Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin and trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) effect and influence on blood lipid levels. Methods Selected 103 CHD patients treated in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2016, were randomly divided into observation group (n=57) and control group (n=46), the observation group was given atorvastatin combined with trimetazidinetreatment, control group was given trimetazidine treatment, compared the two groupstherapeutic, blood lipid levels etc. Results The curative effect of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P <0.05 ) , markedly effective was 54.39%, effective was 38.60%; The observation group after treatment blood lipid levels were lower than before treatment ( P <0.05 ); The control group after treatmenttotal cholesterol ( TC ) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) compared with before treatment decreased (P<0.05), and three glycerol (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) difference had no statistical significant compared with before treatment; The observation group after treatment TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were lower than the control group (P<0.05);Observation group after treatment the duration of exercise, induced angina pectoris attack time and ST segment down 1 mm time were (624.59 ±90.15)s, (470.29 ±44.20)s and (455.04 ±82.05)s, significantly longer than that in control group (P<0.05);Observation group after treatment superoxide dismutase (SOD) was (87.82 ±8.84)U/mL, significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and malondialdehyde (MDA)was (4.02 ±0.70)nmol/mL, was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment CHD curative effect is better, can reduce the level of blood lipid and oxidative stress, is worthy of clinical use.

This study was aimed to estimate the effect of different ProDisc-C arthroplasty designs after it was implanted to C5-C6 cervicalspine. Finite element (FE) model of intact C5-C6 segments including the vertebrae and disc was developed and validated. Ball-and-socket artificial disc prosthesis model (ProDisc-C, Synthes) was implanted into the validated FE model and the curvature of the ProDisc-C prosthesis was varied. All models were loaded with compressed force 74 N and the pure moment of 1.8 Nm along flexion-extension and bilateral bending and axial torsion separately. The results indicated that the variation in the curvature of ball and socket configuration would influence the range of motion in flexion/extension, while there were not apparently differences under other conditions of loads. The method increasing the curvature will solve the stress concentration of the polyethylene, but it will also bring adverse outcomes, such as facet joint force increasing and ligament tension increasing. Therefore, the design of artificial discs should be considered comprehensively to reserve the range of motion as well as to avoid the adverse problems, so as not to affect the long-term clinical results.

Objective To explore the effects of a psychological nursing programme based on acceptance and commitment therapy on patients with end-stage cancer. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 120 patients with end-stage cancer who were hospitalized in the radiotherapy department of a tertiary A maternity and general hospital in Yuncheng from June 2021 to December 2022 as the research subjects. The Research Randomizer was used to divide them into an experimental group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted the psychological nursing programme based on acceptance and commitment therapy, and the control group received the routine psychological nursing. The differences of psychological resilience, psychological pain, experiential avoidance level and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the 2 groups. Results 57 cases in the experimental group and 58 cases in the control group completed the study. The scores of the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale were(35.14±4.76)points in the experimental group and(33.17±2.97)points in the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(t=2.664,P=0.009).After intervention, the scores of the Distress Thermometer in experimental group and control group were(4.14±1.88)points and(5.69±2.13)points,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(t=-4.138,P<0.001).The scores of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Ⅱwere(16.19±3.80)points in the experimental group and(23.93±2.46)points in the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(t=-13.002,P<0.001).The EORTC QLQ-C30 score in the experimental group was(117.00±8.50)points,and that in the control group was(101.45±11.88)points,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(t=8.066,P<0.001).Conclusion The psychological nursing programme based on acceptance and commitment therapy can effectively reduce the level of psychological pain and experiential avoidance, improve psychological resilience and improve the quality of life of patients.
