Objective To develop a rapid kit applied to the field for detection of antibody to schistosome in human sera. Methods A new kit for rapid detection of antibody to schistosome was developed through improving the dot immunogold filtration assay (DIGFA). A total of 100 cases of sera from chronic schistosomiasis patients and 140 from healthy people, HBV patients and the people infected with other parasites were detected by the kit. The sensitivity, specificity, Youden's index and Kappa value were utilized as the evaluation standard. Results The sensitivity of detecting antibody to schistosome, specificity, Youden's index and Kappa value were 92% , 95.08% , 0.87 and 0.87, respectively. The cross reaction to patients with clonorchiasis was 5%. Conclusion DICFA kit is practical for antibody to schistosome detection in the field because of its advantages such as smaller serum needed and faster in reaction.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(3):396-398
Objective:
This study examined school-based sexual harassment experience among college students in Guangzhou, and to provide theoretical basis for preventing campus sexual harassment.
Methods:
A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 1 062 college students from five universities in Guangzhou, China. A self-made questionnaire regarding awareness sexual harassment and experience of school-based sexual harassment was filled out by students voluntarily and anonymously.
Results:
A total of 169 students reported they experienced school-based sexual harassment. The incidence of school-based sexual harassment among college students in Guangzhou was 15.91%, higher among female students (20.30%) than male students(10.2%)(χ 2=19.91, P<0.01). Verbal harassment (10.26%) was the most common type of sexual harassment, followed by physical harassment (7.16%), visual harassment (4.61%) and unwanted sexual advances (1.69%). Sexual harassment primarily took place in teaching building(58), dormitory(33) and office(17). Among the victims, 116(68.64%) were influenced by harassment. Females(n=94) being harassed were more likely to be negatively influenced compare to males(n=22).
Conclusion
School-based sexual harassment may result adverse psychological outcomes to students, more emphasis should be put on the prevention of sexual harassment.

Objective:To establish rules for medical order review in parenteral nutrition, assist pharmacists in the efficient real-time pre-review of parenteral nutrition medical orders, and promote the standardized use of parenteral nutrition. Methods:Professional clinical nutrition pharmacists, prescription reviewing pharmacists, clinicians, and nutritionists jointly contributed to the formulation of custom prescription review rules for parenteral nutrition. Utilizing the prescription review system of our hospital, pharmacists reviewed and intervened parenteral nutrition medical orders in real time.Result:After the implementation of review rules, all of the medical orders for parenteral nutrition have been pre-reviewed in our hospital, and the related indicators that are out of normal range and the cases of single bottle infusion show significant reduction in frequency. Conclusion:The formulation and implementation of specific prescription review rules for parenteral nutrition can effectively assist pharmacists in real-time review of parenteral nutrition medical orders, and can solve the problems of inappropriate medical orders and single-bottle infusion.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2023;42(3):185-189
Objective:In order to investigate the genetic diversity of mitochondrial cytochrome b (Cytb) gene of Taenia asiatica ( T. asiatica) in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture (Dali Prefecture), Yunnan Province. Methods:From May 2019 to August 2021, a total of 131 samples of Taenia were collected from patients admitted to the Dali Prefecture Institute of Schistosomiasis Control, involving five locations (i.e., five groups), including Dali City (58 samples), Weishan Yi and Hui Autonomous County (Weishan County, 14 samples), Midu County (18 samples), Yangbi Yi Autonomous County (Yangbi County, 24 samples) and Eryuan County (17 samples). Primers were designed based on mitochondrial Cytb gene sequence, and part of the Cytb gene sequence was amplified by PCR, then sequenced and homology comparisons were performed. MEGA 7.0 and DNASP 5.10.01 were used to analyze the measured sequence, and data such as base composition, genetic distance, genetic diversity parameters, genetic differentiation index and gene flow were obtained. Results:The amplified fragments of Cytb gene in 131 samples of Taenia were 235 bp. After homology comparisons, they were all T. asiatica. The average contents of A, T, G and C bases were 23.8%, 42.3%, 24.0% and 9.9%, respectively. Of the 131 samples of T. asiatica, 12 haplotypes were defined. The haplotype diversity and nucleic acid diversity were 0.295 9 and 0.006 0, respectively. The ranges of genetic differentiation index and gene flow among the five groups were-0.053 00 to 0.050 40 and 4.710 31 to 162.087 66, respectively. The genetic distance between the five groups ranged from 0.003 5 to 0.009 0, of which the genetic distance between Midu County and Weishan County was the largest, and the genetic distance between Dali City and Yangbi County was the smallest. Conclusions:The mitochondrial Cytb gene of T. asiatica in Dali Prefecture has rich genetic diversity. There is frequent gene exchange among the five groups, and no significant genetic differentiation has been formed.

As one of the pathogenic mechanisms contained in The Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor (《黄帝内经》), “disease with latent pathogen induced by a new pathogen” means that the induced new pathogen resulted to a combination of the latent previous pathogen and the new pathogen, which caused the disease. Based on this, it is believed that the change of “nodule-cancer transformation” of pulmonary nodules is actually based on the deficiency of original qi, and the new pathogen induces the latent pathogens like phlegm coagulation, qi stagnation, blood stasis, toxicity, so healthy qi can not drive the pathogens out, and the long-time detention generated into cancerous turbidity, and deve-loped into cancerous tumour at the end. Therefore, based on the three-stage treatment of unformed cancer, dense cancerous toxin, and developed cancer, the clinical practice applied six methods of clearing, expelling, dissipating, tonifying, harmonizing, and transforming, taking into account both the manifestation and root cause, moving the treatment window of pulmonary nodules forward, attacking the pathogens when the toxin was not yet overbearing, supporting the healthy qi before declining, delaying the process of nodules-cancer transformation, and providing ideas for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary nodules “nodule-cancer transformation” in traditional Chinese medicine.
