Obesity is one of the most challenging global public health issues, and more than half of adults in Chia are overweight or obese. Obesity has been shown to be a risk factor for type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, colon cancer and other specific cancers, and has become a serious threat and even a danger to the health and quality of life of the nation. With the mature development of bariatric surgery in the last 20 years, it is now widely recognized for its effectiveness and safety in the treatment of obesity and related metabolic diseases, as well as improving patients′ life expectancy and quality of life. However, previous data from the literatures suggest that some patients require revisional surgery after bariatric surgery, with the incidence of revisional bariatric surgery as 5% to 50%. The main reasons for revisional bariatric surgery are poor post-operative outcomes, including the lack of significant weight loss, weight regain and no significant improvement or even recurrence of associated metabolic disease, and other reasons include the development of anaemia, malnutrition and long-term chronic pain. Currently, there is only the East Asian expert consensus on revised bariatric surgery proposed by Chinese Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery in 2018. However, there are still no uniform standards regarding the indications, contraindications and surgical modalities of revisional bariatric surgery in clinical practice. The authors summarize the latest researches of revisional bariatric surgery, in order to provide the guidance value for clinical practice.

Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of S100 calcium binding protein P(Sl00P)and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)in patients with breast cancer and their relationship with prognosis. Methods GEPIA database and bc-GenExMiner v4.3 were used to analyze the expression levels of S100P and TSLP in breast cancer tissues, and Kaplan-Meier Plotter was used to analyze effects of S100P and TSLP on patient prognosis. The protein interaction network analysis of S100P and TSLP were carried out by using STRING database. The co-expressed genes of S100P and TSLP were analyzed using Linked Omics database, and the role of S100P and TSLP co-expressed genes in related biological processes and signaling pathways were evaluated by gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analysis. The correlation between S100P and TSLP and breast cancer immunoinfiltration was analyzed by TIMER.Results The expression of S100P in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that in normal population, and the expression of TSLP was significantly lower than that in normal population(P<0.05).The overall survival,disease-free survival and distant metastasis-free survival of patients with high S100P expression were significantly shorter than those of patients with low S100P expression(P<0.05).The distant metastasis-free survival of patients with high expression of TSLP was significantly longer than that of patients with low expression of TSLP(P<0.05).The results of protein interaction showed that S100P had a strong interaction with interleukin-11,and TSLP had a strong interaction with interleukin family proteins. The co-expressed genes of S100P and TSLP were mainly responsible for biological functions such as DNA replication and immune function.TSLP was correlated with breast cancer immune cell infiltration. Conclusion S100P and TSLP can be used as biomarkers to predict the prognosis of breast cancer, and they can also help to evaluate the tumor immunoinfiltration in breast cancer patients, and TSLP could provide theoretical basis for predicting the prognosis and tumor immunotherapy in breast cancer patients.

This paper aims to explore the main points of diagnosis, treatment and misdiagnosis of conversion disorder characterized by paroxysmal abdominal pain. The general hospitals had a high misdiagnose rate and no effective symptomatic treatment for conversion disorder patients with physical discomfort as main symptoms, which leading to heavy physical and mental burden of patients and waste of medical resources, so this paper retrospectively analyzed the etiology, diagnostic process, treatment and therapeutic effect of a case of conversion disorder with paroxysmal abdominal pain as the main symptom. Case analysis showed that the physical discomfort as chief complain of conversion disorder patients affected the rate of early correct diagnosis and treatment, so clinicians' ability of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of conversion disorder needs to be strengthened. At the same time, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is effective in the clinical treatment and recurrence prevention of conversion disorder.
