Objective To develop a rapid kit applied to the field for detection of antibody to schistosome in human sera. Methods A new kit for rapid detection of antibody to schistosome was developed through improving the dot immunogold filtration assay (DIGFA). A total of 100 cases of sera from chronic schistosomiasis patients and 140 from healthy people, HBV patients and the people infected with other parasites were detected by the kit. The sensitivity, specificity, Youden's index and Kappa value were utilized as the evaluation standard. Results The sensitivity of detecting antibody to schistosome, specificity, Youden's index and Kappa value were 92% , 95.08% , 0.87 and 0.87, respectively. The cross reaction to patients with clonorchiasis was 5%. Conclusion DICFA kit is practical for antibody to schistosome detection in the field because of its advantages such as smaller serum needed and faster in reaction.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2019;28(6):543-547
Objective To investigate the relationship between aggressive trait of patients,patient-physician trust and illness perception. Methods Totally 500 patients were recruited from different medical departments from eight hospitals in Guangdong and 384 samples' valid data were obtained. The aggressive trait of patients,patient-physician trust and illness perception were assessed with the Buss-Perry aggression questionnaire( BPAQ), the Wake Forest physician trust scale ( WFPTS), and the brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ) respectively. SPSS 23. 0 and AMOS 20. 0 were used for data analysis and structural e-quation model construction. Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that the BPAQ (53. 2±13. 9) and BIPQ(38. 6±9. 1) were negatively correlated respectively with WFPTS (35. 3±6. 1) and benevolence (17. 6 ±3. 2) and technical competence (17. 8±3. 3),(r=-0. 14~-0. 18,P<0. 01). And there was positive corre-lation between BPAQ scores and BIPQ score(r=0. 37,P<0. 01). Mediation effect test showed that patient-physician trust mediated the associations between patient aggression and illness perception (B=0. 039,95% CI= (0. 002,0. 120)). Conclusion Aggressive trait and patient-physician are significantly related with ill-ness perception. Patient-physician trust exerts mediating effect on the relationship between aggression of pa-tients and illness perception.

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics, influencing factors and prevention and treatment measures of nosocomial infection in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (non-acute promyelocytic leukemia) after applying intermediate-high dose cytarabine (Ara-C) chemotherapy. Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with AML treated with intermediate-high dose Ara-C in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from March 2013 to January 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical features of nosocomial infection were summarized and the influencing factors of infection were analyzed by using multivariate logistic regression. Results:A total of 80 patients received 198 times of chemotherapy, and the infection rate was 72.7% (144/198). Infection sites mainly included respiratory tract infection, pulmonary infection, gastrointestinal infection. A total of 45 strains of pathogenic bacterias were detected, among which Gram negative bacilli accounted for 55.6% (25/45), Gram positive cocci accounted for 24.4% (11/45), fungi accounted for 8.9% (4/45) and viruses accounted for 11.1% (5/45). There were no significant differences in infection rate, hospitalization time, neutrophils recovery time and hospitalization expenses between the sterile laminar flow ward and the general ward (all P > 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that infection during induction chemotherapy was independent risk factor of infection ( OR = 5.076, 95% CI 1.978-13.022, P =0.001), and antibiotic prevention was independent protective factor of nosocomial infection ( OR = 0.332, 95% CI 0.136-0.803, P = 0.014). Conclusions:The infection rate of AML patients receiving intermediate-high dose Ara-C chemotherapy is high. During the treatment, we should be alert to the infection during induction chemotherapy and use antibiotics to prevent it in time. For patients undergoing intermediate-high dose Ara-C chemotherapy, strengthening the environmental cleanliness of general wards may achieve the same preventive effect as that of sterile laminar flow wards.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy, safety and the prognosis of rituximab combined with CHOP (R-CHOP) or combined with EPOCH (R-EPOCH) regimen in treatment of newly diagnosed myc/bcl-2 double-expression diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Methods The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and survival of 16 DLBCL patients who received R-CHOP regimen with double-expression and 15 DLBCL patients who received R-EPOCH regimen with double-expression between August 2014 and December 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed, and all patients with double or triple-hit lymphoma were excluded. Results The ratio of the International Prognostic Index (IPI) score ≥3 in R-EPOCH group was higher than that in R-CHOP group [10 cases vs. 5 cases, χ2= 3.888, P=0.049]. There were no statistical differences in other clinical data of both groups. Complete remission (CR) was achieved in 75% (12/16) of R-CHOP group and 67% (10/15) of R-EPOCH group, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups (χ2= 0.013, P= 0.908). The incidence of grade 3-4 leukopenia and grade 3-4 thrombocytopenia in R-EPOCH group was higher than that in R-CHOP group, and the difference was statistically significant [93% (14/15) vs. 38% (6/16), χ 2= 10.542, P= 0.01; 73% (11/15) vs. 6% (1/16), χ 2= 14.685, P< 0.01]. The 1-year overall survival (OS) rate and progression-free survival (PFS) rate was 86.5% and 81.3% in R-CHOP group, 76.0% and 51.4% in R-EPOCH group. There was no statistical difference in the 1-year OS rate between the two groups (P>0.05), and the 1-year PFS rate in R-CHOP group was higher than that in R-EPOCH group (P<0.01). The 1-year OS rate and PFS rate was 100.0% and 93.8% in IPI<3 group, 65.5% and 45.0% in IPI≥3 group. The 1-year OS rate and PFS rate in IPI<3 group were superior to those in IPI≥3 group (all P >0.01). The 1-year OS rate and PFS rate of the female group were lower than those of the male group (59.6% vs. 100.0%, 44.2% vs. 86.3%), and there were statistical differences (all P<0.01). Cox regression analysis showed that high IPI score was an independent prognostic factor for all patients ( HR=6.335, 95% CI 0.740-54.261, P=0.092). Conclusions R-EPOCH and R-CHOP are the ideal treatment methods for the double-expression lymphoma. Both regimens have similarities in the treatment outcome of myc/bcl-2 double-expression DLBCL. The adverse reactions in R-EPOCH group are severer than those in R-CHOP group.

