To study the relevant correlation of anger-out (expression of anger toward other persons or objects in the environment) or anger-in (holding in or suppression of angry feelings) with life events, so as to gain a better understanding of present-day social influences and assess which life events trigger anger. This study proposes the new hypothesis that "life events constitute originating factors of anger-triggered emotional action".

ObjectiveTo compare the mRNA and protein expression levels ofγ-aminobutyric acid receptor B2 ( GABABR2 ) in brain regions of male rats with high level aggressive behaviors and low level aggressive behaviors respectively,and provide clues for exploring mechanism of GABA in aggressive behaviors.MethodsWistar male rats were randomly divided into two groups:the normal group and the aggressive behavior group.Then social isolation and resident intruder stresses were used to establish high level and low level aggressive behavior in the aggressive behavior group.The mRNA and protein level of GABABR2 in parietal cortex,prefrontal cortex,hypothalamus and hippocampus of the three groups rats ( n=10 in each group) were detected using RT-PCR and Western blot respectively.ResultsThe GABABRB22 RT-PCR/Western blot relative integrated optical density of parietal cortex,prefrontal cortex,hypothalamus and hippocampus in the normal group rats respectively were.Those of the above four brain regions in high aggressive behavior group rats respectively were ( 0.507 ± 0.049/0.626 ±0.038 ),(0.609 ± 0.049/0.652 ± 0.010 ),( 0.359 ± 0.030/0.731 ± 0.044 ) and ( 0.296 ± 0.054/0.452 ±0.079) were significantly lower (P＜0.05) compared with the normal group rats.In the low aggressive behavior group rats,the GABABRB2 RT-PCR/Western blot relative integrated optical density of parietal cortex and hippocampus increased statistically(P＜ 0.05 ),while those of prefrontal cortex and hypothalamus decreased obviously (P ＜ 0.05 ).all in comparison with the normal group rats.Conclusion Different expression levels of GABABR2 in parietal cortex,prefrontal cortex,hypothalamus and hippocampus are relative to aggressive behaviors,which might be one of the mechanism for GABA in aggressive behaviors.

Objective To evaluate the value of bispectral index(BIS)monitoring as an indicator for extubation sedation level after children's oper?ation by total intravenous anesthesia. Methods One hundred and eighty children(2?13 years old)were randomly divided into six groups with 30 cases in each. Group A kept BIS 56?60,and Group B 61?65,Group C 66?70,Group D 71?75,Group E 76?80,Group F 81?85 till extubation. All children were given fentanyl,propofol and cisatracurium besilate when induced,and maintained with propofol and remifentanil. All cases kept BIS 40?55 during the operation. Then the changes of electrocardiogram,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,SpO2,postoperative complications and recovery time were observed. Results Groups A and B were extubated at deep anesthesia,cycle stability,but with high incidence of adverse reactions and awaked with a long time. Groups E and F were extubated when awaked,but with greater stimulation and easier agitation. Groups C and D were lighter hemodynamic responses,less respiratory effects and less postoperative complications of anesthesia. Conclusion The BIS level of 66?75 is a good se?dation level for extubation,especially in the level of 71?75.

This study was aimed to reveal the roles of biological factors T3, T4 and TSH in the pathogenesis of liver-qi invasion syndrome and liver-qi depression syndrome of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in the body. Thus, we may expound the connotation of conceptpotential stagnation ofqi and blood. Female workers of Jinan and Qingdao were selected as target groups by epidemiological cross-sectional survey. And specially trained investigators were responsible for screening patients referred to criterion on the international diagnostic standards and syndrome diagnosis of PMS. Patients' blood was taken as samples during the follicular phase (6 to 14 days), luteal phase (15 to 23 days), premenstrual phase (24 to 28 days) and the menstrual phase (1 to 5 days), respectively. Blood samples were disposed according to requirements of radioimmunoassay. Single factor analysis of variance was used in the comparison with the level of T3, T4 and TSH in menstrual blood for different time intervals of the case group and the normal group by SPSS 10.0 statistical software. The results showed that T3 levels of patients with either syndrome were significantly reduced during the premenstrual phase and the menstrual phase (P < 0.05). There were no significant changes on the level of serum T4 and TSH before and after the occurrence of the disease. Both of them were significantly increased during each phase of the menstrual cycle. It was concluded that changes of T3, T4 and TSH were one of the mechanisms in disease with liver-qi invasion syndrome and liver-qi depression syndrome. The micro change was the essence ofpotential stagnation of qi and blood, which was the body condition of this disease.

