1.An epidemiological survey on relativity between life events and anger in the worker colony: a cross-sectional study.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2011;9(3):281-6
To study the relevant correlation of anger-out (expression of anger toward other persons or objects in the environment) or anger-in (holding in or suppression of angry feelings) with life events, so as to gain a better understanding of present-day social influences and assess which life events trigger anger. This study proposes the new hypothesis that "life events constitute originating factors of anger-triggered emotional action".

Objective To investigate the situation of family intimacy and adaptability, and social avoidance and distress in severe burn patients, and explore the correlation between them, so as to provide basis for intervention. Methods From January, 2013 to June, 2015, 289 patients with severe burn were surveyed with self-designed general condition questionnaire, Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES Ⅱ) and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale (SADS), and analyed with Pearson correlation analysis. Results The real family intimacy and adaptability were lower in the severe burn patients than in national norm (t>3.830, P<0.01), and the ideal family intimacy, dis-satisfied intimacy level, ideal adaptability and dissatisfied adaptability level were higher in the severe burn patients than in national norm (t>3.857, P<0.01). The SADS score was higher in the severe burn patients than in national norm. The real intimacy, real adaptability and the to-tal score of FACES II negatively correlated with the scores of SADS (P<0.05), while the levels of dissatisfied intimacy and adaptability posi-tively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion The social avoidance and distress exist in severe burn patients, which may associated with the family intimacy and adaptability, that some interventions may target to.

Objective:To probe into indexes of evaluating rhesus monkey model of stagnation of liver-Qi of prementrual syndrome(PMS). Methods:Rhesus monkey model of stagnation of liver Qi of premenstrual syndrome was developed and qualitative analysis of expression and behaviors, and serum monoaminergic neurotransmitters examined with capillary electrophoresis were used as indexes of evaluating the model. Results:The model had stability and reiteration.Rhesus monkey in premenstrual phase showed similar clinical manifestions of this disease, with serum level of monoaminergic neurotransmitters changed. Conclusion: Macroscopic and microscopic indexes for evaluating rhesus monkey model of stagnation of liver-Qi of premenstrual syndrome can be established by means of Emotion Scale of Female Experimental Rhesus Monkey.

Objective To study the clinical effect of sequent anti-coagnlation treatment of ischemic cerebral vascicular disease. Methods 28 frequent TIA and 30 progressive ischemic stroke patients were studyed. The patients with progressive stroke were given gener- al anti-coagnlation and other common therapy firstly. Those who got worse clinical symptoms and signs received uarfafin orally. The effects of before and after uarfarin therapy were compared. Results Of all the 58 patients,24.1% patients recovered completely,50% improved obviously,17.3% improved and 8.6% had no effects, before and after takeing medicines the score Comparison about neurological impair- ment degree has a highly signifient difference(P

This study was aimed to reveal the roles of biological factors T3, T4 and TSH in the pathogenesis of liver-qi invasion syndrome and liver-qi depression syndrome of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in the body. Thus, we may expound the connotation of conceptpotential stagnation ofqi and blood. Female workers of Jinan and Qingdao were selected as target groups by epidemiological cross-sectional survey. And specially trained investigators were responsible for screening patients referred to criterion on the international diagnostic standards and syndrome diagnosis of PMS. Patients' blood was taken as samples during the follicular phase (6 to 14 days), luteal phase (15 to 23 days), premenstrual phase (24 to 28 days) and the menstrual phase (1 to 5 days), respectively. Blood samples were disposed according to requirements of radioimmunoassay. Single factor analysis of variance was used in the comparison with the level of T3, T4 and TSH in menstrual blood for different time intervals of the case group and the normal group by SPSS 10.0 statistical software. The results showed that T3 levels of patients with either syndrome were significantly reduced during the premenstrual phase and the menstrual phase (P < 0.05). There were no significant changes on the level of serum T4 and TSH before and after the occurrence of the disease. Both of them were significantly increased during each phase of the menstrual cycle. It was concluded that changes of T3, T4 and TSH were one of the mechanisms in disease with liver-qi invasion syndrome and liver-qi depression syndrome. The micro change was the essence ofpotential stagnation of qi and blood, which was the body condition of this disease.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(5):363-
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis with warming-necdle. Methods 60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold cougulation and blood stasis, which were treated during 2007 to 2008, were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a medication group. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture at Ciliao and Sanyinjiao, while the medication group was treated with indomethacin. Results The total effective rate was 100% in the acupuncture group, and 93.3% in the medication group. The effects of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion Warming-needle is an effective therapy for primary dysmenorrhea with cold eougulation and blood stasis
7.Application of Neural Network in Forecasting Emergencies Caused by Meteorological Factors
Chinese Journal of Medical Physics 2010;27(2):1806-1809,1820
Objective: By analyzing the relationship between the meteorological factors and the outbreak of emergencies, an artificial neutral network model was established in order to make the medical-meteorological forecast and to reduce and prevent the emergencies. Methods: The data of emergency cases and meteorological factors within the same time in 2007 and 2008 in Ji'nan, China were collected and analyzed by using SAS9.0. The back-propagation (BP) artificial neutral network model was built by using Matlab7.0. Results: A close relationship exists between the meteorological factors as well as their changes and emergencies. The results of forecast show high accuracy rate of each emergency (76% ~ 89%) except CO poisoning (46%). Conclusions: This emergencies medical-meteorological forecasting model based on BP neutral network has good prediction effect and the value of further research.

BACKGROUND:Currently, there are three types of visual prosthesis:retinal prosthesis, optic nerve prosthesis and visual cortical prosthesis.Normal optic nerve fiber is the basis to apply visual prosthesis.Extracellular stimulation of myelinated optic nerve fiber is developed from intracellular stimulation, with feasible selection of stimulation locations and low requirements for operation.OBJECTIVE: Using computer to simulate the response of myelinated rat optic nerve fiber to extracellular point current source and to analyze the effect of the position of the point source on the response of the optic nerve fiber.METHODS:The experiment data of ion channels of rat optic nerve fiber and the characteristic of common ion channels were summarized, and the existing Hodgkin-Huxley like optic nerve fiber models were analyzed. The response of the optic nerve fiber model was simulated by computer, and the differences of action potentials of Ranvier node were compared by changing the position of point source.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Simulated models showed that the response of optic nerve is affected by the position of extracellular exciting electrode. The myelinated rat optic nerve fiber is easier to activate when the distance between point source and the Ranvier node center of the optic nerve fiber is short.
