To study the effect of Banxiaxiexin Tang and different conbinations on CYP450 in rat liver microsomes, from the point of liver metabolism, evaluate significance of Banxiaxiexin Tang compatibility. The rats were randomly divided into five groups: Banxiaxiexin Tang group, pungent-swelling group, bitter-descending group, sweet-invigorating group and control group, which were all given decoction by gavage. Using liver microsomes in vitro incubation method, probe substrate were incubated and their metabolites was detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography, then was calculated metabolic rate to reflect the drug-treated liver microsomes CYP2C6, CYP2E1, CYP3A1/2 activity. The results showed that comparing with the control group, both Banxiaxiexin Tang group and bitter-descending group showed inhibition on all enzyme subtype (P < 0.01), pungent-swelling group showed significant inhibition on CYP2C6, but no inhibition on CYP2E1 and CYP3A1/2; sweet-invigorating group showed inhibition on CYP2C6 and CYP2E1, but no inhibition on CYP3A1/2. Compared the inhibition on CYP with the three conbinations, bitter-descending group was significant higher than other groups. Banxiaxiexin Tang group showed inhibition on rat liver microsomes CYP450, and the activity maybe come from bitter-descending group.

Objective To explore the effects of stomach tube connector for preventing overfall and provide a theoretical basis for generalization of the new-type connector. Methods This study selected 157 patients required for long-term indwelling gastric tube in the First People's Hospital of Xuzhou from May 2016 to January 2017. Patients were divided into experimental group (n=78, stomach tube for preventing overfall) and control group (n=79, conventional stomach tube) with the random number table. This study recorded the success rate of indwelling gastric tube and adverse reactions of patients between two groups. The gastric tube was removed two months later. And then, the bacterial cultures were carried out. The characters of gastric tube and the injury of nasal mucosa were observed. Besides, the hand contamination of nurses between two groups and the the patients' satisfaction was investigated. Results The success rate of indwelling gastric tube, incidence of adverse reactions and injuries of nasal mucosa, and change of characters of gastric tube of experimental group and control group was 91.03%(71/78) vs 88.61%(70/79),7.69%(6/78) vs 7.59%(6/79), 15.38%(12/78) vs 17.72% (14/79),8.97% (7/78) vs 10.13% (8/79) with no significant differences (P> 0.05). The positive rate of bacterial cultures of gastric tube was 10.13% in control group, while there was no pathogenic bacteria in experimental group with a significant difference (P<0.05). The hand contamination rate of nurses was 8.97%(7/78) in experimental group significantly lower than that [24.05% (19/79)]in control group (P<0.01). The patients' satisfaction degree was 91.03% in experimental group which was higher than that in control group (69.62%)with a significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusions The stomach tube connector for preventing overfall can effectively prevent nasogastric feeding overfall and avoid bacteria contamination in stomach tube connector and hand contamination of nurses. The operator was simplicity and safe with high patients' satisfaction. It is worth to be used widely in clinical application.

OBJECTIVETo compare the outcomes of adult patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who underwent autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT) and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).
METHODSFrom Jan 2007 to Dec 2010, 106 adult ALL patients were retrospectively divided into two groups, 50 in auto-HSCT group and 56 in allo-HSCT group. Auto-HSCT group included 21 patients with high-risk, 46 patients in CR1 and 4 cases in CR2. All the 50 patients had negative minimal residual disease (MRD) prior to HSCT. Allo-HSCT group included 44 patients with high risk, 51 patients in CR1 and 5 cases in CR2, 15 patients with positive MRD before allo-HSCT. response, regulatory T cells (Treg), cytokines levels and treatment-related adverse effects were observed.
RESULTSOf the total 106 patients, 29 patients relapsed at a medium follow-up of 22.9(0.8-63.3) months. The 3-year cumulative relapse rate (RR) was (29.9±8.0) % in auto-HSCT group and (32.7±6.8) % in allo-HSCT group. There were no significant differences in RR and overall survival (OS) between auto-HSCT and allo-HSCT groups, even of stratified risk groups. In standard risk group, 3-year OS was (77.1±13.2) % in auto-HSCT group and (90.9±8.7) % in allo-HSCT group (P=0.739). In high-risk group, 3-year OS was (68.7±10.8) % after auto-HSCT and (45.2±8.5) % after allo-HSCT (P=0.094).
CONCLUSIONDue to acceptable RR and OS, adult ALL patients with no MRD before HSCT showed favorable survival. Auto-HSCT may be a considerable choice for adult ALL patients with negative MRD when lacking of donors for allo-HSCT.