Objective:
To analyze the impact of dual antiplatelet (DAPT) therapy combining with or without proton pump inhibitors (PPI) on the main outcomes after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
Methods:
The PubMed, EMBASE and Cochrane Library were searched for relevant literature and the references obtained from these sources were retrieved manually from inception till September 2017. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established follow the Cochrane review standard. A total of 977 literatures were included, 193 duplicates were excluded, 74 reviews, case reports, letters and systematic reviews were excluded, 667 literatures were excluded after reading the title and abstract, 34 literatures were excluded due to non-randomized control studies and unrelated outcome indicators, and 9 literatures were finally included with a total of 16 589 patients. RevMan 5.3 software was used to compare the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), cardiogenic death, recurrent myocardial infarction, target vessel revascularization, all-cause death, stent thrombosis, stroke, gastrointestinal bleeding and gastrointestinal events in patients with DAPT combining with or without PPI after PCI.
Results:
MACE was observed in 8 out of the 9 included literatures, and the results showed that MACE occurred in 561 out of 6 282 patients receiving DAPT combining with PPI therapy and in 951 out of 9 632 patients using DAPT alone (

Objective:
To describe the general and histological features of the full-length superficial fascia of the circumferential upper limb.
Methods:
Fresh frozen arm specimens were dissected, and then MRI imaging in vivo, enhanced CT angiography and HE histological staining were used to describe the characteristics of the full-length superficial fascia of the circumferential arm and its relationship with important blood vessels.
Results:
The four typical structures of the superficial fascia of the arm were divided into subcutaneous superficial fat, membrane-like substance, deep fat and deep fascia from superficial to deep. The thickness and stratification, fusion degree and histological characteristics of the superficial fascia of these four layers were obviously different in different levels and regions of the arm. MRI confirmed that the total thickness of superficial fascia gradually decreased from shoulder to wrist. Venography showed that the cephalic vein ran below the second layer of superficial fascia and above the deep fascia. The basilic vein originated from the dorsal vein network of the hand and always lied below the second layer of membranous material until the basilic vein penetrates below the deep fascia of the upper arm.
Conclusions
The deep understanding of the circumferential full-length of superficial fascia structure of the upper limb provides an important theoretical basis for improving the surgical safety and fine operation for the Dynamic Arm Circumferential Liposuction.
