An App for Android intelligent mobile phone to recite prescriptions in rhyme and learn infused pre-scriptions of traditional Chinese medicine was developed in order to meet the requirement of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine and lovers of traditional Chinese medicine, which can show the assistant and guide of prescriptions in rhyme by different colors. An interface linked with each corresponding traditional Chinese medicine was added into the App to show its picture, properties, effect and application for the interaction between database server and mobile phone users and the aim to recite prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and learn tradi-tional Chinese medicine.

Objective:To demonstrate the relationship between the Th 1/Th2/Th17/Treg paradigm and the bone loss induced by estrogen deficiency and looking for potential target for clinical treatment.Methods:30 BALB/c mice were divided randomly into the normal control group , the sham operation group , and the ovariectomy group. The serum estradiol ( E2 ) was assessed by ELISA.Bone mineral density (BMD) of thigh bone was measured with dual energy X ray absorptiometry.Meanwhile, the T-cell subsets (Th1:CD4+TNFα+, Th2: CD4+IL-4+, Th17: CD4+IL-17 A+, Treg: CD4+CD25+Foxp3+) in spleen lymphocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results:Compared with the normal group and the sham operation group , both E2 and BMD in the ovariectomy group decreased significantly ( P<0.05 ).The percentage of Th 1 and Th17 subset increased while the percentage of Th 2 and Treg decreased significantly in ovariectomy mice compared with sham operation mice.Correlation analysis showed that BMD was positively related to E 2 level and the percentage of Th 2 and Treg subset;however ,BMD was negatively related to the percentage of Th 1 and Th17 subset ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Conclusion: T-cell paradigm was involved in the bone loss induced by estrogen deficiency.Modifying T-cell paradigm may become a potential target for reducing bone loss induced by estrogen deficiency .

There are three key factors in tissue engineering: seeding cells, scaffold and their interaction. Although mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are potential seeding cells, the problem of what phase MSCs should be used is not yet solved. On the other hand, degradable porous scaffolds which have good mechanics and good biocompatibility are preferred. To choose the optimum seeding cells and the suitable ratio of beta-TCP/PLLA porous scaffold, we observed the phenotype of the male SD rat's osteoblastic MSCs and detected the amount of alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin and type I collagen secreted by the osteoblastic rMSCs in different phase. About 10, 14 and 20 days after induction, the induced cells came into proliferative phase, matrix synthesis phase and mineralization phase, respectively. Then we chose the suitable cells and seeded them on beta-TCP/PLLA composite scaffolds with different ratios (beta-TCP/PLLA = 1:1; beta-TCP/PLLA = 1:2; and beta-TCP/PLLA = 2:1). Fluorescence microscope, scanning electron microscope and MTT assay were used to observe and to detect the biocompatibility of the scaffolds. The results indicated that all of these materials have biocompatibility to some extent. Cells can grow well on all of the scaffolds. However, scaffold beta-TCP/PLLA = 2:1 seems to be a more suitable tissue engineering scaffold on account of its minimal influence on cell growth and differentiation.

Objective To investigate the positive practice environments ( PPE ) of nurses and influencing factors at public hospitals , for reference of building a better PPE .Methods A national cross-sectional survey was performed at 77 public hospitals across seven provinces/metropolises, involving 5374 nurses.PPE included organizational management (internal) and nurses-patient relationship (external). Results The scoring of positive practice environment was 18.51 ±4.69 (total score of 40).The scoring of organizational management and nurses-patient relationship was 9.87 ±3.11 and 8.64 ±2.51 respectively. The scoring of PPE of nurses of general hospital ( GH) was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine hospital(TCMH) (18.68 ±4.68 versus 18.08 ±4.67, P<0.01).Multivariable analysis showed that , compared with nurses who had not very much pressure about performance assessment , the scores of those who had were declined (βGH =-1.15, 95%CI: -1.55 to -0.76;βTCMH =-1.29, 95%CI: -1.92 to-0.66 ) );compared with nurses who paid less efforts in communicating with their patients , the scoring of those with greater efforts was higher (βGH =2.43, 95%CI:2.00 to 2.86;βTCMH =2.84, 95%CI:2.19 to 3.49).Conclusions PPE of nurses is poor in general in China , and the externally stressful nurse-patient relationship deserves greater attention and efforts than inefficient organization management internally .To improve PPE of nurses , hospitals need to moderate nurses′performance assessment and the nurses need to pay more attention to patient communication .

Objective:To seek a minimally invasive method for costal cartilage harvest by using two different costal cartilage harvest techniques in rhinoplasty and to compare their influence on donor site pain.Methods:Fourty-three female patients who underwent costal cartilage harvest for rhinoplasty from Dec. 2016 to Dec. 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. We harvested the right side seventh costal cartilage in both groups. In control group, we harvested a full thickness segment of costal cartilage in each patient, whereas we harvested a split thickness segment of costal cartilage by preserving the superior strip in experimental group. Donor site pain was evaluated via visual analogue scale (VAS) 6 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after surgery. Results:The VAS scores (mean±standard deviation) at different time points in the control group were (5.515±1.085), (5.250±1.302), (5.315±1.117) and (4.895±1.042). And in the experimental group, they were (2.665±0.713), (2.261±0.642), (1.609±0.398) and (1.383±0.514), respectively. The VAS scores at different time points were significantly higher in the control group than that in the experimental group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The superior strip preserved costal cartilage harvest technique significantly reduces postoperative donor site pain.
