantly increased (all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C before and at 6 months between the two groups (all P>0.05).The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C at 12 months after treatment in health management group were significantly decreased than those in routine treatment group, and the level of HDL-C was significantly increased (all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Crouse plaque integral in health management group and routine treatment group between before and at 6 months after treatment (all P>0.05).The Crouse plaque integral at 12 months after treatment in health management group and routine treatment group were significantly decreased than those before the treatment (all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Crouse plaque integral before and at 6 months after treatment between the two groups (all P>0.05).Crouse plaque integral at 12 months after treatment in health management group was significantly decreased than that in routine treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term health management can decreased the level of serum lipid level and inflammation, and improve the situation of carotid artery plaque.

In order to explore the causes and nursing care of gastroesophageal reflux in patients with ceryical vertebra frac-ture and paraplegia,the clinical data of 79 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Among which,31 patients suffered from gas-troesophngeal reflux. The main causes of gastroesephageal reflux were improper body position,gastrointestinal dysfunction,con-sciousness disorders,lnappropriate nasngastric feeding,drng adverse reaction,inappropriate feeding time,lack of knowledge in nurse aids and family members. It is suggested to take proper body position,assess gastrointestinal functions,implement naso-gastric feeding correctly,observe patient carefully to detect gastroesophageal reflux as early as possible,as well as provide health education for the nurse aids and family members to prevent gastroesophageal reflux and complications.

Objective: To observe the curative and side effects on malignant pleural effusion treated with Ya Dan Zhi's grease (YDZ) and DDP by injecting chest. Objective To summarize the experience in nursing locally preserved skin of female patients for neurosurgical cranioctomy. Method The nursing key points were given to 66 female patients undergoing local preparation of skin for cranioctomy as follous preoperative preparation, observation over incision and head nursing. Results The time for skin preparation ranged between 3 to 6 minutes. Postoperatively, no drain tube was placed. No intracranial infections occurred. The incisions in all patients were healed at the first class. Conclusion The nursing measures of good preoperative preparation, close observation of incisions and care to the head for female patients undergoing local preparation of skin for cranioctomy can enhance their satisfaction and propel development of standardized nursing.

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with cisplatin or gemcitabine or Changchun vinorelbine. Methods 64 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer after surgery, nursing for patients in the group given basic treatment, routine care control group, the observation group based on routine nursing and psychological nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results No significant difference of anxiety and depression in the patients of the two groups before nursing, after grouping nursing, the observation group improved significantly; compared two groups of patients with quality of life score, visible two group before the intervention had no significant difference after intervention group was clearly observed after the patients in the observation group were higher than that of the control group, comparison between groups were indicates that the difference is obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer after surgery for patients with psychological intervention, compared to conventional nursing, can improve the psychological status of patients with better, improve the quality of life of patients, so it is worthy of reference in clinical use.

Objective: To investigate the status of tuberculin skin test (TST) results and the influencing factors among student close contacts with pulmonary tuberculosis, so as to provide the evidence for developing prevention and control strategies for pulmonary tuberculosis among students. Methods: The students aged 15 years and above who had close contact with pulmonary tuberculosis cases in Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, from October 2016 to December 2023 were recruited and investigated using questionnaires and TST to collect demographic information, contact history, and TST results. The influencing factors for TST positivity among student close contacts with pulmonary tuberculosis were analyzed using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 5 507 student close contacts were investigated, including 2 982 males and 2 525 females, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.18∶1. The mean age was (19.10±1.71) years. Among them, 397 (7.21%) were technical secondary school students, 766 (13.91%) were senior high school students, 2 556 (46.41%) were junior college students, and 1 788 (32.47%) were college students or above. A total of 958 students tested positive for TST, with a positivity rate of 17.40%. The rates of general positivity, moderate positivity, and strong positivity were 10.53%, 4.98% and 1.89%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that senior high school students (OR=1.473, 95%CI: 1.009-2.152) and junior college students (OR=1.467, 95%CI: 1.074-2.005), as well as those with an exposure-to-screening interval of ≥46 days (46-<61 days, OR=2.043, 95%CI: 1.478-2.826; ≥61 days, OR=1.291, 95%CI: 1.018-1.637) had a higher risk of TST positivity. Female student close contacts had a lower risk of TST positivity (OR=0.753, 95%CI: 0.649-0.873). Conclusion The TST positivity rate was relatively high, and gender, school type, and exposure-to-screening interval were influencing factors for TST positivity among student close contacts with pulmonary tuberculosis.

Objective To explore the curative effectiveness of transplantation of bone marrow-derived liver stem cells (BDLSCs) transfected with rat interleukin-10 (IL-10) gene in the treatment of liver fibrosis in rats. Methods β2m-/Thy-1+BDLSCs isolated from Wistar rats were transfected with adenovirus-mediated rat IL-10 gene Wistar rats were subcutaneously injected with CCl4 to induce liver fibrosis, and randomly divided into three groups as follows: (1) the model group, infused with 1 ml normal saline (NS); (2) the BDLSC group, infused with NS containing untreated β2m-/Thy-1+BDLSCs (2×105 cells); (3) the IL-10 group, infused with NS containing β2m-/Thy-1+ BDLSCs transfected with IL-10 gene (2×105 cells). Infusion was done via the portal vein. Rats subcutaneously injected with olive oil served as control (the normal group). The BDLCs labeled with diamidine phenylindole dihydrochloride (DAPI) in the liver were localized. Pathological changes and collagen area in liver tissues were observed. Liver function and blood blotting function were tested. Results β2m-/Thy-1+ BDLSCs labeled with DAPI were observed in liver tissues of rats. Significant pathological changes of liver tissues were observed in the model group. Compared with the model group, pathological changes were alleviated to some extent in the BDLSC group. The morphology of liver tissue in the IL-10 group was mostly close to that in the normal group. Collagen deposition of liver tissues was increased obviously in the model group. However, transplantations of untreated and IL-10-transfected BDLSCs both reduced collagen area. Compared with the BDLSC group, collagen deposition was significantly suppressed in the IL-10 group. Transplantation of IL-10-transfected BDLSCs suppressed obviously the levels of ALT, AST, ALP, TBIL, PT and APTT as compared with the model group (P<0. 05). The levels of ALT, TBIL, PT and APTT in the IL-10 group were significantly reduced to the normal levels as compared with those in the BDLSC group (P<0. 05).Conclusions Transplantation of BDLSCs transfected with rat IL-10 gene was effective in treating liver fibrosis in rats. This combined strategy of IL-10 gene and BDLSCs may represent a feasible, effective and safe therapy form for liver fibrosis.