Objective To study and analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions of beraprost sodium combined with aspirin in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods 90 cases with diabetic foot were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Two groups were both treated with basic treatment.On the basis of the basic treatment,the control group was given aspirin,while the observation group was treated with beraprost sodium combined with aspirin.The clinical efficacy,ulcer healing rate,ankle back index,transcutaneous oxygen pressure,average healing time and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.3％ (42/45),which was significantly higher than 84.4％ (38/45) of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x2 =8.030,P ＜ 0.05).The wound healing rate,ankle dorsal index,average healing time,the degree of improvement of transcutaneous and oxygen pressuer of the observation group were (81.4 ± 2.7) ％,(11.2 ± 2.1),(39.1 ± 2.1) d and (26.3 ± 1.8) mmHg,which were significantly better than (69.3 ± 1.9) ％,(8.4 ± 2.9) ％,(52.3 ± 8.2) d and (16.3 ± 2.6)mmHg of the control group.The differences of these indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(t =12.72,7.92,12.06,9.97,P ＜ 0.05).The difference of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Beraprost sodium combined with aspirin has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of diabetic foot.It can improve the patients'ulcer healing rate,the ankle back index,transcutaneous oxygen pressure,shorter the average healing time,and it has few adverse reactions.

Objective:To probe into indexes of evaluating rhesus monkey model of stagnation of liver-Qi of prementrual syndrome(PMS). Methods:Rhesus monkey model of stagnation of liver Qi of premenstrual syndrome was developed and qualitative analysis of expression and behaviors,and serum monoaminergic neurotransmitters examined with capillary electrophoresis were used as indexes of evaluating the model.Results:The model had stability and reiteration.Rhesus monkey in premenstrual phase showed similar clinical manifestions of this disease,with serum level of monoaminergic neurotransmitters changed.Conclusion: Macroscopic and microscopic indexes for evaluating rhesus monkey model of stagnation of liver-Qi of premenstrual syndrome can be established by means of Emotion Scale of Female Experimental Rhesus Monkey.

Objective:To study the biological characteristics of new retrograde filling materials iRoot BP plus and iRoot FS.Methods:(1 )The roots were cut into 3 mm in length,and the root canals were pre-pared to 1 mm in diameter,followed by being filled with iRoot BP plus,iRoot FS,or mineral trioxide ag-gregate (MTA).The specimens were immersed in simulated body fluid (SBF).The ability of minerali-zation in vitro was detected through three studies.First,the mineralization of specimens was analyzed through scanning electron microscope observations and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer.Then,the pH of SBF was monitored using pH meter.(2)The extracts were gained by immersing blocks of iRoot BP plus,iRoot FS,and MTA (8 mm diameter and 2 mm height)into dulbecco’s modified eagle medium (DMEM).The effects of the extracts on proliferation of MG63 cells were detected through MTT assay. The gene expression level of alkaline phosphatase (ALP)was analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR, and the expression of ALP activity was observed by ALP activity staining.Results:(1 )The formation of minerals could be observed on the surfaces of iRoot BP plus,iRoot FS,and MTA at the end of 24 h,and there were more amounts of apatite aggregated after 14 days.The values of Ca/P ratios of apatites were 1.43,1.39,and 1.51,respectively.(2)The pH of SBF could be raised to 8.09 ±0.07,7.91 ± 0.06,and 8.1 1 ±0.06,respectively,significantly higher than the blank.(3)The extracts of iRoot BP plus,iRoot FS,and MTA of dilutions of 1∶5 and 1∶10 presented no effect of proliferation of MG63 cells. (4)iRoot BP plus and iRoot FS could significantly up-regulated the levels of ALP messenger RNA ex-pression,while there was no obvious difference in ALP staining among the iRoot BP plus,iRoot FS, MTA,and the blank.Conclusion:The present study shows that iRoot has displayed good mineralization capability in vitro and capability to promote differentiation and mineralization of MG63 cells,inferring that iRoot may have good bioactivity.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis with warming-necdle. Methods 60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold cougulation and blood stasis,which were treated during 2007 to 2008, were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a medication group. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture at Ciliao and Sanyinjiao, while the medication group was treated with indomethacin. Results The total effective rate was 100% in the acupuncture group, and 93.3% in the medication group. The effects of the two groups were significantly different (P＜0.05). Conclusion Warming-needle is an effective therapy for primary dysmenorrhea with cold eougulation and blood stasis
