Objective:To investigate the mechanism of association between Pregnancy induced Hypertension and HLA G.Methods:The distribution and frequencies of HLA G alleles were analyzed in 54 PIH patients and 146 random healthy controls with nonradioactive digoxigenin labeled PCR SSO method. Results:The results showed that the same nine HLA G alleles were detected and the G*01011 was the commonest allele with the frequency of 31.38% and 37.33% respectively in both PIH and controls groups, the next was G*01013,25.00% and 20.21% separately.Statistic analysis showed that the frequencies of HLA G alleles were similar to in the two groups and there was no significant difference between PIH patients and controls. Conclusion:These data suggest that there is no significant detectable relation between the HLA G polymorphism and PIH.

Objective To compare the effect of various manipulation of Tuina on surface electromyogram (sEMG) in hemiplegics after stroke. Methods From January to May, 2016, 20 inpatients with hemiplegia after stroke accepted Tuina on bilateral rectus femoris by the same therapist, with the techniques of rolling, patting, rubbing, shaking, kneading and pressing, one minute a manipulation and interval one minute. Integrated electromyography (iEMG), root mean square (RMS) and median frequency (MF) of sEMG were compared, both in rest and during Tuina. Results There was no significant difference of iEMG, RMS and MF between affected and unaffected sides in rest (t<1.147, P>0.05). iEMG and RMS were the most under patting (F>21.376, P<0.001), and MF was the highest under pressing (F>11.772, P<0.001). iEMG, RMS and MF were not very different under other manipulation (P>0.05). iEMG and RMS were less in the affected side than in the unaffected side under patting (P<0.05). Conclusion Various manipulation of Tuina may be different in neuromuscular stimulation, that patting may stimulate more muscles and motor units.

The majority patients of differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) with indolent progression have general good prognosis after standard primary treatments including surgery, thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) suppression and radioactive iodine (RAI) therapy. However, there are still some patients suffered from recurrence or distant metastasis after initial treatment. They may lose the ability of uptaking iodine during their natural course of disease or treatment and could not benefit from subsequent RAI treatment, which will result in radioiodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (RAIR-DTC). Options are very limited for RAIR-DTC patients, which is associated with a poor prognosis. Recently, with the research advances on the molecular mechanism of RAIR-DTC, redifferentiation combined with RAI therapy have been increasingly used to treat RAIR-DTC, and some outcomes are quite encouraging. This paper reviews the progress of signaling pathway inhibitors, histone deacetylase inhibitors, DNA methyltransferase inhibitors, retinoids and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor agonists in redifferentiating therapy of RAIR-DTC.

The vast majority of thyroid cancers show a good prognosis. However, the treatment of locally advanced thyroid cancer presents a huge problem. The wide application of targeted and immunotherapy in neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced thyroid cancer has become a new therapeutic direction. This article summarizes the research on neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and targeted therapy and immunotherapy related to various pathological types of thyroid cancer, with a focus on the recent advancements and thoughts on the application of targeted and immunotherapeutic drugs in neoadjuvant therapy. The results provide additional options for the clinical treatment of locally advanced thyroid cancer.

Objective:
To study the clinicopathological features, diagnosis, and differential diagnosis of atypical epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE).
Methods:
Eight cases of atypical EHEs were collected from Jiangsu Province Hospital (the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University) between 2010 and 2018. EnVision method and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) were used to detect immunophenotype, WWTR1-CAMTA1 and TFE3 gene rearrangement, respectively.
Results:
There were 4 males and 4 females, ranging from 42 to 59 years (median 47.5 years). The tumors located in soft tissue (3 cases), lung (3 cases), liver (1 case) and chest wall (1 case). One soft tissue EHE involved also adjacent fibula and pleural involvement was present in all three lung cases at the diagnosis. Regional lymph node metastases were present in two cases (one involving soft tissue tumor and one involving liver). Morphologically, the tumor cells were epithelioid with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, moderate to marked nuclear pleomorphism, irregular nuclear membrane, unevenly chromatin, and prominent nucleoli. The cells arranged in cords, small nests or solid pattern. The mitotic rate was 4.3 mitoses/2 mm2 on average (ranging 2 to 9). Tumor necrosis was seen in every case. Among all 8 cases, blister cells were found upon careful observation. Myxohyaline stroma was present in 6 cases. Immunohistochemically, tumor cells expressed CD31 (8/8), CD34 (7/8), ERG (8/8), CKpan (2/7), and CAMTA1 (4/6). None of the tested cases stained for TFE3 (0/6). WWTR1-CAMTA1 fusion gene by FISH was found in all tested 6 cases and TFE3 gene rearrangement was not detected in any. Available clinical follow-up was obtained in 7 cases and the intervals range from 6 to 55 months (average 19.6 months). Six patients had metastasis and 3 patients died of disease. One patient was alive with no evidence of disease.
Conclusions
Atypical EHE is a more aggressive tumor than classic EHE, with histological features including high nuclear grade, increased mitotic activity, the presence of solid growth pattern and tumor necrosis. The differential diagnoses include epithelioid angiosarcoma, carcinoma and epithelioid sarcoma.
